We took our 16 year old black lab to Vet Care Anywhere Animal Hospital concerning arthritis and dental issues. We had taken our lab to several vets in the past and we found his level of care to be outstanding. He adjusted her medications and our dog is doing much better. He was very thorough and took the time to educate us on his new treatment recommendations. I would highly recommend Dr. Marlon and will continue to use him for all our veterinary needs.

Excellent, kind-hearted, knowledgeable vet. I adopted a cat who was *very* very badly abused during her first 2 years of life. She was frequently grabbed and thrown against walls, so she's terrified of hands. Dr Marlon was so patient and kind, essentially moving in slow motion so that Jupiter could easily track his hands and therefore could relax a little. Very kind, patient, and loving person.

I made the mistake of coming here twice - for the same issue with my cat. Both times the doctor injected her with a bunch of things she probably didn’t even need - and the worst part is, he did it BEFORE ever getting my consent/approval. This is not professional or ethical. Would a doctor be allowed to do that at a pediatrician’s office? Absolutely not. How is this different? I let it go the first time, but confronted him the second time. He came out and argued with me and suggested I have memory issues due to not remembering him discussing those things with me… He gave me like 5 potential diagnoses and kept changing his mind - making it sound so complex, when in reality it’s probably a very simple problem and solution. It’s $1,000 later and he still hasn’t figured out what’s wrong with her and I have no answers. He put her though a bunch of tests and procedures, even hooked her up to an IV, because she was “slightly dehydrated” - again without telling me. It’s as if he keeps looking for problems that aren’t even there just to rip you off. My cat went home both times extremely disoriented, sat staring at the wall, and was not even able to groom herself until whatever they did to her wore off. He has sent me home with like 9 different medicines. They sure do know how to up-sell you. This place cost me $1,000 from just 2 visits, and I still have no answer as to what’s wrong with my cat.

We all love Dr. Marlon! He comes at weird hours, and is great with our 2 cats and 1 dog. All the animals like him, and oddly the dog seemed to really enjoy when he examined her teeth lol. He seems to know his stuff and takes the time to explain everything.

My cats have been seeing Dr. Marlon for the past five years. He’s gone above and beyond to take care of them. Unfortunately we had to put our 16-year-old down and Dr. Marlon and his staff were empathetic, professional, and very comforting. We appreciate everything they’ve done for our family!

Dr. Marlon is the best, most caring veterinarian! He has been with us and our dogs for 6 or 7 years now. He is attentive, detailed and so, so nice. We said goodbye to two dogs a couple of years ago. It made it easier on them and us to do this in our home. Not only were Dr. Marlon and his assistant super kind and caring throughout the whole process, they literally assisted with the burial process. It’s hard to talk about the details, but also - what vet does that!?!!! So much kindness and empathy. I can’t say enough about Dr. Marlon and his team!

I spent weeks researching veterinarians when I moved to Raleigh before I decided on Dr. Marlon. I’m very happy with the care my Delilah receives at Veterinary Care Anywhere! I recently had to bring Delilah in for what I suspected was a UTI, and Dr. Marlon made sure to call me before he did any tests. He explained everything to me thoroughly, and when a staff member brought Delilah back out, she went over everything again. I used to work in a vet’s office and Delilah had 2 other vets before we moved to Raleigh - Dr. Marlon and his staff are by far the most professional and friendly. I don’t think they’re any more expensive than any other vet out there - vet care is just expensive sometimes. I really appreciate that prices are available on the website. I would highly recommend Veterinary Care Anywhere to anyone looking for a vet.

I have known and worked with Dr. Marlon since he was a very young vet right out of school. He is always very professional and caring towards the animals and the pet owners.

We started using Dr. Marlon when he offered mobile services as we have a very difficult cat. The vet we were using would place our cat to sleep to do a basic exam and any vaccines which I did not like nor did I think was good for my cat. During Dr. Marlon’s transition to brick and mortar we tried another vet hospital which refused to touch our cat and the vet tech who was afraid of cats to start with threatened to call animal control (even though our cat was only sitting in the carrier growling). Dr Marlon has always been willing to provide the care our difficult cat needs and I appreciate that so much. We adopted another cat a couple of years ago and there was no question that we would take to Dr. Marlon as well.

We have a pet who is averse to any nail trims, check ups etc. Somehow Marlon found a way to deal with her. He always puts the health and well-being of the animals above all else. I would certainly recommend him and his team in the Raleigh area.

Dr Marlon is the best vet in America!

Dr Marlon Sequiera has cared for my senior bassets for years now. I started with him in a previous location before he moved his practice to Raleigh. I can’t imagine my pets being seen by any other practice but VCA. Dr Marlon has been so compassionate in times of illness for my boys. His advanced veterinary knowledge has made decisions easier for my family.

Marlon did an excellent job with Kubo, my 2 year old Doberman/Poodle mix. He did a thorough exam and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns in-person and over the phone. My pets are like my kids so I tend to ask a lot of questions but Marlon is so patient, understanding, and respectful that it was honestly a joy to speak with him. I'll be taking all my pets to Marlon from now on!!!

Best Veterinarian in Raleigh but most importantly, the best Animal Hospital Team I have ever seen. Education and teamwork is very important to them. Very noisy and seemingly chaotic but I believe I'm getting good care for my cats. I prefer one doctor over the second one I had. She was completely unresponsive to my emails and calls. I've not experienced the upsale others mentioned but I have experienced it elsewhere

I spent a year in Raleigh for work and was lucky enough to find Dr. Marlon. I recused a kitten who ended up suffering from FIP. It has been such a long process and I can honestly say I wouldn't have made it through without Dr. Marlon and his staff. Not only is Dr. Marlon kind, caring, and knowledgeable but he always makes time to dive in and explain complicated things so that you can understand and digest them. There were some mornings I called right as they opened for an emergency visit and they always worked me in right away. For me, that was especially important when my cat was dealing with a life threatening illness. Although I couldn't join my pet in the exam room (covid), I always felt that they were in safe, competent hands (I'm one of those super anxious pet parents who trusts no one). I NEVER left the office feeling like it was over-priced or that my pets didn't receive adequate care. In fact, I ALWAYS left feeling understood, satisfied, and of course, less anxious than when I first arrived. I really can't say enough positive things about Dr. Marlon. Without him, my precious Gatsby Cat would not be alive today. Thanks Dr. Marlon and all of the lovely staff! We miss you terribly!

If you are tight on money and only need a certain thing done to the animal they take it apon themselves do extra stuff and charge you without asking in advance to do it. I shouldn’t even paid for it but I was tired and bin there for 2 hrs. Didn’t feel like sitting there arguing with them. But next time they do this I’m going to give them a ultimatum ether take the extra stuff that they did off the bill or I’m not paying a penny
