I love this place. They’re my go to for daycare and boarding.

This place has been so great for our dog. He loves going, gets lot of energy out, and has been getting more comfortable around other people, which he is normally skittish around. They try hard to accommodate to our needs and are very flexible. I highly recommend!

Boarded our puppy here for the first time this past weekend. They didnt give us a tour of the facility or give us any updates or feedback about how she did during or when we picked her up. Very transactional feel. We were in the dark completely and would have appreciated more communication. The worst part though is that she contracted Kennel cough while there. Shes had the vaccination and I know this doesnt completely protect a dog but still disappointing. Very disappointed in our first experience.

Great job grooming our 130 great pyrenees. She usually needs a lot of undercoat brushing and she's like a new dog when she comes home.

I've been taking my older bully breed to this location for grooming the last 3 years. I've never had a bad experience and I've always been impressed with the staff's sincerity and kindness. My dog didn't pass the temper test for doggy day care (aggressive play), but the manner in which they informed me was very professional. I wasn't 'put off' and inquired on other services. I didn't know they had grooming. After his first visit I realized his previous groomer was not as good as I thought. I do see very happy dog owners picking up their dogs every time I visit.

The crew at Pup's Day Out always do such a nice job with grooming and my pup comes out so happy and looking great! By far the best value and quality services when it comes to bathing and nail clipping. The staff is also so friendly and I know my dog is well taken care of while he's there. Thank you!

I can't say enough positive things about Pup's Day Out. I have been taking my French bulldog to PDO for over a year and half. The team is always attentive, communicative, and ready to play. They always greet us with a warm welcome although I don't know that they can be as excited as Figgy is to see them. She drags me to the door when we pull up and loves to hear "Do you want to go to SCHOOL?" Her ears perk up when she hears the word "school". The team gives me updates on her day and they even let her rest behind the desk if she overexerts herself. What original attracted me to PDO was their no-crate policy but what keeps us returning is the trust and service from the team. They also offer boarding services and grooming services which is super convenient for those doggy parents on the move!

the first time that I went to this place, the services were good. I had my dogs groomed and they did a good job. The last time I brought my dogs in to be groomed I got them back and noticed that the next day there was blood all over the floor that looked like my dog paw prints. I discovered that both dogs had raw and bloody skin in between their pads and all over both feet. It is now a week later and one of my dogs still has this issue. The other issue I have is that one of the dogs also broke out with a huge, pusy sore on the side of her neck, face and ear. She is at the vet today; I tried over the counter medications and apparently it will need antibiotics and needs medication that is stronger than I can purchase. These issues didn't happen until I brought my dogs to this facility this time and I have had luck in the past. Maybe I got a bad person? Not sure, I just wanted to put my bad experience out there as far as grooming goes. They could be great when it comes to the daycare option. I have emailed the company to let them know in hopes that they will take care of these issues for their other clients. As a side note, I emailed Pup's Day Out personally before posting this review to let them know about the services received and I guess hoped they would make it right however they didn't bother to respond.

We love Pup's Day Out. My Shar Pei has been going there on a daily basis (mid week) for 3 years and we've used their boarding services and grooming services on and off during that time too. So in the 1,000+ days she's been there, we've never had any issues or incidents. I have a few friends that also use the facility with no issues whatsoever. I like that the dogs have their own stalls and are not crated for boarding. I really love the staff there and they treat my dog as their own. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for dog care or boarding. I'm very surprised to see any negative reviews here, they seem to stem predominately from users who have dogs with behavioral issues.

We put our puppy in Pup's Day Out for daycare when she was six months old because we wanted her to be properly socialized. She loves going so much that we've kept taking her to daycare for the past 3 years! Our dog loves the staff, and the owner and manager are always super helpful and friendly. They go to great lengths to make sure all the dogs are up to date on shots and and it's a safe, clean environment. Our dog is totally exhausted when we pick her up. It's the best doggie daycare in the triangle and we 100% recommend!!!

