They are wonderful with pets and very reasonable!

We enrolled our new puppy in the puppy wellness care plan and could not be more pleased! Everyone has been courteous, patient, responsive and helpful. Dr. Musgrave is amazing! She has patiently walked me through several issues thus far (over the telephone). From my questions about worming, to crate training and resource guarding (with our new roadside rescue pup). She even took the time to research and send us a great article about resource guarding. She is patient, caring, kind, empathetic and knowledgeable! I have never had a veterinary experience like this before with any of my previous pets (5 cats and 3 dogs) anywhere! I can't imagine taking our new little bundle of joy anywhere else. Unless Dr Musgrave were to change locations : ) Thank you for all of your help with the puppers, VCA and Dr. Musgrave!!!! Covid precautions seem spot on and I feel safe in that respect thus far as well! Fantastic care that is actually affordable to boot.

We got our Adrian in October of last year and was referred to VCA Durant. From the very beginning the staff has been and is wonderful and Adrian LOVES to go there! It is very convenient ; medical care , grooming and even day care play time all in one place. If I have a question about Adrian's care they listen. Very nice folks and I highly recommend See you on July 6 for Adrian's grooming! J

Very nice people, the agency I rescued my dog from works with them so I finished getting his vaccines there. Very clean facility and easy to get into.

My furbaby goes here! It is a bit pricey as 42.99 for a puppy plan is alot a month, even though there are cheaper options the vet is AMAZING. I have no complaints as far as treatment and staff. Staff are kind and always considerate. Plus they treat your baby like royalty haha.

Excellent group! They sent us a sympathy card after our beloved Reed passed away, which the whole staff signed and related personal stories about our dog. It brought smiles to our faces along with a few tears. We wouldn't go anyplace else in Raleigh.

We love the VCA both as pet owners and as very active members of a animal rescue. The service could not have been better. We have taken more than 30 pets here and not one complaint.

We decided to take our toy poodle here to get her hair cut and nails filed because she already goes here for her care so why not ? When we went in the front desk lady told us a price, we told them how we wanted the hair trimmed and everything was good to go. We got back and it was a total different price, we got attitude and rudeness because we wanted an explanation for the price. They kept our dog here allll day from 8-5. Once we got her her hair cut was the total opposite of what we had asked for???? she does not seem herself since then it’s like she’s traumatized after this. Her hair is super shorrrrtttt not at all what we asked for. We asked to speak to a manager and of course the manager wasn’t there. Of course our dog will not be going here anymore it was terrible service and terrible customer service.

They are excellent and take amazing care of my dog!

We have not had good experiences with this "pet resort". They are already quite expensive but we recently rushed back from out of town to pick up our pet at the Sunday pickup window. We had asked and were told we could do that to avoid charge for an additional day. When were charged for the nights our pet stayed AND that day as well. When we asked about this the girl working the desk was very rude and defensive and just told us "we were wrong..." I think it was her attitude that was the worst part. They need to find someone with some customer service skills....

All the staff is nice and the doctors know what they are doing. They are really passionate about pets.

Great place, friendly environment, and DO NOT PRICE GOUGE. These kind people got me an appointment asap after Pet-smart refused to give me a prescription for flea and heartworm meds for my 7-month-old puppy because "They had not seen her in over a year".... enough said with that story. Dr. Musgraves was fantastic and is very caring to my little girl; I trust her implicitly. I was even given a free leash, as I had just lost my mind. Atop all of this, they even sent me a "Welcome and Thank you" card with some gifts about a week after our first visit. This is easily the best vet/animal hospital I have ever visited, hands-down. :):)

I wanted to thank the manager, Meri, for acknowledging a concern of mine with such promptness and professionalism. I wrote her an email over the weekend and, within just a couple of hours, she responded explaining that she was not in the office that day and would follow up that following Monday and she did just that. I was extremely impressed by her willingness to accommodate my concern and this was a great example of going above and beyond in customer service. Thank you again, Meri! VCA is lucky to have you!!

This is EXCELLENT..EXCELLENT place that I can trust with my baby..Pet resort treats my son OREO CHAMBERS like I treat him when he home..Oreo enjoys his self, and he knows where to go when he arrives.. Staff is EXCELLENT with them all, also keeps me updated on records..I RECOMMEND this place to everyone..Cause i don't just trust everyone with my special gold mine.. STOP BY N BRING YOUR PET N SEE WHY I GAVE THEM 5 STARS..WISH I CAN GIVE MORE..OREO LOVES THEM..☺ DOG..☺ MAMA
