Great pet store with do- it - yourself dog baths. Wonderful employees and a nice selection of pet products at reasonable prices.

Previously rated 4 stars for low inventory on a certain brand, but after the quick reply from owner asking how to make improvements...I quickly edited rate to 5 stars. I KNOW GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN I SEE IT!!!

I visit this location frequently and I always find the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. It's my go to pet shop and they never let me down.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Staff advocate and educate customers about live animals available. Curbside service is a great convenience as well.

I’ve been a customer since PSP opened years ago at a different location. It’s my favorite pet store by far. Always well stocked and super clean, and the staff consistently is pleasant, engages politely at checkout and if there are questions, are extremely helpful. I had just been this week for a huge bag of a special dog food and went back the next day for a duplicate. He has two homes. There wasn’t any more of the large bag, size, but the staff members still double checked, found a small bag for the meantime and offered to place a special order. I’ve had staff there many times go over and above. It’s just an excellent store.

Everybody there is so nice and caring. And you seem to get in and out with their help and being so efficient. They have a great team at pet supplies Plus

Good staff and a great selection. We were able find everything we came in for and a few extra items we didn't plan to purchase. Plus they have a dog washing station as a bonus amenity.

Nice selection of supplies for a lot of different animals. They have a clean pet wash inside for $10 so you can wash your dog. They provide different types of shampoos and towels if you need it.

Always the best place to go for supplies for your pet. The nicest people to help you with any questions. Taking Bama back today for a nice bath. Pay for a bath, bathe him with all their supplies (unless you bring your own) and they clean up the mess. They even provide an apron to help keep ya dry. The dryer isn't hot to our furbabies either so no heat strokes!! I lost one by a heat stroke from a groomer in Durham once so I do all the grooming now. A walk up ramp even helps them with their knees and getting up into the bay. They also have a bay for wheelchairs or dogs that just can't get up into the tall ones with the ramp. Start out slow and you and your furbaby will both enjoy the bath for them. The cost is even less than $10!! Remember, they clean up the mess bit I usually just drop the towels off at the washer. Good times washing furbabies everyone!!! ????????????????????‍????????

This is the best pet supply store .they have the best prices and staff are always helpful. I have to drive farther to get there but with coupons it helps for the increased distance . I wish they’d open I’ve near Garner .

Was very disappointed to see multiple customers walking around without masks despite a sign on the front door saying masks required.

I visited this store twice but couldn't find what I wanted. But I give this store 4 stars for their excellent customer service. Staff was friendly and willing to find what I needed. They even offered to order unavailable in-store items online for me. I recommended my uncle to shop fish tanks there. He went and got what he needed. Staff gave him useful advice how to set up the tank and care for fish. Recommend the store!

These guys, Tyler especially was super helpful in finding appropriate treats for my furbabies

In and out quick and easy, didn't even remember to get what I went into look for though so I had to go back.
