Waited over 45 minutes for a tech to come out to the car to squirt bordetella nasal into my 2 dogs noses

Wonderful staff that really care.

They are rude and offensive. They are also impossible to reach. Charged me 500 bucks to treat heart worm and only did 2 shots of the 4 they are supposed to and blamed me when it didn’t work. There heart-worm “treatment” fits less then half of the National standard. Took 2 weeks for my new vet to get documents from them and apparently they were very rude on the phone. These people are toxic avoid them like the plague.

They took very good care of my dog after Sergey last evening. So glad to get her home.

Even though my cat wasn't brought to them from another clinic since their surgeon out of town and didn't tell me about switch I am thankful that their voicemail included Dr Sinks number to verify my cat didn't get brought there after all as Paws & Claws never called me to tell me anything about the 2nd female cats need of a spay revision.. Thank you Dr Sink, I appreciate your callback as being a cat mama freaking out regarding whereabouts and status of my baby. Found out when I called P&C this morning she stayed alone all night then brought to Lakeview as apparently you had no slots for her til Friday.

Friendly staff and drs. They helped my 2 week old puppy and now she is doing great.

Always have a good visit with High Point Vet. They are very busy and sometimes you have to wait. But definitely taje great care of our pets.

Took our cat in for grooming. They explained procedures well and he was ready when promised. Dealing with them for over 15 years.

They have always taken such great care of my baby's!! I love them so much. My dog just recently was there with pancreatitis and they made him feel so much better and he is fully recovered now. They also gave me puppy food for my new puppy when I brought her in for her first checkup! They go above and beyond. When I had to help 2 dogs cross the rainbow Bridge they were beyond patient and compassionate and Dr. P literally cried with me. I have never seen a more caring vet in my life! They are just so professional. They treat your babies like their own!

Only in it for the money

When my sweet baby Stella crossed the Rainbow Bridge the staff here went far and beyond to comfort her in her time and me as I lost my heart. The staff here is amazing.

They are great. My dog left with tail tucked and came back wagging.

Done business with this Vet before back in 2014 and they're awesome. Helped a friend with her dog for an emergency visit. The staff are caring and thoughtful and will work you in without an appt when absolutely necessary. No harm in trying them yourself with a new member of your family.

The wait is long but the prices are super low and worth it

I had a very sick kitten and I could not have found a better veterinarian!! The whole office was great and very kind and understanding about my situation! I would recommend this veterinary hospital to anyone with a pet!

Had a walk-in 4our 1st visit. They were great w/our Rottweiler... female, 10months, 125pounds‼️ Less expensive on almost every thing that we had done. We will be using them for as long as we have Sheba ????

Dr. Cinalli was very patient with my cat who acts like a wild panther at the vet! She was patient and calm and took her time examining her which I really appreciated!

Best vets ever! They sure have helped my pet.
