Banfield Pet Hospital Rocky Mount, North Carolina

This is my first time at the Rocky Mount Banfield and it was a wonderful experience!! When I dropped my baby off the tech that greeted him so warmly!! It put me right at ease. She literally greeted him the same way I greet him when I come home. I can tell they took great care of him by the way he acted when I picked him up. He was his normal energetic self! They even surprised me with some hilariously adorable pix of him! Overall a really great experience!

We love Banfield!! We have been going here for many years! The staff is nice and the office is clean. Dr. Blaylock is awesome! We love her!! We have seen all 3 doctors and they are always great!! They are very sweet to our babies and always remember them. ????

I have been going to Banfield since I got my pup. They are always so helpful and actually care about my dogs needs. The nurses are always so sweet to him and the vets are always so gentle and patient since he is a nervous pup at times. I recommend this place to any pet owner! Plus the packages and prices are great and affordable!

Really like this place...i took a stray there to get him healed from a nasty infection in the leg...the staff took really good care of all his wounds from fighting... I like this place so much I'm having my Kali (another stray I took in) transferred to here for all her veterinary needs????

Very friendly environment. Very helpful. Took a stray there for preliminary checkup. I came away feeling safe bringing him to my home for fostering until a permanent home is found. Thank you guys (really girls).

Great so far at the new location. They seem to always be booked up but it is the only one near by.

I really like how they took care of my pet and came up with the best solution to solving his medical issues.

I have a rescue that I knew nothing about medically. We took her in and had test run to get some answers. The 2nd time I took her in the staff called her by her name while we were still in the parking lot. They said my tinkerbell was the sweetest dog and never gave a moments problem considering she was abused. I couldn't ask for better people to care for my very big baby.

I take both my dogs here. Always professional and caring towards them. They answer all my questions and concerns.

Love this place but can't call now. Your number isn't working from Google and PetSmart says you aren't there anymore and they didn't have your number they just said it's on the website but it's the same one not answering?

We just got a pup about a month ago and our first choice was Banfield. The ladies and Dr is so friendly and price friendly. She is now on the wellness plan we love them so much!

Always a great experience and my pets absolutely love the staff. I highly recommend setting your pets up on a plan with them for either a piece of mind or if you really do need help with your animals!

I had to wait most of my lunch hour just to purchase heartworm tablets. I have to schedule a vaccination visit for my dog , mentioned it and was never asked when. Thoroughly displeased with the new location and attitude.

Great visit. My dog is doing better already. This pet hospital is a blessing to our family. Excellent doctors and very helpful, friendly, and welcoming staff.

They take good care of my Zeus...and they also remind me of his appointments which I'm happy for them to do ...because my schedule is soo hectic

Getting better with customer services

Very rude telephone staff every time I have called!!! Recently made an appointment for a heartworm test. Arrived to the very rude front desk. Advised me that i needed to leave my dog for approximately six hours. Needless to say that did not happen. Will not be using them again. They really need to hire friendly people to deal with custoners.

This location is great. I'm an over the road truck driver and my dog who travels with me was ill... After contacting them and explaining my situation they were able to squeeze me in, treat my dog and give him the meds needed