The groomer here is amazing! She really makes the best out of any condition you bring your pet in or request for style. When I pick my pups up, they’re excited but not anxious, and that gives us a huge piece of mind. Highly recommend.

If you're thinking about using them; call now! They get full quick. The staff has always been friendly and quick to help. My dog decided to splash in a mud puddle right before his temperament test and they washed him off free of charge. The prices are reasonable. The hours are great for my schedule.

When I brought my dogs in for an assessment the gentleman at the front desk was quiet and didn't really speak to me when I came in. We waited for him to acknowledge us but he didn't. A lady came out and finally asked us if we needed help and took our dogs to the back. Our first impression of them was a little shaky but decided to give it a shot anyhow. When we came to pick our dogs up a different guy came out and asked us if we'd ever seen our dogs play with other dogs before. I said yes. And he proceeded to "quiz" me on what I observed, so I started listing off all the traits of both my dogs in play. Long story short he was trying to get me to name a problem one of my dogs had with mounting and that they wouldn't tolerate it. I wish he had just said it more politely instead of trying to embarrass or ridicule us, his tone was quite belittling, but either way it left a bad taste in our mouths and we just said thank you very much took our boys and left. We definitely understand their reasoning for not accepting one of our dogs, however our interactions with the staff were less than I expected from a facility that otherwise seemed very well put together. I hope others have better experiences!

We brought our dogs here for their temperament test and were not the least bit pleased. First, they told us our dog was being aggressive to other dogs when other boarding services have never seen this happen, nor have we seen this happen at multiple different dog parks we've taken them to. When they called his name to get his attention, he didn't respond. But they called him by the wrong name. So they chose to spray him with a water bottle. Of course he wouldn't respond to the wrong name! Finally, when we picked them up, they almost forgot to tell us that one of them threw up while he was there. And to top it all off, the employee at the front desk was very rude. Long story short, we will never be bringing our dogs back here and would recommend you avoid this place as well.

We really liked Pups Day Out at first. My dog always came home tired and he didn’t smell bad like he would at other boarders. However, I went to pick him up one day and was told he would not be able to come back because he was humping other dogs. This was surprising because I have not witnessed my dog humping another dog in a long time (I take him to the dog park quite a bit so he interacts with a lot of other dogs). And they told me that because of this, he is not welcome back. The front person said this had been communicated before but my husband and I were completely blindsided by this. We had no idea this was an ongoing issue, despite the front person saying they had communicated this. I totally get that humping can cause issues but I literally have not seen this behavior in at least a year. And at no time did someone say: he is humping other dogs and if he continues to do so, he can be dismissed. If we had known, we would have had the opportunity to try to address the issue. When I asked if there were any resources they recommended for this issue, I basically just got a shrug. My dog is high energy, and can be a handful at times. But he’s just an average excited happy boy, definitely not aggressive in any way. This was a very disappointing experience.

My appointment was at 12 on Thursday, but someone put me down for Friday. Luckily, they were able to take my dog anyways. Her ears were cut choppy and uneven. The next day, I noticed she had fleas. As I started combing her, I found a cut on her head. I understand that accidents happen, but someone should've communicated about the cut.

I enjoyed bringing my dog here until an incident occurred one day. They told me that my dog had been attacked unprovoked, and my dog grabbed that dog and shook it. My dog got a last and final warning for being attacked and defending herself. I sincerely hope the dog that attacked her got expelled. I will NOT be bringing my dog back, even though she’s not expelled, because I don’t trust that the dogs they have are actually dog friendly. My dog defended herself, like almost all dogs do when they get attacked. My dog should have never been put in this situation and I feel guilty for bringing her here. When I told them I wouldn’t bring her anymore, the girl seemed surprised. Why would I want to bring my dog to a place where she gets attacks by dogs when she’s not doing anything? Don’t trust your dog in their care.

My dog came home tired and happy. All we wanted was for her to have a good time and play with other pups.
