Excellent. They take time and care about our fur babies. They healed Bear flat coated retriever that has been going through a skin bacteria infection a year with no cure or peace from Sanford animal hospital. Love you all Kirt. Bear. Tony. Daniel Ruth

The Vet was fantastic. We had to have my 14 1/2 year old dog put to sleep. The Vet was so compationate, and loving towards us and my fur baby, even though she had never been one of her patients.

My cat had an ear injury in January and within 5 minutes her ear had ballooned up. I called every vet, and this was the only one willing to see me without being an established customer. I had a same day appointment, and the next day they surgically repaired her ear. This past week my dog Walter was injured by a vehicle. His back ankle was broken. They saw and treated him right away. The staff are so friendly and personable. And the Dr. is so nice. This is my go to vet from now on.

My aunt's dogs have been patients for many years and she recently called to price putting her oldest chihuahua down. They quoted her a price but because she was a few days late on her exam they told her that would be an extra fee added. WHAT!? No compassion for a dying pet, not to mention a patient of theirs for years. Just about the money, huh!? What a disgrace. Just horrible on Willow creeks part. They need to update their hearts a little more and lower their greed!

Took my dog in for a sore mouth. $1400 later they tell me there is nothing I g they can do and I will have to keep cleaning it. Never even talked to the vet, just the techs

Dr. Schaller has been our family vet for years and she is the best of the best. She's treated everything from routine visits, dental care including tooth extractions, to diabetes and cancer with my cats. Throughout it all she and her staff have provided exceptional care and compassion to my fur babies. She is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I appreciate that she explains the conditions in a way I can understand and goes over all levels of treatment options. She is supportive of the choice I make without judgement. She's the only vet I've ever visited that will recommend products and then say to buy them off Amazon because that's the best deal. I am truly thankful to have a vet like Dr. Schaller and her staff to care for my furry family members.

Doctor is nice but staff needs more training. Went there for one visit and they forgot the one item I came for and I had to drive back the next day. Had an emergency another day and the doctor didnt have time for my dog so I had to drive an hour away to a 24 hour emergency vet. Need more than 1 doctor on staff. Plus they don't honor vaccines done at home (purchased at tracter supply) so they insist on over vaccinating your dog by making 2 booster appts and they want to charge you an office visit for each one. They tryed to tell me that the boarding facility I've used for over a year doesn't accept vaccines done at home, but they do. I've worked in veterinary hospitals for over 15 years all across the country due to my husband being active duty military and this place seems all about the money and less about the care.

Took off work to take my pup to his appointment and they said they didn’t know if it was the system but I wasn’t scheduled and they couldn’t fit me in. Left me a voicemail telling me this after coming out multiple time to get my information when I was already in the system from my other dog. Ridiculous and unprofessional to say the least and I will not be going back.

The staff here not only caught a cancerous lump on my puppy while she was being borded, but they also saved our cat from a blockage after he ate some foam! Twice! We are forever in their debt, our pets are family.

My only experience here was having to put my dog down almost a couple years ago. My vet was closed and this place was the only local place open at the time. For a horrible moment in our life the people here couldn't have been any better.

Came to Willow Creek on recommendation of a colleague. The first time the doctor was great. Every experience since has been negative. Heather hung up on me once to go to lunch. I immediately called back thinking it was a dropped called to be told: “We are really busy and she is just stressed and had to get food.” I’m repeatedly put on hold mid-sentence. The tone and actions of support staff is that they don’t want to be bothered. Cats are a chore but dogs are welcomed. Once I was just under 10 minutes late and couldn’t get my cat seen. AFTER driving over and hour and 15 minutes! That is super stressful for a sick kitty. Then had to drive her back another hour and 15 minutes. Every time I have come I’ve had to wait at least 10 minutes to be seen and this was an emergent issue. End of the day, I’m not putting my cat through this. Animals deserve better!

My experience here was less than ideal. My cat presented with vomiting and fever for 2 days. He produces hairballs monthly, so when I realized this was more than a hairball I took him to the vet. I should have trusted my gut in the beginning when I called that morning to make an appointment. When I told the male on the phone that he was vomiting he asked if food and water was still down for my cat. When I said yes he said "You should have taken the food away so that he couldn't keep eating." Like this was something I'm supposed to know. It sounded like I was being scolded. When we arrived I will admit everyone was very nice, as was the Vet when we spoke on the phone. The tech that came out to my car began telling me stories about how when other owners didn't act fast enough and do certain things things their "babies died". It felt like I was being guilted into doing something. The tech kept pressing me to consider exploratory surgery and the Vet mentioned it several times. The tech pressed surgery more than getting blood work first or going to an emergency vet to have an ultrasound done. It felt like they wanted me to stay there and spend my money without exploring all avenues. Exploratory surgery should be a last resort - the next vet I took him to agreed. I should not have been pressed like I was to do surgery on my cat without blood work & ultrasounds. We ended up taking him to Quartet Animal Hospital in Cary. I had told the people at Willow Creek I was taking him there and asked if they could send his info and the radio-graphs they took to Quartet - but they never did. Quartet was awesome. They ended up determining that it was likely stress related from another cat in the home (after doing blood work and an ultrasound all of which were totally normal) His fever, vomiting, and lethargy are gone after they gave him fluids. He has since pooped, revealing he does not have a blockage. He is back to his normal self. Quartet gave me recommendations to reduce his stress, which we will be implementing at home. My main concern here is how hard I was pushed to do surgery on my cat without doing additional work. They briefly mentioned giving him an anti vomiting medicine and fluids but would not let up on on exploratory surgery. Quartet gave him fluids and anti vomiting medicine and that was their first suggestion along with monitoring. He's back to normal. Please don't tell owners stories about how other patients died because their owners didn't make the right choices. It is incredibly unprofessional. My fiance and I immediately decided we were taking him elsewhere with the surgery pushing and that story. I will not be returning to Willow Creek Animal Hospital with any of my 5 animals.

They use to be my go to for all animals. Unfortunately they have gone down hill the last couple of years. This isnt just my experience but that of many. I called on regatds to my feline and never got call back from dr whom i needed to speak with. The associate said he can speak on her behalf. I said enough said. Your not a dr nor do you know disposition of my animal. I wouldnt waste your time here.

I called to reserve spots for boarding my pups because my regular vet is full for the holiday. I Was told that as long as I fax or bring in vet records that show they are up to date with all care the spots were mine. 24JUN19 I receive a call that the vet has decided I now need to pay for an exam before boarding. Nothing is needed for either dog. I agreed I would do it. I received a call 25JUN10 stating that the vet stated my spot was given to one of their clients because after boarding my dog they would not make anymore money off me. I would go to my normal vet at Sanford Animal Hospital. So after many calls I did find another place. 100$ cheaper. Very bad customer service. Willow Creek Hospital is Very money hungry. Not caring for animals.
