I've been bringing my cats to Cozy Cat for the past 10 years and they have always given them great care!

Dr. Wallace and her team at Cozy cat are the best. They are true cat lovers. We have never had a negative experience with them, even in difficult situations. Dr. Wallace is so knowledgeable and patient, she always explains everything so that anyone can understand it.

I first found out about Cozy Cat Veterinary Hospital from a friend who had a very old kitty who needed a lot of care. When I adopted my cat Cozy Cat was the place I took him to set up his veterinary care. Dr Wallace and Dr Neri are just the best and the technicians are fantastic. Everyone at Cozy Cat are passionate about providing top quality care.

We've been taking our three cats to Cozy Cat for years and have only ever gotten great care - and I will emphasize care. Not only are they excellent medical providers, they also listen to your concerns and work with you for solutions. It's also nice to be in a cat-only clinic, where the cats aren't dealing with barking dogs nearby. I have recommended them to friends and would continue to do so

I absolutely love this vet!! Dr. Wallace is one in a million and she goes above and beyond to help take care of our precious kitties. What I love most about her (and the rest of the Cozy Cat team) is, they honestly care. In today’s times, it’s hard to find a veterinarian that’s as passionate as she is and I highly recommend Cozy Cat to anyone that’s in need of tender loving care for your kitties!!

Cozy Cat took good care of my scared-y 16-year-old cat. They were very caring and provided helpful info.

We love Cozy Cat and Dr. Wallace! We started going there because we had a cat who would get tremendously stressed at our vet who also saw dogs. She was much better at a cat only vet. Dr Wallace is great with both pets and their owners. We’ve had 2 cats with bad diagnoses and we’ve always felt like Dr Wallace was kind, loving, and honest with us and incredible in managing their care. We always know our guys are in good hands!

***UPDATED: Been taking all my cats here for 12 years now! Still the best place I have ever been to (see below for more details). Dr. Wallace is amazing. She is very clear and easy to communicate with. She has helped us navigate insulin shots and care for an older kitty, and also is excited and welcoming again for our two new young active kitties we just adopted recently. They have safe practices due to covid restrictions where you drive up and call when u first arrive (curbside service); also bring out meds to you*** Love that it is cats only. It is also great that they have a nice quiet (cats only!) boarding room with windows so your feline friend can watch the birds at the outdoor feeder (this is great especially if you have a cat that needs daily meds). I have taken both my cats here for 7 years. Staff is amazing. They seem to really care about your kittehs. Dr. Taber is fantastic and always answers all my questions. She always gives you the pros and cons of any treatments (if recommended) and never pressures you to do a treatment if you are tight on funds (this is a judgement free zone). I used to have problems at other places, when I was unemployed, trying to guilt trip me into doing an expensive test even if it was only a 50/50 chance of being useful. Some tests and treatments are more priority for you than others, and she is honest and upfront about it so you know what really needs to be done now and what can wait for later, if needed. She helps you navigate all possibilities to make sure your feline friend is as happy and comfy as you can make them.

Dr. Wallace and the Cozy Cat staff are the best! They have taken good care of our two cats for several years now. My wife and I first approached Cozy Cat when one of our cats had a difficult skin allergy that other vets in the community were unable to treat. After a year of futility with others, we came to Dr. Wallace who prescribed the right medication that completely resolved the allergy. Happy cat and owners! Since then, the Cozy Cat staff has taken excellent care of our cats, and they really know cats! We strongly recommend Cozy Cat to any and all cat owners!

I have used Cozy Cat since 2008. During that time, I have the entire staff to be professional and responsible. They were also patient with me when the cats had difficult times and my expectations were extraordinarily high. I like too that it is a cats only facility, reducing stress on my pets during their visits. I highly recommend Cozy Cat for your cat(s).

The whole staff is efficient, professional and caring. Dr. Wallace takes the time to examine my cat and thoroughly discuss her findings. Her knowledge and kindness makes me confident Emily is in good hands.

We love the Cozy Cat!! Felt so comfortable leaving our sweet cat there while we went out of town. They have play areas and give you the option for a double suite so your cat has more room. The veterinarians are thorough and kind-- so are the technicians. Just an all around great place!!

I didn’t know what was wrong with my cat but check her and came up with her problems. They took very good care of her and made her better.

Kind, professional vets and technicians always ready to help, knowledgeable and pricing seems very fair for the excellent quality od service i received on each and every visit. If you have a cute and cuddly fluffy kitty, you should definitely be bringing it here.

I called a couple of times for an appointment and left messages. Unfortunately, I never received a call back. Disappointing sense they're locally owned and in my neighborhood.

We had great experience with Cozy Cat Veterinary! After the check Dr Kelly came out and talked to me in person about my cat, and went through all the details and explanations, and all the staff was very friendly! I wholeheartedly recommend them!

This was my first visit to a veterinarian following a move to North Carolina with my 16 year old cat. I had no issue with the appointment process and was clearly told what to expect in terms of COVID protocol. Everybody I spoke to at every step of the process was friendly, professional and communicative. I believe my cat is in good hands, that nothing will be done without warrant and without my approval, and that both my cat and I will rest easier as a result. Kathy Smith

I would highly recommend Cozy Cat Veterinary. Dr. Neri was wonderful to work with. She and the staff were kind and caring with my skittish cat. When he received a difficult diagnosis and needed a complicated treatment plan, they were patient, thorough, and plain with their explanations and helped me learn how to do his treatments. When it became clear that it was time to say goodbye, Dr. Wallace was so gentle, quietly explaining what was happening and what I could expect. I am so grateful for their kindness during such a difficult situation! When I'm ready to find a new friend, I will definitely be returning to Cozy Cat Veterinary Hospital for their vet care.

