Very impressed with Blue Ribbon Pet Salon. I took my Stella in on Dec 8th for her first big girl groom, not the fist time we have been there. They were so wonderful with her. The employees and the owner were all so kind. Reading some of the reviews, I am in shock by some of them. The staff has always friendly and professional each time we have come in. I will only take my dog here because I know how great they are with my dog and with me. The groomer Jacque did a great job, my girl came out so clean and adorable. Thank you all at Blue Ribbon Pet Salon.

Blue Ribbon is the best! You will not be disappointed in the service, quality, and professionalism at this grooming location. The staff is courteous and I could not be happier with my dog's groom. Definitely take your dog to Blue Ribbon!

Blue Ribbon is a quality grooming location with excellent services! My dog and I were treated with respect and my dog looked picture perfect for the upcoming holidays after his amazing groom! Highly recommend!

I was so nervous to bring my dog in for her first ever nail trim since her adoption. I tried doing her nails at home and she hated it, so bringing her to a professional seemed like the only option. I’m so glad that I did! It was a very quick walk-in appointment and she was seen almost immediately. The best part was the staff. They were so friendly! As soon as I told them she was a first-timer, they had two staff members take her back so one could comfort her. I saw my dog relax with them, and came back to me cheerful and not at all nervous. And all for a very reasonable price. Definitely would recommend!!

I am extremely happy with this place. They did a great job on my otherwise very wiggly pet!! They followed my instructions to a tee, and gave him the exact haircut I wanted! We will definitely be returning

I train dogs for a living and have a working dog that is great with everything but grooming, I was very anxious leaving my dog but when I picked up my dog from Heather he was happy and I could see the difference that I was looking for. If you are on the fence on where to go I highly recommend the professionals at Blue Ribbon Pet Salon.

I would like to thank Blue Ribbon and their groomers. I have a 14yr old blind miniature poodle with anxiety who had been turned away by several groomers before I found Blue Ribbon. The owner gave me a very fair price on the grooming and when I picked her up she was in no way stressed like she had been going to other groomers. The Salon is phenomenal and would absolutely recommend to anyone.

I highly suggest you give your business to someone more deserving. The owner is incredibly rude and treats animals and people with complete disrespect. Just take a look at how she responds to reviews of other individuals. They also only accept cash and don’t provide receipts (which seems a bit sketchy to me). And they change the prices at will. Very dishonest business. They won’t last long.

Do not take your dog here unless you want them to be traumatized. I was told over the phone her nails would be 15.00. I asked if they needed vet records they told me no. Everywhere asks for vet records. I get there and my dog is nervous and scared. They told me to go outside as I saw her crying. They come outside and tell me it will be 20.00 now because she was upset. How unprofessional and inconsiderate! This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. My dog is so fearful now because of this experience with blue ribbon. The employees DO NOT care about the animals here. This is just a job to them. They don’t care if they upset your dog. I don’t understand how this place is in business. Especially with the way they treat the animals and they don’t require vaccinations. If I could give zero stars I would. They cut her nails so jagged they were chipping and splintered. Horrible horrible horrible shop!

So over the moon excitrd with the results!! Jackie was by far the friendliest, patient and kind groomer!! She welcomed Scouty with a smile and gave her the cut exactly as I requested!!! The price range I was quoted was very fair, as dhe had a lot to work with!!! Will defintley go back!!! Thank you so much for everyrhing!!!!!

Really happy with the grooming job my pet received from Blue Ribbon Pet Salon! Many groomers in the area are booked up and no longer taking new clients, but I was able to get an appointment (two weeks ahead) at this salon. They made it very clear to me over the phone that they only accept checks or cash. Just by going in the shop, you can tell they aren't up to date with the latest technology. They write all of their appointments in a binder they keep on the front desk and don't even provide a printed invoice or receipt at the end of your service. This business would benefit from digitizing more of their processes. Unsure if I'll come again. The service was good, but I can't comfortably overlook the inefficient business practices.

The price for the amazing service you get is perfect!! After moving back to the US from Germany, I was worried I wouldn't find a place as good but this place is now our go-to!! Thank yall for taking GREAT care of our fur baby!

My Persian cat has a thick, long coat. I get him groomed every 8 weeks with a lion cut. My source of grooming ended - and it was difficult to get anyone to call back. I called Blue Ribbon, they got him in the next day- he is beautiful. His cut is beautiful. We will continue to be patrons of this business. The staff was sooo friendly. Thank you all. 10 stars!!

Dog has high anxiety I didn't know until his first service; charged more than is what is on the price list; he came out looking like a chihuahua he's a bichon they should have called me to come pick him up.

I took my Terrier here to be hand stripped. The first time the result was excellent. The next time the original groomer was no longer there due to Covid. The new girl has no idea what she is doing. Tried it one more time with the same result. Looking for a new groomer now.

They do such a good job on my Bichon. I used to try and do his grooming myself and, bless my heart, all I can say is I tried! It’s so much easier to leave it in their hands and come back to pick up a show dog! I recommend them whenever someone in the local area is looking for a groomer.

Took our golden retriever to Blue Ribbon for the first time today. They did an absolutely amazing job on our handsome sweet boy. He looks so good and smells so good!! It’s clear they took very good care of him with lots of attention to detail. Blue Ribbon came highly recommended to us from friends. They did not disappoint! We will go back again and again.

We LOVE this place and so do our four golden doodles! This was our Maple girls first grooming experience- I showed her a picture of what I would like, and she did it perfectly! Maple seemed so happy to be there, AND they took her several times to go potty! So glad to find a great groomer we can trust.

First visit to Blue Ribbon Pet Salon.Took my ragdoll cat in for grooming. Appointment was made about 2 weeks before visit and brought cat in at 10:30 as directed. Was told that it would take about 2 hours. It was after 3:00 before i was able to get my cat. When i showed up at the facility there were signs all over the door that due to COVID they could only accept cash payments (?) Anyway, i went to bank and withdrew cash to pay for the service. I was quoted a range of what the cost might be; of course, i was billed at the maximum. No problem; i paid and even left a tip. The young lady takes my cash, goes back inside to make a copy of some of my pet's info and when she came back i expected that she'd also be bringing me a receipt. SHE THEN TOLD ME THAT THEY DON'T GIVE RECEIPTS! I had just given her $120.00 in cash but i can't have a receipt! You can purchase a receipt book at Walmart. They did a beautiful job on my pet, i cannot complain about that. However, due to their specious business practices, i will not return.

I'm so very thankful for Blue Ribbon Pet Salon! The owner and her staff are simply the best. They have been grooming my lab mix for over 7 years. They are extremely helpful with my dog's skin irritations. I highly recommend Blue Ribbon Pet Salon. Excellent grooming and they care for the pets in their care.

Please BEWARE! Unprofessional from the Owner Lee to the groomers. We dropped off our beautiful sheepadoodle and when we returned we were horrified to find out they shaved our Doodle down to the skin and he smelled horrible. The groomer was rude and cold and handed us our doodle and said you will get used to it. When we called and spoke with the owner Lee, she was extremely defensive, made excuses for the groomer and used our current situation with COVID19 as an excuse for the trauma caused to our loving sheepadoodle. Our doodle has been in a corner shaking and vomiting for two days. The owners response to our doodles current condition, " It's normal for a doodle to be traumatized, we shaved him down to nothing"! The issue is we showed a picture of how we wanted him trimmed and they agreed. They made a decision to do this without consulting us. I have never written a complaint in the past, however, this was so extreme, shocking and unprofessional I have to make sure people are aware. We are filing a complaint and seeking legal action. Yes, it was that bad!
