Sanford Animal Hospital Sanford, North Carolina

I am a new foster parent for one of the local pet rescues. This is one of the preferred vet offices for the rescue, so I had never been before and had no experience with fostering. Everyone from reception to the vet techs to the veterinarian was kind, informative, patient and efficient. I highly recommend and I see why the rescue I work with puts their trust in this animal hospital.

Our kitty Smokey was attacked by our neighbors dogs on our property. We contacted SAH enroute and they were ready for us on arrival. They were amazing, unfortunately the dogs dislocated her femur and shattered 2 of her lower vertebrae. The damage to our kitty was beyond repair. We had to put her down to our dismay. SAH was amazing in their care and comfort for Smokey and us. They did all they could do for Smokey and helped us say goodbye.

I’ve never had services here but every time I find a stray I bring it here to check for a microchip and the team is so friendly and helpful every time.

Unfortunately I had to bring in my daughter's old dog Buddy because he was hit by a car that morning. He didn't make it. The care and compassion shown was very heartwarming. Thank you.

A very unique practice with no appointments, only walk-ins (although mostly curbside at this time), for routine vet needs. Since moving into the area and with vet appointments 1 to 2 months out at local places and a young dog with complicated medical issues which need continually monitoring this practice's unique approach was much needed. My experience with the practice here...and with my dog I have seen a few...are that they are very efficient, thorough, respectful and caring. The 2 vets which I have spoken with reviewed my dog's extensive history and understood what the priorities are for my dog' s continued health and stability. They were also respectful of the time and effort I have put into providing for my dog's well being. Overall my experience is competent professionals and staff.

They seem to actually care for your pet unlike other vets who are money mills. Everyone is really nice and I like that you don't need an appointment. Bringing the rest of my pets there from now on!

Great place to go! Very organized and caring. However they only take walk-ins they do not take appointments.

I wasn’t a customer before Covid but I am very happy with how quick, courteous, and helpful this Vet has been. During emergency visits I have felt like they were great at explaining everything and answering my questions. My little girl has done well after each visit. I love that they call to check on her progress afterwards.

This place is awesome in every way. I highly recommend for all pets ☺️☺️
