First 2 visits were fine.called to set a yearly review and they completely screwed the date and time up. I had to take a day off work for MY SCHEDULED appointment. The receptionist, the one that set my appointment because I recognized her voice actually said to me Do I have the right vet? Horrible customer service. Asked to speak to the veterinarian and she wouldn't come to the lobby. Really stinks because I did enjoy my first two visits.

Our baby hurt his leg and was limping for two days. Being new here from Fla and not knowing anyone to ask for an emergency vet I called several and finally was blessed to have Jenna answer and say he could be dropped off for an exam. Dr. Aiken examined him and found no serious issues and called me immediately to let me know he was ok. He has a terrible fear of the vet and the entire staff made him feel so calm I didn’t think he wanted to leave! Thank you all for the wonderful care for Bandit!

Thank you! I absolutely was floored about my cats issues and me and the vet went through different ideas (she listened to me) until she had the idea to take a skin sample and we found my cat had a skin infection not good sensitivities. Thank you so much! She is finally looking and acting like herself.

My first experience was awesome here but it has been down hill since. Most recently, waited for almost 2 weeks for an appointment after last one to schedule xray of dog's right foot for a limp situation - I had to call only to be told no availability until 20 JULY!!!! Guess they don't think they really need an xray. Very displeased at the non care my dog has received at this facility.

I used to go here, nothing but good experiences. Definitely a place to try out. Since I've moved farther out of town I use a new vet, but this place is still quite nice.

I have been taking my Pom Buki to Cope Creek Animal Hospital since we adopted him. They do his annual checkups and vaccinations. They also see him for sick appointments and for general things like nail trimming. They offer a variety of products for pets. They are always super sweet to Buki, which is very important to me.

We had been coming to Cope Animal Hospital since moving here in 2012.. we had a sweet Gracie ( cockapoo) and until this pass February Dr Aiken looked after her..our Gracie developed cancer on her mouth and had many other health issues .. the morning we came in with her at the end... no staff could have ever been any more passionate than Cope Creek Animal... will always remember their kindness... We have now got a sweet mini goldendoodle and Dr Aiken will be taking care of her..

Even during a tough world pandemic the staff at Cove Creek took the time to love and care for my dog. They're taking great precautions due to Covid 19 to keep every one safe and healthy!!!

Every single employee that spoke to me was so sweet. The vet seemed to genuinely care and they treated my sweet Aziza with so much love. When we left for her appointment she was so down and hadn’t been feeling well. She seemed so sad. From the moment they brought her out she had drastically improved. She got home and immediately began exploring and playing again. Thank you Cope Creek????

After I brought my puppy in for an emergency visit they called a few days later to check in to see how he was doing.

Difficult to review. Out 16 year old Peekapoo had suffered a fall just down the street. As tourists we drove quickly to the nearest veterinary office. We were told that they could not see her...too busy with appointments. Suggested other Vet offices in the area who "might" see her. Disappointing and, frankly, quite surprising. According to reviews, if an established client, service is great. If not established & your pet is injured, wasting vital time to visit here not recommended.

The folks at Cope Creek care for my fur babies. They have extended hours beyond just banker's hours, for those of us that work a 9-5. They are efficient, yet friendly with human and pets. One of my pups has a good bit of anxiety, and I know she can be a bit to handle when I'm not around. Cope creek has never said an unkind word. They even worked in my "grand dog" for an emergency when I was dog sitting for my child in the military.

Dr. Aiken is a rock-star! .My dog RED had an unfortunate accident and fell 12 feet to the ground. As a part-time resident of Jackson County, I did not have a vet. When I called Cope Creek and got Jenna, she was professional, responsive and invited me to bring Red in immediately. Red needed specialist care so they treated him to make sure he was stable and made all the arrangements to get him to the specialists the same day. They saved my dog's life and Red and I are so thankful. Highly recommend this practice without reservation.
