We love coming here! Everyone is so lovely to us and to our Corgi. We appreciate all the calls to see how she is doing and all the love you give her. We drive an hour from Dunn just to come here and it's worth the drive every single time.

We took our puppy here for vaccination three different times, no one explains anything, can't tell you were the injection was given, I was really hoping this would be a great place, small, more personal care, it's just the opposite. The Vet is just like here's your dog doesn't seem to have the time or care to even discuss side effects or anything about the vaccine. Oh and the groomer is just as horrible. Really thought this would be a great place, there's no care, just rude nonresponsive staff, horrible service and so on. Definitely wouldn't recommend and never entrusting my puppy care here.

I love all the staff so much. My Corgi is no longer scared to go to the Vet.

They care for our family ( 5 dogs & 3 cats ) with as much concern as we have love for our four-legged family.

I took my cats here for about 3 years. My last time was some time ago & it was unfortunately my last time ever when they misdiagnosed my cat with a small sprain in the front paw when it was a full blown elbow dislocation. I took her in & they only did an x-ray on the bottom on the paw & not the upper part? this was very disappointing because due to the misdiagnosis which could have been easily diagnosed if they did one extra x-ray on the upper part (which i would think is common sense, if i told you my cat is limping,crying & hissing) they told me to wait 4-6 weeks & during that time scar tissue formed & from there every vet I took her to said it was due to me waiting so long they were having trouble fixing the issue. Everyone is really sweet here but maybe overworked, i'm not sure. Due to the inattentiveness I no longer trust them or will take any of me pets there.

We were quoted one price to have our puppy neutered but when we went to pick him up not only did they not honor the price we were quoted but instead they went up not only a little bit but $100.00 more. We will be changing vets.

Best vet in town. First of all the vet as well as the entire staff and nurses are so experienced and friendly. They care so much about the pets and do their best to make them feel great and healthy. Their prices are very affordable and they respond very quick. They take appointment reservations and they are very punctual and organized. We took our dog there because she needed surgery to remove bladder stones and they got her in the following day from when we asked when they sensed it was an emergency. The vet did blood work and X-rays before starting the operation and prescribing medication. It’s been 10 days since the operation and our dog feels like a brand new puppy again, back to being active and healthy. Would absolutely recommend if you care for your pets and want a place with experienced smart staff, and also if you want an organized staff that respects both of your and their time. Small Animal practice with lots of love for animals.

We love this vet. They are easy to work with. Honest and very practical about pet care. You can tell they just truly want to help animals and owners alike.

I was messaging with them because I was looking into adopting a dog from them. I got my dogs shots up to date and messaged them that my dog was up to date with her shots. They hadn’t messaged me back within two days so I check the website to see if the dog I was interested was still there. She was not and said she was adopted. I really wish they would have messaged me and told me that the dog I was interested in was adopted. But they never messaged me back. Really unprofessional, probably will not adopt from them due to the lack of communication. Disappointing.

Dr. Covington and the entire team are so wonderful! They truly care and love all of the families that come through. We have been Blessed to know that we have them in our corner to always care for our babies.
