Good place & good animal care. Only bad is slow service & not so friendly. Could have just been more going on than it appeared causing the unfriendliness. So hopefully that's not normal. I've not been enough to know what normal is.

Everyone at Pointe South Animal Hospital is always so good with my furbabies. They are thorough and listen to my concerns. Cesar is so sweet and I am pretty sure my girl's favorite staff member.????‍⬛

This place is horrible (Pointe South Animal Hospital). The nurses are sassy. The receptionist are the sassiest. They charge so high doing nothing. Their products are expensive. Their injections are so expensive. Their meds are so expensive. And they don’t have anti-venom at all! You guys should have anti-venom. We live in North Carolina, the STATE who's full of SNAKES! I live in Asheboro, I went to this place before because my dog got bit by a copperhead snake. They said they don't have anti-venum. I went again after a few months because my other dog got bit also, and they still don’t have any. They told me to drive all the way to Greensboro to get anti-venom and save my dog. I use a different name and last name for a reason. I just want to tell the truth. I’m a customer here for 2 years now, sadly. I don’t have a choice because this is the closest one from my house.

Very good experiences here. My dog loves it and the people working here seem to be very nice and professional. We have been coming here for 7 years.

We’ve been taking our Great Pyrenees here since we got him & he’s always been treated so well! We love Cesar there, he’s always happy to help and answer our questions. After having Ollie neutered, we received a follow up phone call just to make sure he was doing okay! We recommend visiting Pointe South.

I will leave a 3 because the vet is very well which is what you need. The ladies that work up front are not very warming or nice what so ever. Good thing the vet is good and my dog like them. People up front ????????????????????????????????

I have been bringing all my cats to Point South for many years now and I can't say enough how much I appreciate the staff and Doctor Berdeen on all they have done for me and all my little fury friends. Thanks so much everyone, we really appreciate it.

Excellent staff. I don't trust easily but I have not problems trusting this great facility.

Sadly my dogs have been going here for almost 3 years and I have tried time and time again to give this place a chance but I will NEVER bring my fur babies back here. We had taken our very sick dog here twice this past week and he is still very sick. I feel like they want to put a “bandaid” on a serious problem. After a very costly bill and 3 medications my poor baby has showed NO improvements. The vet doesn’t seem to really care about animals at all and is very bland while answering concerning questions. I wish I could give this place a 0 rating.

We are new clients and our experience was outstanding for our first visit. The staff is professional, kind and very personable. Many thanks for squeezing in my sick dog. I look forward to many future visits for our fur babies health care.
