Everyone on staff was very caring, kind and knowledgeable! It was a good first experience here and I'm glad I found this vet's office. For my kitten's first visit, it went very well. Very patient and answered all of my questions!

We really like Dr. McCall. We are not crazy about the clinic, though, since Dr. Kennedy retired. It just isn't the same warm, inviting place it was then. Dr. McCall is very friendly and listens to her patients parents. She did both give up on our Mojo when he was really sick s year ago. It took a few couple of months and several trips to some specialists to figure out what was going on with him, but we finally did and now he's doing well. Dr McCall keeps close eye on our Mojo. I would recommend Dr McCall but maybe not the clinic. To be brutally honest, I really don't like that they've been bought out by a company and since then the prices have gone up.

Friendly staff. Short waiting times. They explained what they were doing when they were doing it. Reasonable prices.

What a GREAT veterinary practice! All doctors and staff are the best! I wouldn't trust the care of my pets to any one else!!

Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Waiting and exam rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Our little Lucie loved it there and she is the expert when it comes to vets.

My first and only visit to this facility began incredibly well. They seemed knowledgeable and extremely willing to help. The amount of money I spent to have my animals evaluated and placed on medication only to rush them to an emergency vet 3 days later due to it being a misdiagnosis and their unwillingness to help the aftercare makes me never want to refer this facility. The doctor that saw my animals either was new or not direct. Our animals are out children and I would never place their lives in their hands again.

I have been bringing my two maltipoos here for three years now. Every time I need an appointment I am able to schedule one and the people are all very helpful and professional. They treat my little guys so sweetly and with extra care and the dogs wag their tails and are happy. I truly believe you get what you pay for and while the prices are on the higher end I pay every dime because the clinic is so wonderful. They are the best!

We found a stray and needed him wand for microchip; they aloud us to bring him by on a Saturday morning without an appointment and didn't charge for the service. No chip found, but we did find his Mommy and his happily with her. We'll definitely recommend them to friends & family.

We just recently changed vets and couldn't be happier with this really difficult decision. Our elderly girl received the attention and care she needs here and we're happy to be new patients at Guilford-Jamestown Veterinary Hospital.

There are pet whisperers here. They are really good. :-)

Couldn't ask for more - everyone is so nice and takes the time to talk with you about every issue your pet is having. Can't say enough about Dr. Barker, she goes above and beyond.

They may give great care, I wouldn't know my dog HATES walking in this building (not something that happened at my last Vet), but I can factually say they are terrible with people. They will up-charge you and hide fees until your bank account is dry. Another important note, Doctor Barker is a condescending and INCREDIBLY rude person. Front desk staff is a mixed bag, some of them are angels, some are young adults that look bored out of their minds.

I was very happy with my visit- although the techs come out to get the pet, it gave me a chance to see the Vets interactions with other customers. (when they came out ). Very happy with it.

They required a case number from poison control center which cost 65 dollars before even checking on my dog.

The vets and staff at GJVH are truly awesome! Our dogs have been going there for nearly 10 years now and we couldn’t be more pleased with the care they’ve gotten.

This practice has been part of my “pet life” for thirty years. Through thick and thin they have understood my connection to my pets with good medicine and caring concerns! Good luck to Karen in retirement!

Dr. McCall and the vet techs at Guilford Jamestown vet are always amazing with dogs, old and young. The care, love and compassion they have is so appreciated, especially when we had to let our 16 year old best bud go. I recommend them to people all the time, I wouldn't go any place else.

I brought my dog here to get a second opinion and I am so glad I did. They are very knowledgeable and take the time needed with each pet. I have been to other vets that seem to be rushing to get them out and this vet was not like that at all. With covid I couldn't go in with my dog but when they called to go over everything they spent a great deal of time making sure all my questions and concerns were addressed.

Boarded my 2 American Bullies for 5 days and requested baths before pick up. One of my dogs tail was injured I asked how it happened they said my dog got so excited she waged her tail so hard against her harness that she split it open. My dogs tail didn't even reach the harness. It was clearly smashed. On top of the bogus story my dogs smelled like the inside of the dog kennel and i paid 100 bucks for baths.

Dr. McCall and all the vet staff that assisted us were super friendly and informative! Thank you for being compassionate and professional! Excellent service every time!!

Dr. McCall has taken care of our pup since we first got him and he is now over 3. Can always depend on Guilford-Jamestown Veterinary to be caring, thorough and dependable in doing all they can to take care of him. Definitely would recommend.

They were caring and sweet to my precious girl.

I love Dr. Clark and she is wonderful with my pets. My only issue with this place was when my cat had stopped eating completely due to a mouth issue and when we called to tell them he was literally starving to death we were told the soonest they could get him in for a dental cleaning/extraction was 2 1/2 weeks away. Needless to say I became hysterical because 2 1/2 weeks from then he would have been dead from starvation or at the very least have organ damage. He had already not eaten for an entire week. Luckily it turned out for the best as we we found a dental vet who cared for him quickly and removed the offending teeth.

Great experience! Dr. Clark answered all of my million puppy questions and didn't rush through anything. Bee was happy and felt right at home!

We love love love this place! I can’t express how much they go above and beyond to make your pet family feel like there own! The office manager, front desk staff (we adore Megan) and everyone in the back is always a pleasure to deal with.
