Our puppy loves doggy daycare and boarding here!

My dog rough came home with deep and many claw marks and scratches on his body and you know what that business did no they didn’t call us or let us know no they gave him a bath and covered it up this business should be lucky we are not during them I will never be bringing my dog back here again and they better give me my refund soon and I have evidence and proof to show his injuries

The staff here is absolutely the best they really love and care for my Osito as if he was their own. My fur baby barks at everyone except the staff here. He looks forward to his weekly play day. The price is very reasonable.

Our boy LOVES going to doggy daycare here. He can't wait to get to the car to go, and always comes back tired and so very happy. The staff are wonderful and friendly and treat your pets as if they are their own. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I boarded my dog here for the weekend and it was a wonderful experience for us all! The staff was friendly, accommodating and patient with my many questions and concerns about being away from my baby for the weekend. My pup had a great time! I will definitely be boarding him here again!

Boarded our dog there twice now, never seen such a nice and clean facility. The owner Jen is so nice and genuinely cares about your dog!

I’ve been taking my dogs to Dog Gone Happy for a couple of years now. The staff is friendly and our dogs get super excited when we pull into the parking lot. Unfortunately, I think some negative reviews have been left by others due to some sort of disagreement between the current owner and former partner. I’ve had nothing but great experiences here and would highly recommend.

I never actually brought our dog here. This place is very close to my office, so it was out of convenience I went to check this place out. I went in for the tour and just didn’t get a good vibe from this place. The first thing you smell is urine. I get it, there are a lot of dogs in the building, but that is never a good sign. I talked to some people picking their dogs up and they seemed happy with the service. I first visited this place over 2 years ago and now I am getting emails between the two co-owners about an internal legal spat.

I wish they gave me a better time.

We went out of the country and left our dog with some friends and it turned into a bad situation. While being over 1300 miles away, I called numerous places and Dog Gone Happy was the best fit for what we needed. Our friends were able to drop off our dog there while we were away for our honeymoon. We got updates in the way of report cards about our dogs day and if there were any issues (which I am glad there was not). Dog Gone Happy helped us out in a pinch, they are friendly, reasonably priced, and we would highly recommend them to anyone. We will use their services anytime we go out of town again

The always friendly staff is wonderful and takes great care of our dog. The pricing is fair and you can get a discount by buying packages for daycare. Having a vets office right next door offers peace of mind in case something happens, and we've already had an emergency bordatella update in there middle of a daycare stay which was very convenient!

Very poor customer service, and place is not very clean inside.

We have taken our top-pedigree black lab, Reilly, to Dog Gone Happy since she was a puppy, and we could not be more pleased with the service and level of care that Jen Nolan provides. Reilly is always excited when we arrive and can't wait to get out of the car even after 2 years!!! Jen treats each dog as if it were her own pet and loves them all equally. I trust her unequivocally and feel 100% confident that Reilly is in good hands under her care.

Owner is not nice, dont go.

Best daycare ever!!! Kodi has been going here since he was 3 months old. He is the happiest dog when he knows he's going to "school". He knows exactly where he's going right when we get off the exit. The employees all love him like their own. He doesn't even want to leave when I get there to pick him up. The reviews (1 star) are all written on the same day and they try to say the facility is dirty and smells. Those reviews are all LIES. They clean non-stop. If it smells like anything, it smells like cleaner. The boarding suites are wonderful. If the pictures below don't show how much my boy loves this place I don't know what will convince you. He is 2 and 1/2 years old and he cannot imagine not going to see all his dog friends every week (at least 2 times a week). Thank you for always taking such great care of my Bear!

Great place to take your dog for day care or boarding. Staff is kind, facility is clean, and the owner is passionate to give the best care possible.

Poor quality, not very professional.

My husband and I can travel without our fur child and feel at ease thanks to the exceptional care that he receives at Dog Gone Happy. Our goldendoodle, Theo, gets so excited when we pull up to daycare that he sprints to the door and paws to get inside as fast as he can. It is such a great feeling knowing that he is happy, safe, and well cared for in this facility. I love to see the photos they email of him playing with his daycare friends. Also, having the vet adjoining with the daycare/boarding is super convenient. Whenever he needs vaccines, they just pull him from daycare and administer it without having to set up an appointment with the doctor. Saves me so much time and money as well!

Used them for occasional boarding and daycare for our two boys over the past 2 years. They always took great care of the boys - even when I was a bit "much" as an owner and asked for last minute accommodation. When boarded staff was communicative and kind, daycare was always considerate and left them delightfully tired and happy. We'd keep using them but are no longer in the area!!

I rescued my dog at 5 months and started bringing her to daycare and boarding since she was 6 months (once I got her fully up-to-date at the vet.) When I got her she was hesitant towards people and other dogs. Now, at a year old, she is a completely different dog from the one that I rescued. She loves playing with other dogs and is super comfortable around people! Every time I drop her off for daycare or boarding she practically runs to the door to be let in! They also will always alert me if anything concerning happens. My dog threw up while be being boarded and they contacted me right away about it. They watched over her and gave me constant updates on her condition as I was out of the state at the time. Overall, they are amazing! For as long as I am in Raleigh, I will gladly bring my dog to them.

This place has become pathetic-dirty as hell. Don’t go there

They said this was the best boarding facility in wake county. Not close. the dogs are kept in deplorable cages and are not even separated by temperament. They fight. Looks like they never clean. Poor management. I would not board my dog there.
