Dawn and Dr. Todd are absolutely amazing. They truly care and are top rate, very knowledgeable, reliable and responsive. They saved our dog's life when another clinic was sending us to Greenville for a procedure estimated at $4500 after charging us $2000. Dawn and Dr. Todd personally stayed in touch with us even through the weekend making sure our boy was doing well with the medication and recovering. Grateful!????

I was spending the holidays in North Carolina when my dog got sick, the staff at Noah’s Ark were able to see him and prescribe him some medicine, we were able to travel back home and now he’s feeling much better. I really cannot put into words how grateful i am for Noah’s staff taking care of my pup. Their service was great, wish i lived in the area, i would definitely make them my pup’s vet.

My cat encountered a medical issue while I was working in Franklin. They were able to fit us in and literally saved my fur babies life. Very compassionate and care about the owner and animals.

I can’t say enough good about this place. If you’re poor, busy, tired, late, too early… it doesn’t matter. they will take care of your pet like their own. They all grow a bond and know each pet. They only have people like that and will always be there and understand. Love you all, thanks for taking care of us all.

I cannot sing their praises loud enough. Dawn and Dr Todd have been amazing and helpful at every turn. From the compassion of helping us deal with our grief with loss of our doberman to caring for our ornery elderly pomchi and now helping us deal with an adverse reaction to medication in our 8 week old puppy they are amazing and absolutely the best vet and staff around. We love Noah's Ark.

Personnel were all very friendly and seemed to like animals. I made arrangements for boarding service on a specific date, registered as a patient/customer, and submitted veterinary records as requested. I even made a financial donation to their community efforts. I was told by owner that a Cory would contact me. I never received a call. I called back to inquire and was told that I would be getting a phone call. Call never came. I called back to inquire again about arrangements to board my pet and was told they were waiting for veterinary records, I explained that they were emailed days prior. They then found them as we were on the phone, I was told that I would be receiving a call, which never came. The staff and owner seem to be extremely unorganized and flighty. Whether this was a one off farrago or business as usual is anyone's guess. All I know is they let me down and I had to make other arrangements.

My pets receive wonderful, compassionate and skilled care at Noah's Ark Companion Animal Hospital. Veterinarians and staff are all first rate!

We just moved to Franklin and have several pets. We needed a vet in the area and I don't think I could have made a better choice. Saturday hours are important as I work during the week and they are open on Saturday morning. The vet was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. They do not try to up-sell things that you don't need. I thought overall their prices were very reasonable. Excellent experience.

I have a new vet now in Noah's Ark. My vet left town and no one to cover in Franklin, NC. I called and no one would see my dog before next month except Noah's Ark. They made an appointment for the next day. Their system was so professional and they spent so much time with me explaining and reviewing the results of her exam. She had hurt her leg and was limping. Now 2 day after, she is much better. In addition. My original vet, has no x/r equipment so I would have been at a loss. Thank you so much Noah's Ark.

Needed to get our dog's rabies shots verified before our trip, they were great and worked us in the same day.

My little angel Lilli belle Got up with a bloody mouth. We rushed her to Noah's ark, they removed a loose tooth, gave is meds for her eyes, and Lilli is her beautiful self once again. This vet is amazing, they care for our fur babies, and we as there parents know everything is going to be alright once again. ????

Noah's Ark fit our dog in the same day we called even though he was not a patient. And then responded to our emergency call on a Saturday night. Very grateful.

Visiting from FL and our Maltese needed stiches removed and blood tested. Very professional and compassionate Vet and Staff. I highly recommend them and note their fees did NOT exploit the out of towner.

They were super nice in helping me when my dog ate some rat killer while we were on vacation. They helped me over the phone and told me exactly what to do. My pup is fine now ❤
