Amazing staff that take top notch care of my fur baby.

Every time I leave my dog there, she comes back hurt. I had her boarded there for a weekend and she came back limping. Picked her up after daycare and again she’s limping. She was not hurt prior to boarding or daycare. Not sure if they don’t tell me because they don’t notice or if they are hoping that I won’t but I’d like to know why my dog always comes home hurt after being there.

Love some Rae Zor daycare. Our little girl loves it too. Highly recommend. Buy the package and save.

We tried the dog sitting websites and had bad experiences multiple times and gave up going anywhere without the dogs for a long time. We are so glad we found RAE-ZOR, our dogs come home healthy and happy every time and they provide us with the flexibility we need to spend time with family out of state.

???????? Took my 1 year old German Sheppard puppy there for a bath, brush & blow dry yesterday. I (you) could not ask for a more attentive, caring or compassionate team. Jennifer took extra time to listen to my special requests regarding specificities that I wanted for my German Sheppard who was a bit anxious over the whole bath idea. Jennifer made him feel comfortable and lowered his level of anxiety and quickly achieved his confidence/trust in her. Maximus was handled with a high level of compassion and was completely clean, trimmed, brushed & dry when I returned to retrieve him. These people really care and their efforts demonstrate this. Would highly recommend their grooming services, they’re worth the extra couple of $$.

We love Rae-Zor and their wonderful staff! We recently used their boarding services for our dog, Ozzy while we were on vacation. They are very reasonable on pricing and he was spoiled rotten! He loves visiting here! He also loves the extra attention and treats they give! Highly recommend their boarding and grooming services!

My one and only experience with Rae-Zor grooming, boarding & daycare was not good. I stopped in to see/tour the facility because I wanted to possibly board my dogs there in the future. I am new to the area and wanted to find a new boarding facility. I was told I could not going any further than the lobby because of insurance reasons. I have owned dogs for over 30 years and have never been denied a tour of a kennel, vet or boarding facility. Why would I board my beloved family pets in a facility that wouldn’t even let my wife and I tour it. We were given paperwork with applications and plenty of the facilities policies which was good. The not good. There was no prices on the paperwork for any of the services of the Rae-Zor grooming, boarding & daycare. Also it is very disappointing that there are no prices on their website. I definitely would not recommend this company to any new families to the area. Very disappointing!

Absolutely love the place. The Staff treat our dog like he is one of their own. He is never dissapointed and always tired from having a lot of fun when we pick him up. I would highly recommend these guys.

My dog Riley loves this place. He plays all day and comes home exhausted. The personnel are friendly and the facility is immaculately maintained.

They are so good with the animals and the people. Everyone there loves dogs and they take really good care of them.

These professionals are great! We have been using their grooming services for 5+ Years for all of our dogs. We have owned coonhounds, goldens, a beagle, and mixed breeds (not all at one time...) very pleased they groom even larger dogs! Their building is always clean and bright, reassuring clients of their deep concern and care for the four footed babies they take care of. The best kennel in the area by far, my dog is always happy to come to Rae-Zor. He boards here when we are out of town because I know he will be well taken care of and safe!

My dogs love this place! They get so excited to go to daycare and they get to meet their pup friends. They always keep us updated and always post pictures on their Facebook so we know they are having fun! They always call and notify us when they see our pups not feeling up the their best!

WARNING!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG OR CAT HERE!!! This place is absolutely despicable. I boarded my dog here for 4 days, (only because my regular kennel didn't have all the days available I needed) and I was hoping everything would be fine, although i was a bit hesitant to bring her to a new kennel. When I picked my dog up i immediately knew something was off with her, the next day my dog died!!! I don't know what they do at this kennel but now my dog is gone because of them and I know it was this place, she was absolutely fine before I took her there, there was not a thing wrong with them. When I called and told them about it and was asking questions to see what went on during her stay they acted like nothing happened and they did everything right, they are the biggest liars ever. If I ever get another dog again I will never put it in another kennel, because they cannot be trusted. I only gave this post 1 star because it wouldn't allow me to post anything without it.

Truly impressive. Excellent place to have your pets taken care of with a professional staff, but rather expensive especially when you have several dogs

They staff was really nice and the facility looked good and clean, but my dogs got diagnosed with Kennel Cough the day they got back from being boarded for two days. They were up to date on all their shots and still got sick. I will not take my dogs back. Their vet bills cost me more than it did to board them. Now I have to give them medicine for a month and they can't be around other dogs for three months. Make sure you check other facility's before deciding where to take your dogs.

The prices are a little high, but they took good care of my dog. I just wish my dog got more time playing with other dogs instead of humans and being in a kennel.

Always great with our pets

Friendly staff, and great facility. We have been boarding our dog here for almost three years, and she is always excited when we arrive. We were especially happy this summer when they accommodated her needs within a week of an eye surgery. They work well with our vet across the parking lot, and even made her available for the appointment to get her stitches out while we were still away. I recommend this kennel to everyone I know.
