PetSmart Rocky Mount, North Carolina

It's a ordinary PetSmart located within a Strip of shops. The building itself along with it's parking lot is degrading quickly and could use a refurbishing. The store itself has stayed the same module for over three years and also could use a complete refurbishing.

Some of the staff need training , especially how to talk to customers and about what merchandise they do have in stock.

The best store for my pet.

Here for a grooming appointment the young lady in Rocky Mount came to the door she wasn't very pleasant in fact very rude I usually don't do business at this location but the only one that was available. in the future I will never use this location again I will keep booking 45 minutes away in Wilson they have a better staff

I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and I just wanted to say this is a great store. I’ve known Victoria for years and she has always been super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to be around. She truly is an asset to the company. Tyshon is also a gem, he is so kind and helpful. Ashton and Heather (in grooming) are really nice too. Just wanted to give recognition to these awesome employees because they are the backbone to the company and should be recognized for their great work and hospitality.

I was there early in the morning. I was very pleased with cleanliness of the store, everything was nice and clean, all merchandise was neatly stacked. I enjoyed my shopping.

We started an aquarium and first an employee helped us know what was needed for a healthy aquarium. Then we were quickly assisted in getting the fish we wanted, and we were also quickly helped in getting more fish on a follow-up visit.

I am welcomed with open arms and always showing they care about my pets. I can recommend Rocky Mount PetSmart to help pet owners take great care of their pets.

We usually go here for crickets for our bearded dragon. The staff is always super awesome, & knowledgeable. We enjoy going here, & our kids always get really excited when we go. Their brand of cat & dog food named Authority is some of the BEST I've ever found. It's the ONLY thing we've found that my Jack can eat and not cause him bloating, loose stool, foul smelling stool, & discomfort. He has to have the sensitive skin and stomach cat food. Switching him, & our other cats, has made such a huge improvement on his quality of life!!! Authority dog food helped one of our dogs recover and gave him the ability to have a full life! It's absolutely worth the money!!!!!

I got a 10 gallon fish tank for $40 normally $80. I'll take that!

I always love everything about this place. Always clean always has what I need for my fur babies. My dogs love it here too! Staff is also always nice && helpful on my visits.

It does not have a Banfield Hospital or hotel. I wasn't able to get prescription dog food travelling from Maryland to Florida. Otherwise it's a good store. The staff was very nice.

Friendly staff towards people and pets, very clear and organized. I enjoy every visit. Tuesday is new fish arrival. I hope to get a second and bigger aquarium.
