Very unprofessional, irresponsible, and careless practice. We tried to connect with Dr. Rogers (who has been our dog's vet for the last 6 years) several times for our dog Rudy's critical medication refill. We received no response through both email and phone. Better to avoid this practice if he continues this trend.

I have called and emailed since two weeks ago to schedule an appointment and I still haven’t heard back.

We used Dr. Rodger for a couple of years. He did great with our cats whenever we were able to reach him to get an appointment. However, that can take several days and lots of phone calls, text messages and emails before you finally get a return call. When he did respond and show up, he did a nice job. We recently had a sick cat and left 3 phone messages and 2 text messages noting the symptoms and their severity. We did this on weekdays, during normal business hours (this wasn't an emergency call after hours or on a weekend), and this was our pets normal veterinarian. We never received a call back? We finally gave up and found a new vet. We called Hilltop Animal Hospital on a Saturday morning and told them our cats symptoms. They asked us to bring him in that day and they were able to exam him and diagnose him with a respiratory infection. Fortunately, they did care about our cats health and took him in even though it was a Saturday and they were already completely booked for the day, and even though we had never used them in the past. They treated him with the utmost care and concern and he is doing well today. Bottom line, if you need a vet to occasionally stop by, on their schedule, to do a bi-annual routine visit and you are not concerned about needing someone after hours or in an emergency, Dr. Rodger may be a good fit for you. If you have older animals that may require more than a bi-annual routine exam, find another, more dependable vet. Or, if you expect a return phone call in a timely manner (or at all), look elsewhere. BTW, we still have yet to receive a call back and it's now been 7 days since our initial call. We are done with this vet.

My dog loves them. They take great care of her. It’s obvious they love animals. They’ve always gotten back with me in a timely manner and if I were to have a real emergency I would just take her to the local emergency vet as they advised.

My friend is terminally ill and in hospice care. Her cat, Frankie has been her long-time companion for years and we wanted to take him to visit her before she passed away. He needed current vaccines before visiting her at the hospice facility. I called Veterinary Express and left a message on March 16 requesting a call back for a possible appointment on the following Monday, hoping to minimize the stress on Frankie by having him vaccinated in the familiar surroundings of his own home. I never received a call back. Luckily, we were able to schedule an appointment with another vet and Frankie was able to see his mom one last time.

Dr. Rodgers and Denise are by far the best Veterinarian team I could ask for! They are compassionate, patient and willing to help with any problems you have. They go above and beyond for their patients. I am so grateful for them and I will never recommend anyone else!! Plus it’s so convenient, especially when you have a giant breed! I am so thankful for all they have done for me and my pups.

So thankful for these guys! Our dog was troublesome and aggressive - going to the Vet was NOT a thing. They were so great handling him, in the comfort of our home. Super realistic and honest with us - instead of charging us for everything they could, they treated him like a patient they cared about. They helped us through the difficulty of putting our pup down as well, such a hard decision and they really helped us. We are so thankful for the peaceful experience, our last moments were cuddling on our couch at home.

Very responsive; don't often answer the phone but likely because they are with a furry patient. Always returns my email and or a call. Offers great referrals also as needed; from orthopedics, low laser therapy or even a pet sitter. Love them!

They were great with Shadow and handled my cat with great care. I love them for the fact they would keep each visit as fear free as possible and always respectful. Honestly the prices are great for all the care and convenience of having such a great vet come right to your door. My cat was back inside before he realized what was really going on. I will refer all my family and friends to their great service and care.

I would have given 5 stars over the last 5 years or so, but like one previous poster, we have not been able to get them to call us back after multiple calls over several months. I was always pleased with the care and our dealings with them until the last few months. :(

Always great with my pets, fairly priced, and treats with common sense. Doesn't do unnecessary tests or treatment, but treats my pets like his own. Is so nice not to have to drag my 2 large dogs, 1 cat, and 3 kids to a vets office!

Mobile service to my home. So what once in a while they are delayed because of traffic or something. Better then going to a vet's office and waiting for over an hour And my cat loves them. Every time I call I get a call back with in a day. And they always treat my cat like family and don't try to sell me other things. SO yes I LOVE THEM. And will call them every time my cat needs a VET.
