Our fella always looks great......but I hate that they have gotten too good and appointments are getting to be 8 weeks out! I guess I just need to get appointments when we go in for grooming!

Excellent groomers and cheaper than others. My little boy doesn't hate going to Big Beau's, and he always gets the best haircuts!

Definitely give this place a chance to earn your business. My dog felt very comfortable here and service was quicker than expected. We will be going back again. Friendly staff.

Staff was super pleasant and they have all supplies needed for the self service dog wash. Very reasonable pricing as well. I will for sure be going back to them as needed.

I’ve been taking my fur baby to a Big Beaus for 2 years and would never take him anywhere else. We love the staff!! Very professional and they genuinely care about each and every animal that comes through their door! The fact that they don’t use crates to keep your dog in is a huge plus!!! Wonderful!!!! The woman I spoke to made me feel extremely comfortable about bringing my dog (who’s a little anxious) in to be groomed. She went through the whole process with me on the phone and didn’t make me feel like a nuisance at all. He came back perfectly groomed for a very fairly price service! Will definitely go back!! :)

Took my 90lb nervous Great Pyrenees here for the first time and they took such great care of her. It had been almost 6 months since she had been groomed (thanks Covid and us moving to a new city and not having an established groomer) so she was looking pretty rough. She STILL looks great from this groom 2 months later. They are so reasonably priced, the staff were so friendly and the place was nice! They were very knowledgeable when it came to her breed and cost compared to other groomers I had been too and knew the difference between packing and matting. We will def be repeat customers. Highly recommend!

It was my first time there and I must say it was awful! Very dirty, rundown, cluttered and smelled like a mixture of fried foods and wet dogs. In dire need of repairs and paint. Staff were not overly friendly and acted like they would rather be somewhere else. How they won the best of Virginia Beach was beyond me. I wont return!

We love BBDW!!! Our Golden is always so excited to see the staff and the customer service is amazing. You won't find any place better in VA Beach than them. Great prices and wonderful people who genuinely care for your furry family member.

We love Big Beau's we have a rescue Maltese he hated bathes but he loves coming here!! They are very friendly and my fur baby always leaves looking fabulous. Thank you guys for being fabulous and everything you do!!

I really like coming here to give my two ponies a bath, especially in the winter. They are always super nice and friendly and the prices are unbeatable.

I just love this place. The staff is wonderful and it's obvious they love the doggy clients. The prices are very reasonable. They are very accommodating and the bath areas are always clean and well stocked. Give them a try and I'm sure you'll return again and again!

Mikey, Riley and staff were unbelievably great with my rather large dog. They got his coat just right. He looked stunning . Making my handsome boy a show stopper. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable with leaving my son in their hands. They made sure to keep my updated throughout the entire process. I can't tell you what a wonderful job they did with him and the outstanding customer service they provided. I will gladly recommend any fur baby to them for their grooming needs

I would give 0 if Ic could. I have no words for what they did to my westies. I would never ever bring them to this facility. It's been 10 months since I was there, and my Westie finally looks normal.

Not only is it a great place full of nice people my dog bandit loves it !!!!

I can't say enough about this place. I have a 60lb labradoodle and typically a haircut anywhere else would cost over $150 and take upwards of 6 hours. The prices here are far more reasonable and take less than 2 hours! The same staff is with your dog from start to finish and they just love dogs. It's that simple. I haven't gone to do a self wash yet, but that may be an experience in the future too!

The prices are extremely fair, staff is super friendly and we’ve never had a bad experience. They staff seems to remember my two dogs every time we bring them in and they do an amazing job. I would give them 6 stars if possible! Highly recommend for anyone else that is wondering if they should go here.

Mike always takes good care of Jerry who is older and needs genteel care. These two woofies look mighty fine after a quick trip to you, they also feel happier too. Great service with a friendly staff!

Your appointment is for that alloted time so you dont need to leave your dog there all day locked in a pen scared out of their wits! The hair cut was perfect and everyone was helpful and nice!

I have always taken my dog to the vet to be groomed but the wait time to get an appointment has been a month or more out so I decided to give Big Beaus a try on the recommendation of a friend. I felt as ease as soon as we entered. You can feel the family vibe. The groomer came out to speak with me and meet Copper and explained to me what exactly he was going to need to do to trim him up. He was honest and genuine. When he brought Copper out to me, he was the calmest he has ever been after a haircut!!! I highly recommend Big Beau’s. Their prices are reasonable and fair. I will definitely be back!!!

Luv that u can do appts, your dog doesn't have to spend the day there. My dog is usually done in an hour. The people are great and the place is spotless.

Took my two shih tzu puppies and they did a great job. Fair pricing, very kind, comminicative, and the cut was perfect.

Love this place. The staff could NOT be more friendly or accommodating!! Love it!!
