Great customer service, clean store, curve side pickup, lots of products for your furbabies, feathered babies and scalybabies. Adorable kitties for adoption (please adopt if you can!) What more could you ask for! FYI- All my kitties are rescues.

We came to purchase a bird they had. The lady was obviously attached to this bird. When we asked about him, you could tell she became flustered. She told us point blank she wasn't letting him go with just anyone, that if we wanted him we had to buy the cage they had in the back for $600. We asked about the cage that was for sale on the shelf that even said it was ok for that type of bird and she told us no. If I'm willing to pay $750 for a bird, do you think im not going to take care of it? We ended up going to Pet paradise in VA. Highly recommend. Better attitudes and very helpful.

Got my dog groomed here and they did a fantastic job! Very fast and friendly! They even wanted a pic with my dog because they loved him so much.

Friendly staff. Greated us and gave our pup a treated. Waited on us quickly. Very good assortment of toys and dog food, etc.

This our go to place in Elizabeth City for our pets' needs. They carry national brands,like Blue Buffalo, for cats and dogs to treats and toys. Also they carry fish food for both aquarium and ponds. They also offer grooming as well as a self-serve grooming area which is not offered in alot of other pet supply stores. The only drawback is that it is smaller than some of their competitors in the Hampton Roads area which is why they got a 4 star. Otherwise the staff is always friendly whenever we come in for our pets.

I took my dog in for a bath and full groom.He was groomed but not bathed! He smelled like He did when I took Him there charged full price!

I've been coming here weekly, sometimes more, for over a year now and realized I've never left a review! I absolutely LOVE this store. The employees there are so amazing and sweet. I can't count how many times they've educated me on something I didn't already know. They recognize me there now and know exactly what I want. If they don't have it in, they offer a replacement idea. Which I'm always grateful for! Thank you so much. ????

I took my fur baby here to help her build social skills and of course get food. The workers were so kind to my baby and were so helpful with any questions I had. My baby picked her own toy and had a blast meeting new people. She even showed off that she knew how to speak the workers loved that. They made sure to ask if they could pet her and other customers asked the same everyone was very kind and respectful.

Great service. I highly recommend this store. The employees are very helpful and kind. Always greeting me as soon as I walk through the door. I forgot to catch the guy's name working there today at the register but thanks dude you were helpful and checked to make sure I found everything I need.

They were very friendly and showed a lot of care for their animals. They explained what would be the best for my new pet and made it very clear.

Hit and miss on small store stock for foods, but the most variety you'll find in any store around town.

The first tanks are filthy and the fish maybe last a few days. Do not recommend this store for fish and girl could care less helping you.

Super helpful. We have a large breed dog that is now a senior, so sometimes we need things in a hurry (medical type) and it is great to be able to stop in & get what we need to make him feel better. Cannot say enough how convenient the " we fetch " option is. I can order what I need at lunch & have it brought right out to car on the way home.

I love shopping at this store. The employees are so helpful and pleasant to talk to. But I have to give a special plug to Amber, the store manager. She is knowledgeable and so willing to spend time answering questions and helping you. But what makes her even more special is that she hands out Thank You cards to her customers to express appreciation for their business. YOU DON"T SEE THAT ANYWHERE! If you want impeccable customer service, shop with this store.

Oh my god there cannot be a better pet store than this! They have everything you need, they have a lot of cute animals! And the people there are just darling! Go there every week for supplies, great place

This is the best pet store we have in our small little part of Eastern North Carolina. The couple that runs it are amazingly helpful they get in what you need if they don't have it but most likely they do have it they actually sell real pets. We have some pet stores who don't. I like pet supplies plus this is always a smile waiting for me. And super extra clean. Being a small town area we lose a lot of businesses but I hope by rating this store they get lots of foot traffic they deserve it. Like I said if they don't have it they can get it in for you but they have an extremely large selection and the service was great. I hope they're here for a very very long time.
