This was our Penny’s first time ever getting groomed. The owner was very kind and thorough. She did a wonderful job going over everything and what to do moving forward. The girls did an awesome job with Penny and made her look like the spoiled pup that she is! We are so pleased with the service and the prices. Definitely will be taking our girl back!

Got my Yorkie groomed. He was BEAUTIFUL & so shiny. Dropped him off and got him back within 2 hours. Loved the groomer. I will be using her services again.

I contacted A Glawmorous Pet Pawlor on a Friday and they were able to get my pup scheduled for the next day. Drop off went well and when I picked up my baby, she was being loved on instead of kept in the holding crate. Overall they did a great job with grooming. Things I didn’t like… they are cash or check only. My information, as a new client, was put on an index card and the appointment was entered into an appointment book. Nothing major but the lack of technology is odd for 2021. What I disliked the most was that they called me multiple times to pick my pup up. When I dropped her off, they made mention that I lived far from the salon; about 25 minutes. So I would think it would have been logical to think that it would take me longer than the 30 minutes between their calls to get back to their salon. When I arrived, they were all packed up and ready to go at 4:20 despite their business hours ending at 5. I would have rather they communicated that I was the last client and I would have come right away instead of thinking I had time.

We have had our morkie groomed here three times and we are so pleased with the care and results of Odies haircuts. The staff is friendly, professional and caring. I highly recommend using their services. Donna does a great job with her business and has a wonderful staff.

First time there. Everyone was sweet. My puppies got the haircut I asked for. They are doing a great job with complying with Covid restrictions. We found our new groomer. We have gone a few times now. Every time has been perfect. They are sweet and cut the hair exactly as I ask.

From the moment I called to make a first appointment on through the groomings, Donna and Tori at Pet Pawlor were fantastic in looking out for Molly's (our heartworm-positive dog) best interest. Tori took the time to let our dog Molly get comfortable with her, kept great notes from the fist time and trimmed just the right amount so that Molly looked a fresher, fluffier version of herself. One of the best grooming services I've used for any of our dogs in more than ten years.

Fit us in last minute for our 100 pound Golden retriever. He looks great!

Our Roger looks amazing after his grooming with Glawmorous Pet Pawlor. We elected mobile grooming since our Sweet boy is such an anxious pup. Donna, the owner, and Kelly (I hope I remembered your names correctly as my memory isn’t the best) gave Roger the best haircut he’s ever had. He’s so soft and fluffy and he smells so good! They cut him exactly like we wanted. Thank you so much for doing such an amazing job. I highly recommend these ladies!

They take great care of my sweet little dog.

I use the mobile service. So convenient! Always on time, does a wonderful job with my “hyper” labradoodle. Owner and staff are friendly and seem to genuinely like Molly, my dog. I highly recommend!

I really love the way my dogs looks when I pick them up. My only complaint is how long it takes. My dogs were there for 7 hours last time. The last 2 times I have had to call to see if they were ready. I think i will start scheduling them later in the day so they are not there all day.

We just moved to Great Bridge at the beginning of 2021. We had a great groomer where we used to live. Took our little guy back to our old groomer twice but it’s a 60 mile round trip so decided to look locally. Found one and tried her. First time he wasn’t cut the way we discussed, and the second time was even worse! I was walking him in the neighborhood one day and a lady with her dog was walking the other way. We stopped to talk and I asked he where she had her dog groomed. That’s how I got here. I read reviews and 99.9% were positive so I gave it a try. As with the last groomer, I showed them a picture of our guy after a cut the original groomer used to give him. They couldn’t have gotten it more perfect!! So glad we found this groomer!

Donna and her employees are by far the best groomers in the area! They are very professional and always do a great job!

The Pet Pawlor always does a great job grooming our dogs. They are very receptive to length/style and are great communicators.

My dog was asked not to come back due to “being aggressive” and that they would recommend the mobile groomer that costs so much more. I spoke with a friend and the exact same thing happened to her dog recently and her dog was injured. Plus they constantly have new people with little to no experience in grooming. If you have an older dog, a dog with special needs or a dog not used to being groomed, do not take them to this facility.

Been bringing our dog Vinni there for a year now and just started our new puppy today. Great service and dogs look awesome. Groomers are always attentive to owners concerns and do fantastic at meeting expectations!!

My dogs always come out looking great! I have had Angel grooming my dogs for a few years and she is always amazing with my large dogs. She listens to my wants for them and delivers! Everyone there is super nice!

Mobile groomer comes to my house and they are fabulous! My dog looks beautiful every time! Ms Donna the owner is extremely nice and gets my boy in within a week or two, always accomodates my work schedule! Big thank you to Heather and big, big thank you to ms Sherry! Your awesome!

Ok not very happy with the price considering they only did a mild trim on my dog because it was his first visit . They could have only charged half the price . If I would have known how little effort they were gonna put into my dogs haircut , I would have taken him somewhere else to get him groomed , I paid full price for half a half service hair cut

Will never take my dog there again, results was terible, could have done a better job myself

I’ve used Pet Pawlor for several years now. They are always able to get my dog in and they take great care of her. They have helped keep her skin clear, offering different types of shampoos for her allergies. We love them.

Great experience with these ladies! Very quick to respond to my message left regarding service wanted for my senior dog. They worked us into schedule, were on time, good with my anxious dog and pleasant to welcome into our home. A great and convenient service, (and reasonablly priced), provided by mobile vet, especially for our 17 yr old dog. Thank you!

Can’t say enough great things about these ladies! For just over a year now, They’ve worked hard and patiently to groom our first pup Piper with her giant self, wild hair & hyper personality! Piper now gets excited to see ms Sheri through the front door when she rings every 2 weeks, I love it! She’s a doodle so veryyyyy curly hair but she always comes back in with no knots and sooooo beautiful!!! So thankful cause I can not lol They also just started grooming our newest member , Simon! Thankfully a mini version haha! Thank you all for loving our babies like your own???????????????????????????????????? Had to share because those with pets know they are our like our children ……. Right after a grooming session one morning I let Piper out to go to the bathroom, but the construction guys working in backyard left temporary gate down and she got out! I came running out minutes later panicking but ms Sheri and assistant had not left yet and saw me and said they said they had a little bit of time before next appointment and immediately offered to help and drive around the neighborhood to look for her while I did the same and I just was so beyond grateful!!!! THEN, once all was done and I found her (she ended up waiting for me in our garage when I came back, stinker scared me half to death haha ????) the doorbell rings and it’s the owner!!!! Ms Donna said she was notified about Piper getting out but that they had to leave to go to next appointment but we still hadn’t found her, so she herself came to my house to help me search the neighborhood!!!!!!! I just couldn’t believe it, how incredibly kind and thoughtful!!!! ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? they were all so sweet and caring!

I got my first ever dog and went to them for grooming. They could tell I was nervous about leaving her there and eased my anxieties by talking to me. My dog is a husky, so she hates it lol, but they always do an amazing job!
