My dogs both looked AMAZING when I picked them up from their grooming apt. I have a Newfy who is very anxious and she was very happy when I picked her up. My yorkie hates to be groomed and doesn't cooperate and they still managed to have her looking perfect! We will def be back!

Staff are always incredibly friendly and welcoming. The manager is incredibly kind and helpful! Great guy! It's always a pleasure to bring my pup into this store whether it's for shopping or a vet check up. Prices are a little high but that's typical in any pet shop. Just look for the sale tags and go shopping with coupons. :)

The customer service was excellent on a stressful night when I didn't expect it to be. They went above and beyond when they didn't have to. I only shopped here occasionally, but after tonight this will be my first choice for all of my dog's supplies.

The ladies that work there are wicked helpful and polite. Seriously they have way better customer service skills compared to the Fayetteville location.

This place rocks but don't go to the Walgreens that used to be a bank for your pets prescriptions that place is absolutely a$$ backwards .

The instore associates really make this place. They are always optimistic, cheerful, and patient. Some of them even remember my babies by name! Very welcoming environment.

The service was fast and courteous but they need a lot of help with their fish tanks, those were a mess. Also the vet clinic they have in store have outrageous prices.
