My puppy got hit by a car. They worked him in immediately and he is now on the road to recovery. Great staff

I am very pleased with the service at SCAH. I have 3 dogs that are seen there. If course there are always “unexpected visits” My last visit was one of those cases. The front desk always does their best to get me worked in when there is an emergency. My dogs are family members and are treated as such at this office !!!!

Scotts Creek Animal Hospital is a delightful place for my felines. I do not worry about them. They are in good caring hands. Dr. Cartner and Dr. Deaton are excellent. The veterinarian technicians are very knowledgeable. Thankful for a practice like this in Statesville.

It was wonderful. We had our first checkup for our kitten who was very timid of a new place. We were in and out quickly, you could tell the vet enjoyed her job, and everyone there was super friendly.

They do a great job on my Petey. He is a handful. They care about my baby.

They kept my budget in mind during the entire visit and spent time to make sure everything was looked at and we were comfortable the entire visit. The doctor spent much more time looking over my dog than any other vet I have been to and most vets don’t even care about your financial situation and don’t discuss cost of everything before doing it. My mother takes all of her pets here and from now I will bring both of our dogs here.

This is a great vet. I have taken my dogs another places at times because I was broke. Usually ends costing me more in the end.

The vets are always nice and try to keep our pets calm.

The staff are very efficient and they all treat my baby like he was theirs. We were only there for routine stuff but he gets very nervous if someone is holding him besides me. I know, but what can I say, he's spoiled rotten. He's so bad that I have to step out of the room for them to give shots, etc. But I totally trust them to take care of him. He had his teeth cleaned back in March and it went very well. The cost of services is comparable to others in the area. I'm so glad that I changed to Scott's Creek, it's wonderful. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an efficient, caring vet's office.

With the Covid restrictions, I would not recommend you visiting this place any time soon. You are expected to be on hold on the phone for 20+ minutes before they even check you in. After check in, you are expected to keep waiting on your hot vehicle for 45+ minutes more until you are obligated to go and complain about waiting times. The work they do is neat, but their customer service is terrible.

These folks are great! I have 4 dogs and they all love the girls there. All the staff are pet lovers and have loads of patience for the temperamental. I wouldn't trust my girls to anyone else!

I have always been pleased by the service and help from Dr Cartner and his staff. Ellie has always been treated well and cared for as if she was his own. They have always took the time to ensure I was fully informed about the visit and what they done. I couldn’t have picked a better Veterinarian 13 years ago for Ellie. Thanks y’all

Always have a great experience and know that my pets are treated with the upmost love and care. I would like to see this hospital offer boarding options. We recently have booked a trip to go away for a few days and will have to leave our dog with another hospital who offers this. I'm going on the recommendation from others about this hospital who offers boarding but do not personal know them. Would have liked to have left my dog with Scott's Creek who I know 100% my dog will be cared for in the best way. Every time we are greeted with with a member of their staff who always has a refreshing, warming and humble attitude, whilst being personable and professional. This is very hard to find these days. Thank you for everything you all do Scott's Creek. Honestly if anyone is up in the air and looking for somewhere to go for their pets, Stop searching. You have just found the perfect place.
