We took our 1 yr. old puppy here for his wellness check. We were clear on making the appointment as well as when the tech came out to get him that he was not to get any vaccines. They gave him the vaccines anyway! I believe instead of coming out and using the drive thru allroach and not really listening but in such a hurry to move people is what caused this. On top of that mistake, we then sit there for 3 HOURS while they take everyone coming in without dealing with our situation. We were not going to pay for something we ask you not to do and then try and hold our dog to get payment! READ the low reviews and most complain about staff and professionalism and I couldn't agree more. I wouldn't trust these folks with my pet again and I hope you'll find one that's more considerate and professional.

They are caring and helpful when I take my pets to their appointment. They are a little bit pricey for some services but I totally understand that and trust my pets care to them.

Lakeview is my place to take my girls! My little dogs are like family like alot of people, so the vets here listen to what I tell them and are good to tell you in language you can understand what they are going to do the cost and how long it will take! I can't say enough good about all the people working here!

Nice to my sweet dog but never suggested any extra treatments while she was there they just said hay were doing this to your dog as well and put an extra 300 on my bill that I find not ok, as well as 2x price for her medicine,

My family has been bringing their pets to Lakeview since they opened. They're very reliable, reasonable and amazing even during times of pain. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing place to care for their pets.

They took our emergency without hesitation and were wonderful partners in a very difficult situation.

I called to make an appointment last week for a newborn puppy who wasn’t doing well & since she was a new patient I was told they couldn’t get her in for 2 weeks, never mind this was urgent. SHE WOULD BE DEAD BY THEN Go somewhere else if you have new borns, this place is mediocre.

This place has given me nothing but problems about my dog all because he’s a pit they put on his medical records dominates aggression I asked how he showed aggression and they had nothing to say except well he growls.. so as much money as I’ve spent here I’m sick of always having problems and attitudes from the people who work here cause of my dog who isn’t aggressive at all and they are just making him look bad because of his breed

My grandma went here a month or so ago. She feeds some stray cats in her area and one was attacked by a dog so she brought it in for care. The vet was incredibly disrespectful to her and wanted her to put the kitten down. The kitten is doing just fine now after being cared for by my grandmother and I was disgusted by how cruel the vet was to a woman who was caring for stray cats.

They are really nice, even though I couldn’t go in because of covid-19 safety measure I was able to talk to the doctor the entire time and make sure to let her know my worries. Everything went really well I’m definitely going back if I ever need their services ????

I have been taking my animals here for years and have always loved the care they receive. So much so that I drive from Greensboro for my pets care. The staff is friendly and the vet is very patient with my nervous dog and my most skittish cat. They make sure I feel at ease about my pets health and ensure that all my questions are answered. The prices are affordable for the care received which is great since I have a cat who ends up going multiple times a year.

There isnt enough good i could possibly say about this vet and her staff. There is nothing but kindness and love from them. Its not about us its about quality of care these animals receive. Ive took my precious Maggie in and she had to be put down. Through all my sarrow i knew that she had the best care. Ive had other precious loved ones (pets) put down. But i truly can say there has never been a vet to show so much love to my sweet loved one as they were about to be put down as she showed my Maggie. Through it was more peace than ive ever seen. It was truly a gentle going to sleep. I want to thank them and their staff for always doing and being more than what you have to be. For that last breath of our loved one to be so gentle has just blessed those of us who are hurting through our loss. Thk u again.

The staff was friendly, thoughtful, and professional. They showed such compassion to us as we made the hard decision to euthanize our sick pet. I definitely recommend Lakeview and I will be a returning customer for all our pet care needs.
