Awesome experience! Made my vacation easy and helped take great care of my little one!

We were visiting the Pigeon Forge area with our beloved senior toy poodle, and wanted to be sure he would not feel anxious in a strange place (vrbo) while we went to the craft fair and visited shops on the artisan's trail. We called to make a reservation before coming, and the staff were so welcoming! It was easy to email shot records in advance, and clear that they are animal lovers who give each pet special attention and comfort as needed. If we lived closer, they would be my go to pet sitters???? We will definitely return if we are back in the area. Great people, great service, great prices. You can trust them. This was our second time visiting the area. Our timeshare doesn’t allow pets so Molly stayed almost a week with them. Although she didn’t want to stay, we could tell she was well taken care of. I would highly recommend them. They are very wonderful people.

This place was so great! The staff was friendly and asked thorough questions about our pups before their stay. We were coming from out of town and were nervous about picking just anywhere. Another guest we met in the lobby said they fully trust their pups there, which made us feel better! Our dogs seemed to have a wonderful time! We’ll definitely use this kennel again if we’re back in town! Thanks so much!!

My dogs are my children and my life so I dont trust just anyone with their care. Ive been taking them to the Pet Resort for years and have never had an issue or complaint. They always remember my name and most importantly, my dogs names and that personal touch let's me know we're more than just business in and out the door.

I found this place online. I called and talked to the owner and she was very professional and reassuring. I rented a cabin for Labor Day weekend and this place was six miles away. We drove up and the establishment was nice and well kept. I did not feel guilty about leaving my Reign Man there. When I picked him up he was happy. Definitely recommended and I would use again if in the area.

Best dog boarding place around!!! The people there are so knowledgeable and friendly and you can tell your pet will be cared for like it was there own!

The staff was very friendly and took great care of our 2 fur-babies, Bentley & Reba, while we took the grand kids to ride some rides. They have great daycare rates and a nice facility. We will definitely use them again when we come to town.

I was nervous finding somewhere to board my dog in a state I don't live in. At every step, Smoky Mtn staff assuaged my fears and reassured me that my girl would be well taken care of. She's back safe and happy with me now, at a completely reasonable price!

The Smoky Mountain Pet Resort was a great place to take our aging dog. The team was kind, courteous and thoughtful about the needs of our dog and family.

The girls are very nice. MR. RINGO loves to go there and visit with everyone.

Boarded our Boston Terrier for the 1st time ever. They made the experience the best it could be for our furry family member. Rates were great. Jennifer was very thorough with all the information and keeping us connected throughout. Will definitely return when we make our next visit to the area.

We had our dog, Harper, stay here for several days while we were in Smoky Mountain National Park. They took really good care of her. They were very professional and friendly and you can tell they really care about pets. We were able to call each day for an update on how she was doing. We appreciated that they require all dogs staying there to have had the kennel cough vaccine within 6 months before they are boarded there. Something to note - if you want your dog to have play time with other dogs, this is not something they do here. Each dog has their own separate kennel they stay in but they get lots of love from humans!

Fantastic customer service even for a last minute stay for our kitty! She seemed to enjoy her time with Smokey Mountain Pet Resort too. The rates were fantastic and I was thrilled by their health precautions such as requiring vaccination records.