I've taken my cats to Cozy Cat for many years. They have always been so caring and professional. They have done quite a bit for my babies over the years, including surgeries (which always went well). Dr. Wallace is a caring and compassionate vet, and she really cares about my Kizmet! I would highly recommend Cozy Cat!

Dr. Wallace really cares about my cat and finding a solution for her , known that it was a behavioral and not physical problem.

We have taken our cats to Cozy Cat starting about 7 years ago. It's a dedicated and knowledgeable organization that has consistently delivered compassionate and well-organized feline health care the entire time. If your cats are stressed by dog-centric vet offices, you might consider a cat-only clinic like Cozy Cat. (I was not compensated in any way for this endorsement, BTW.)

I am new in town and it took a while to find a good team of caring professionals to care for my cats. Dr. Wallace is an amazing and caring. I appreciate her care and guidance with my cat treatment.

They're great as long as your cat is well-behaved at the vet. However, I wouldn't advise bringing your at here if they struggle with behavior issues during handling, nail trims, etc. My young cat came to me as a stray at 6 months, and I've worked incredibly hard to train her out of biting. We've made huge progress but I've only had her for 7 months we still have a long ways to go. I've also struggled a lot to find a feeding routine and nutritional plan that works for us, especially as she has transitioned from being an in-tact, malnourished kitten to a healthy, spayed, adult cat. I chose Cozy Cat because I knew I needed cat experts, and at first, I felt really well cared for. They were always so helpful and willing to discuss my concerns, but after the last attempted nail-trim, things really changed. They basically blamed me for my cat's behavioral issues and blew me off when I told them that I thought her Purina One kibble was exacerbating her hyperactivity and aggression. (She basically acts like a child who just an entire bag of Halloween candy whenever she has it. She is much, much calmer when I stick to canned food and the occasional grain-free kibble.) I'm thankful to them for safely spaying her and helping her get healthy but I've decided to part ways with Cozy Cat because I don't feel supported or taken seriously at this point. If you are looking for the right vet, I definitely suggest getting on Nextdoor and asking around. I'm not the only person that has had these types of experiences at Cozy Cat. Others with "problem cats" have been very helpful in making recommendations for vets that are better equipped to handle my little buddy and support me learning how to take better care of my cat.

Just had my first experience with Cozy Cat and I couldn’t be happier! Even though things are presumably a bit different given the COVID-related protocols, I felt comfortable with how things were handled the entire time. Everyone I interacted with so far has been super friendly and extremely helpful! Dr. Neri took the time to go through my little guy’s entire evaluation with me and answer all of my questions - she was great and so friendly! The paperwork I received with detailed notes afterwards was wonderful as well. Really felt as if I couldn’t have handed my kitty off to better hands. I will definitely be establishing Cozy Cat as our family vet from now on and will certainly be recommending more folks to the clinic! Highly recommend!

I have been bringing my cat to the practice for round about eight years now. I’ve asked for Doctor Wallace every time I am able. She is so sweet with my cat and is extremely helpful and resourceful when trying to nail down a specific and complex digestive problem my cat has been battling for a while now. She spent around 20 minutes on the phone with me this last annual visit brainstorming solutions. I’ve unfortunately had experience having to take my cat to another provider who specializes in a specific area of treatment unrelated to the stomach issues during the last year. When it came to choosing between the over one thousand dollar cost of treatment with no guaranteed result and keeping food on the table for my family, this other practice was shocked I chose to defer treatment even though I explained my situation. Doctor Wallace has always been very understand and non judgmental of my financial limits, which I think we can all appreciate at the moment. The practice has always been welcoming and a good environment - there was even a free roaming office cat who was extremely chill the last time I was able to go into the practice (I hope they’re doing alright), so overall a calm, relaxed atmosphere. I very much would recommend Cozy Cat.

The care that Wolf (rescue cat) has always received from Dr. Wallace has been the best. We appreciate her care and concern for Wolf, especially as he ages. Covid-19 has taken its toll on all of us and we look forward to the day that we can see Dr. Wallace face-to-face. Dr. Wallace has always taken expert care of our cats through the year. Wolf appreciates her care, even if he can't say so, in so many words. We sometimes feel that the person answering the phone doesn't show the same level of care and concern as Dr. Wallace. Keep in mind, the person answering the phone keep your business humming and suggesting we could call a special in-home vet, only causes mistrust. Maybe more training in how to handle us concerned pet human family members would help. We will continue to bring Wolf to Dr. Wallace, as she is the best. We will also recommend Dr. Wallace to others.

I am so happy to have found a ‘cat only’ vet, they really do love cats here! From the first appointment they made sure that I felt comfortable with what they wanted to do, and also made a point of getting to know my cat. I have had nothing but great experiences, they are always quick to respond and I have boarded my cat here and he’s always come hone happy! Highly recommended.
