My NSA animal I've been waiting almost 3 weeks to get the moneys to be able to take her in with my normal vet, they worked me in here and helped my baby. Although she's got completely liver and kidney failure, they are compassionate caring and actually work with me financially to get her help. As far as I'm concerned that's an ace veterinarian! Highly recommend

First dog we took for spaying that already went through her heat cycle and was way past it was supposedly "in heat" so they charged way more than we were quoted. When I confronted them that it was impossible since we knew when she went in/out by our records, they claimed she was still having heat cycle issues. We let that slide but was very weary of this explanation. Then, we had an appointment for over two months ago for another spaying. The morning of surgery the office cancelled the surgery because the staff had covid. They promised to call us to reschedule once the office was clear of covid. We waited and waited and ended up calling. They said they forgot to call us and then set the appointment another month out. First appointment was September 24th then November 29th. After surgery we were charged again extra for spaying because she was " coming into heat". I said that's not right because we were scheduled over two moths prior just to avoid this issue and they were the ones who delayed the surgery. They didn't responsibility and overcharged us anyway. I am disappointed in this place. They'll give quotes to get you in there and then add stuff and rack the up the bills and there's nothing we can do about it. They were to do blood work to confirm the dogs were healthy for surgery which is fine and we gave our consent for it, however, they chose to do heartworm tests in spite of the fact we said no to it prior to them taking the girls inside plus, our girls were on heartworm preventions. We were led to believe they had the best prices....until you take your pet and find out they come up with extra charges and its too late. Rip off place! Considering going to BBB about them. Dr. Tysor and her staff are the most caring vet and assistants ever. She is very compassionate, knowledgeable, and cares more about the patients than anybody I've ever met.

This place lacks professionalism. I called on the recommendation of a local rescue. The person I talked to said they would take the stray cat because he was in need of medical attention. I confirmed with the lady that they would take him from me to adopt him out. I told her I would be by the next day and she said to call when I got there. I called when I got there after driving a hour. I had to call 3 times before anyone answered only for them to tell me there was no record of my call and they couldn't take him. I wasted my time, my gas, and traumatized that poor stray with a long car ride in a carrier. If I could leave less than one star I would.

I gave 4 based on PRICE, I took m y fur baby in þ Dr.Tysor is wonderful, she is very thorough, she knows her stuff th at is for certain. The other issue I have is with the terrible attitude of one of the receptionist, and this young lady was so rude, the rest of her crew just great. I will take my fur babies back for sure.

Joanna and her staff take such good care of fur babies. She has been taking care of my mom's and my animals for many years. This week, our dachshund hurt her back, and they worked her in, so she wouldn't have to suffer long. Within a day of getting treatment, she was back to her normal frisky self.

Dr. Tysor and her team are professional, caring and compassionate. We have two Rottweilers and a friend told us about Dr. Tysor when our other vet passed away. Dr Tysor has not disappointed us. She has always been there for us, even calling us after hours when we were having an issue with one of our Rottweilers. They called us a couple of times to let us know that Kala (Rottie) was doing okay after a surgery. They sent us a beautiful card when we had to put one of our Rotties down in 2019. I could go on and on so just know, my dogs are my world and I would not be writing this or recommending Tysor Veterinary Clinic if I didn't trust them 100%.????❤

Trial and error.can't always get a person that's helpful I've had good and bad experiences with this place . so don't let just 1 person at this place make u form an opinion I just about did..But pet wellbeing was the goal and eventually that goal was met.

I apologize for the delay but it's been two weeks since I had to put my heart down and I have just been so devastated that I've been unable to write but I wanted to make sure and do just because I have to say it's not my first rodeo unfortunately but it is by far so much more than I ever expected they did more than amazing job they were more than kind and caring and which is cremation Jamie a most beautiful cherry wooden box with his name engraved on a brass plate it came with a somewhat of a type of death certificate or Cremation Services notice that was printed with his name and dates of cetera also came with a absolutely free professional counseling for those of us who really need recalculating what our pets have left us with deafening silence and huge holes in our life I cannot say enough good about Tizer their care and compassion was ten times that of what I have ever had for any of my previous pets not just a silly Xerox copy of the Rainbow Bridge in a plastic box not just a number in a cattle yard so much more again can't say enough good about Kaiser and thank you so much even though I could not be more sad I could not be more grateful thank you so much you have made a huge difference for us and I appreciate you more than you will ever know thank you so much

Dr Tysor and her staff are very nice and helpful and seem to really care about our pets. They have helped my dog tremendously in the past, the reason I continue to drive one hour each way to take him there. However, I have been disappointed the last couple of times I've gone. They are so busy that wait times are really long, even with an appointment, and due to Covid, they require you to wait in the car (while running due to the heat) until a tech comes to get your pet. You don't get to see the Dr. and ask her questions directly. It is very frustrating because the tech has to relay your questions, and back and forth. Also, they tend to do things before asking, and billing you for them. I do have a problem with that.

Took our boxer, Diesel in for sudden onset of his symptoms. They worked him in, did as much as they could to make him feel better and diagnose the cause. Dr. Tysor was very good at explaining her findings and the staff were also very concerned with making sure I had a plan for emergencies in case he got worse. I can't thank them enough for the care and compassion they showed our baby.
