Yes have a wide selection of products. It is nice that you can bring in your dog with you. We were able to fit him perfectly on the spot.

Check their dumpster today got a kong toy out than noticed they slashed a great dog bag for no reason! These people are a holes! Guess I’ll have to start dumping my trash in their dumpster to teach them a lesson. Yet they claim to care about the animals.

This store provided the best pet store experience I've had to date. Although they didn't provide me with the product that I initially went in for, the staff helped me to identify a substitute product that has actually become my primary choice. The friendliness and helpfulness of everyone was top notch.

Bigger inside than it looks from the outside. I bought a birdcage from Amazon. It was expensive, the cage had to be assembled, the directions inside were for three different birdcages and the only directions that matched the birdcage in the box were in Chinese. I bought a birdcage from PetSmart, it was already assembled, came at a good price and they had a good selection. Nuff said.

Regardless if what type of pet you have they have the food and supplies needed. Friendly and helpful staff.

They typically have long lines of people but otherwise everything is so nice. They almost convince me to buy a kitten each time i go there for the vet for my own cat ????

Convenient, cost friendly if you order online and pick up (they will match their online price but I prefer to have the items I need ready for me to pick up) and helpful, friendly employees.

I am dissatisfied with the groomers at this location I take my kitten to the banfield in the back and all over he never hisses at anyone the lady expressed to me she didn't really want to do the nail caps I requested, even tried to tell me they wouldn't fit on my kitten which they did because I had to do them myself. she took him out of his carrier and leashed him fine, but all of a sudden when she got to the back he hissed at her so she had to cancel the appointment mind you I work third shift and woke up out of my sleep too keep this appointment!!! Do Better Pet Smart I would've rather been told you didn't want todo the nail caps then to act like my little 5 lb kitten is aggressive when he's clearly not!!!

With three pets I tend to shop at this store often. My cats are on a prescription diet that requires me to carry around a flimsy peice of paper to show the cashier every single time. Today I forgot it and made the statement, I don't understand why it can't just be added to my account so I don't have to carry it all the time. The cashier wanted to tell me they don't own Banfield. I responded that I am not getting the food from the hospital, I am getting it through the store. Nor did the script come from the hospital. The cashier said well I will let it slide for now but in the future you need to have a better attitude. I have never had a issue before but I most assuredly wanted to throw a punch at his head. It is not their job to make comments like that to people that shop there. Especially when my voice was neutral and no comments were directed at him. Train your staff better petsmart

Overall a good store, the staff are helpful and usually have items in stock. Not many small animals but that could be due to covid. Not thrilled with the grooming dept. I called 15 mins before they closed to ask 1 quick question and they refused to take the call. They never follow the hours they have on their doors and website even before covid. Very frustrating!

Ashley at the front desk was great! We were very disappointed with the lack of communication with the Vet. Did not have medicine we needed for our furr baby ended up having to spend more money.

Well stocked pet supply store. We found cute toys for my cat, and she approves!

Friendly staff, clean store, and good assortment of merchandise. Only disappointment was that they had very few small animals. They only had 2 hamsters and 2 fancy rats. They usually have chinchillas, lots of gerbils, hamsters, mice, etc. Hardly any reptiles either, but all of that may be due to COVID. They did have 4 absolutely adorable kitties for adoption though. And apparently had recently found forever homes for 4 other loveable kitties, which is wonderful!

The teller and workers are really helpful and friendly.
