Great service. I was lucky to find a place on such short notice. My dog seemed very happy when I picked her up. I will be using their doggy daycare soon.

I would highly recommend Suite Paws to any dog owner! We have been bringing our dogs here since 2014, and they have treated all three like royalty. We always love getting pictures of them emailed to us when we were out of town or via their social media pages now that our puppy does day camp, and have never had to worry about the care they receive. Our dogs that have since crossed the rainbow bridge had medical or behavioral issues that they were more than helpful to accommodate. And when we brought our new puppy in, we felt like they were as excited as we were to have a new family member. The owner truly cares about her clientele and even sent us flowers after our fur babies died. Not only do they go above and beyond their job description, they continually exceed our expectations and treat us and our pets as family!

I've been going to Suite paws for more than a year. Take my dog once a month or two. I had an issue earlier this year that really upset me but I never went crazy about bc I do like the serive here. My Luna to me is everything. That one time the staff came out sd " here's luna " mind you this dog was wearing her leash nd collar but it was not my dog. I held it in nd left but called nd did speak with someone. That was handled nd I was thankful. TODAY !!! I almost lost it , I always get told we will call you when she's ready nd they do. But today they didn't, I called around 2 , I dropped her off at 9:30am. When I called just to check on her , she didn't say she wasn't ready , she didn't answer my question all she sd was the lobby opens at 3 with an attitude. I proceeded to ask about the call again , if that had changed or you know an explanation. She sd they were short staffed , understandable. So then she just end up saying when did I want to pick her up? I sd when ever she's ready. She's like ok she's ready. I live 1mile away. I got there nd literally the staff member is walking towards me with my dog , I barely even made threw the door. Nd she hands me her leash , I was so confused. I didn't want to blow up. She literally just made seem like " here , here's your dog leave!" Nd I still waited bc I wanted to tip the groomer. I called back nd spoke with a manager but all she sd she would talk to her. If you work with animals that should not be your attitude. So damn aggressive. I was never the person to leave a review but this was so fucking rude! I really hope this changes. Nd let ppl know if your short staffed I get it , I really do. This could have been handled differently but she decided to be so damn rude!!!!

So far suite paws has been a great place for grooming and doggy day care. Their prices are reasonable for the service provided, and my pups always seem to have a great time when they go.

The customer service is outstanding and the workers are friendly and knowledgeable about services they provide. We have been places where our pets didn't get, I guess a warm and fuzzy but at Suite Paws Resort they did and have no issues when I have to drop them off. Also, they do an outstanding job with grooming. We have tried several places but they have done the best job. Overall experience with Suite Paws Pet Resort is outstanding.

My dog did very well at her prior daycare and attended regularly for years. After moving, I've taken her to Suite Paws in Raleigh for daycare a number of times, and was still a bit uneasy in the attention the staff pays to the care of the dog, versus the business' focus on profitability and sales opportunities. I have to pay $2 a day to put a chewable pill in her food, but I can't access your cameras because of the web browser?? With the move, and a dog bite the first time at the dog park, I tried to explain she might have some anxiety. I've always had to probe for how my dog has been adjusting to the new social setting, and felt I was inconveniencing the staff by asking questions - With the exception of Abby, who was very understanding and caring the one time I spoke with her. I just boarded her for the first time, and it was her last time. I received no report of any incidents, and when they give me my dog, I ask why she is wet. They tell me she rolled in her pee in her bed area. Puzzled because she's never done this before, I ask how long had it been since she'd been out. After asking the question 4 different ways without getting straight answer, I finally understand that it had been 14 hours since they had last taken her out. That's not standard care from my previous experiences, and the whole ordeal was inexcusable. No apology from the staff, just excuses about how they operate and annoyance that I even questioned the care. Never again. My dog is part of my family, not a dollar sign.

We are new to town and decided to board our dogs here for my Fiancé’s birthday. We were never told that you have to sign your dogs up for additional activities including daycare. If they mentioned this to us we would have paid the additional cost. Instead Suite Paws only took our dogs out twice to pee for the 13 hours they were there. That seems insane to us!!! We went and picked them up the second we found out they were in the cages all day long, so they didn’t end up spending the night. In addition to our bad experience our dogs now have kennel cough. Our vet told us today that it’s a very common thing at Suite Paws. We do not recommend to anyone and will not be using their services again

I boarded my Kitty for a few days, the facility is clean & organized. You have options for the type accommodations and amenities for your pet during the stay. The staff was very responsive when setting up Peppermints stay. I'll use Suite Paws again.

Wouldn’t recommend them to take care of any animal. My family went on vacation for four days thinking this would be the perfect place for us to take our sever year old pup. When I arrived to drop her off the rushed her to the back and for me to sign paperwork, they also didn’t let know we had to sign her up for daily activities and with what they charge that should be included. So you mean to tell me my pup had to sit in her kennel for four days straight no activities no nothing because y’all failed to let us know all these things y’all were just trying to hurry up and collect money. My pup now has kennel cough, been moving slow and don’t wanna participate in any of her normal activities, she smelled horrible when we picked up her up and she just wasn’t herself when we picked her up. Please don’t send your dogs here.

Our poor pup is so anxious and hates being away from her "pack" so we were nervous about leaving her with a sitter for a week and a half. Suite Paws has done a great job of caring for her and getting her to eat her food without moping too much.

my dog loves this place! at first he was scared but he loves going now. heard the staff loves him too. he always comes back smiling and looks like he doesn't wanna leave. They also have an app and website where u can watch your dog in their kennel or playing outside, which we like so we can see him when we are out of town. He is coming over the summer and i know he will have a great time!

My senior dog had a great stay here and it was well priced. She smelled so good after her bath too. I'll be bringing her back again!

This place was amazing. We were going out of town and were able to schedule a last minute stay here. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because we thought we scheduled a suite but were told it was a villa instead.

I think it's crazy that they charge 3 dollars just to feed your dog, and when we got our dog back from boarding, the bag of food we gave them was still completely full! They charge you to walk them, to even let them play with the other dogs. This place is a rip off.

Fair rates and the spaces were clean. Dogs only seemed a little bit over exhausted which is pretty good compared to other overnight stay places.

This place is great. They treat the dogs well, offer treats and dedicated play time to dogs, and are always understanding and receptive or dogs' individual personalities.
