The staff is great. They are following covid protocols. They notify me when medical needs for my pet is due (I've had a cat and currently have a dog and they did for both).

Dr. Greco is fantastic! I've taken my dogs here, I come all the way from pinehurst!

Very enjoyable experience. I was early and they accomodated me and my kitten since they had the time. They were efficient, friendly and informative.

Boarded dog for weekend. Second time in month. She willingly trotted with staff from car to facility when boarded second time.

I find it very rude to let a bunch of barking dogs outside at 7-730am every morning when people need sleep in the area. I love dogs but it's annoying in every kind of way. The hospital is open from 730a-6p so I don't see why you can't arrange to let them outside at a later time.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. They don't allow people in because of Covid but will bring your pet back and forth to your car.

Kind staff, overpriced, lack of quality in service. My cat had a condition go undiagnosed for well over a year, throughout multiple visits. In addition, she was misdiagnosed for an illness.

My dog was completely misdiagnosed 2 times. I rushed her to NC State for an emergency operation. That was going to be between 2 to 4 k. I came home and she had puppies. Completely undiagnosed as pregnant twice

The staff came outside to car and vet did remote phone call during checkup. Gave options on treatment and was very informative on solutions to my fur baby's itching issues. Very covid19 friendly.

Great staff. They all know my dog by name. They care a lot and don't try to upsell you on unnecessary medications and surgeries

Excellent care every time we go. My cat had was injured and they saw him immediately, right before closing time. They have you stay outside while they check on your pet because of COVID, but the doctor calls you and gives you a full update while allowing time for questions. We've also used them for prescriptions for flea and tick medication. If you're a current patient you just call in and they put it into their online pharmacy. Hassle-free and at a very fair price.

I've been bringing my dogs here for 12 years now. We even moved 45 minutes away and still make the trek because they are that good! They are willing to provide you with options on medications, have reasonable prices, and know when to ask a board specialist about something when they aren't positive about something. Though the staff has changed over the years, they are all wonderful humans who treat your fur babies like their own.

Only about the money, not for the animals well being

I previously gave these fine folks only 2 stars due to high prices. But now I am able to get prescriptions from them that I can fill on line which saves me a lot of $$$. I have been a loyal customer for over 50 years since I was a kid growing up in Raleigh in the 1950's. The care is excellent, but over the last 10 years their prices have increased a lot under the new ownership. But it's a great place for care.

We have been taking our cats to Boulevard Animal Hospital for 20 years and they have always been wonderful. We have used their boarding services and they were great with the cats. I highly recommend this practice for all your veterinary needs.

Clean environment, friendly staff, appointments available all the time

I brought my dog Rocky to this animal hospital to see Dr Silva for over a year. She is the best ever. Very knowledgeable, very friendly and always feel so comfortable with her. The front desk and the Vet Tech Katie are a pleasure also. Very consistent and you always know what to expect. Love this place.❤️????

Dr. Sylva, Dr. Grecco and staff at this facility are absolutely amazing! My two fur babies are always treated with the love and care that I would give them. Dr. Sylva has been their main veterinarian for well over 5 years, and I can truly say she is the most caring individual I’ve ever met. She genuinely goes above and beyond with even the smallest situation - always checking in and making sure your pet is ok. I would recommend this facility hands-down as the #1 place to take your fur baby if you want the best service, treatment, love and compassion that you can find for your pets.

Very disappointing to hear they do not partner with any nonprofit rescues.

All three doctors at Boulevard have treated our cats over the last five years. When our oldest boy Moe wouldn’t stop begging for food constantly, Dr. Greco diagnosed a thyroid issue and kept him healthy and happy for his remaining two years. The feeling here is that the staff genuinely cares as much as we do for our animals.

I feel like the veterinarians provide a high standards of care and work with you to find the best (and affordable) course of action for your dog. I always have sticker shock when I take my fur-babies into the vet, but I do think that Boulevard has competitive prices for the area.
