As the proud president of a local animal rescue, I so very much appreciate the level of care and attention our rescues receive at this location. Despite relocating to Durham, we don't mind the drive for the quality of care. It's absolutely worth it. Thanks for always taking care of our furbabies!!! ????

My son took our dog to get groomed at this facility. I had called ahead to make sure what the costs would be for the grooming and a pill for treatment of her fleas. I made an appointment just for that. They called my son and told him that they could not groom my dog unless she got her shots updated....we assumed it was her rabies shot since that is all that is required by North Carolina to get groomed. When he goes to pick her up he is given a $300 bill that we assumed, based on our calls, would be $100. We found out that they bombarded her with shots and screenings and exams that we never asked for! My poor dog came home shaking and terrified! This is ridiculous!! I can not believe you did this to our 5 pound dog and charged us three times what we expected! I am VERY upset with your facility. This was SO unprofessional of you to do this and my poor dog has to pay the consequences of your greed for more money.

I brought both my dog, Boomer and kitty, Moochi for a surgical procedure. They were treated so well. Dr Hunter and staff kept me updated throughout the day with texts and phone calls, which I appreciated. You can feel good about taking your fur baby here .

We rescued a 2 yr old sweetheart of a dog that had to be neutered within 30 days of being adopted. This place was one of the very very few places that accepted the ASPCA spay/neuter voucher program to increase awareness of the importance of having animals spayed/neutered at an affordable cost. During the procedure they discovered she had mammary cancer. They took lovingly care of her during her surgery and was able to completely removed all the cancer. 2 years later this beautiful and loving animal is still with us, cancer free, and the center of our family. The veterinarians at this place care for our pets as if they were their own. They are awesome!

Best vet clinic around! They are thorough and make each dog feel loved. They are great at educating along the way and providing good follow up

We love Complete Pet Care. The doctors and staff are so kind. On our most recent visit we were there to have our elderly dog euthanized. It was a hard thing to do but the staff was so caring and made the experience as positive as it could be. They went above and beyond and sent us a card with personal messages from the staff and a floral arrangement was delivered to our home. These two small gestures really touched our hearts. Prior to our last visit we have used them for boarding and medical care for both of our pets (dog and cat) and we will continue to use them for all our veterinary needs. They are WONDERFUL.

staff is lovely and dotes on every animal that comes in. they do a lovely job taking care of both my dogs' nails (one is a very nervous chihuahua and I know she does not make it easy on anyone) both dogs don't dread going to the vet because of how lovely the folks are. added bonus they carry our chi's very specific prescription food (that was not prescribed by them) so it's nice to have peace of mind if autoship ever fails we have a backup

Great care for my dog' spay! Informative communication and status updates.. I knew in advance that I would pay about $70 or $80 extra for doing the spay just after her heet cycle. They accepted me giving the vaccines for distemper parvo kennel cough myself by bringing in the recently used vaccine bottles or written records. Accepted the friends of animals spay voucher I purchased for $110. Fecal exam cost did seem to be a little high at $40. I was able to decline all the additional blood tests online. Paper version of approvals didn't seem quite as clear that any blood work was totally optional. I had already got a heartworm test done before the spay.

I love the personal attention they give my dog and me as the dog mom. They care for my dog better than some people doctors, with great bedside manner! The subscription plan is great too! My daughter takes her dog to a chain vet, so we have experienced the difference. And also the reason why I looked around for another doctor for our 2nd dog. We'll be happy when our year contract is up, and we move our other 4 legged baby to Complete Pet Care.

If you are going to PetSmart for your meds do yourself a favor and give Complete pet care a visit. I was able to go and get my meds for almost 1/3 of the price of PetSmart's meds. Overall they are very honest and will not try to sell you on their products like PetSmart.

They where so kind when I brought my 11yr old dog there who suddenly started acting strange. Unfortunately I had to make that miserable decision... But the staff was phenomenal! And now my new puppy is a patient there and I have to say she actually loves going to the vet.. I believe that is enough said????????

Friendly staff and great service. My german shepherd is reactive to new people and dogs. They were patient, worked with her, and provided resources to help us continue to improve our dog's progress toward decreased reactivity.

Changing vets for sure. Took our dog in for an intestinal parasite screening and medicine for the parasites, if he had any. They take him to the back and returned with a list of vaccines they gave him. Mind you, we did not give them permission nor did they say anything about vaccines. What kind of business are the running where they can do whatever they want to your pet and expect you to pay, what if you didn't want what was done to him done to him?

Nice place pleasant vets, follow up with lab tests was little slow.

Everyone is caring, professional and courteous. We really like this place.

I was outside waiting on a friend to drop off his dog. The place was really busy and the staff really happy work with the pets. Looked like a great place to take your pets.

We recently boarded our 2 pups at CPC for a weekend and were very annoyed by the whole experience. When we came back to pick them up, one bed was completely destroyed and other was soaking wet. I am not sure in what conditions my pups were in their care, one bed was wet and smelled like pee, the other bed was destroyed and taken out, they didn't have the blankets, so I am not sure if my pups were sleeping on the floor. Both of them being from a rescue shelter, I am sure this experience must have traumatized them. We have boarded our pups there before and never experienced this level of poor service or lack of communication. We always have good experience with their Vet services as well. But this recent boarding experience has definitely made me revaluate my boarding options.

We waited in the car while people came and took my son's pet rabbit, then called us from the examining room and then again after treatment. They were sensitive and capable of handling a lot of different procedures. The rabbit recovered, and did not seem traumatized.

DR HESSLER, & Colin ( vet tech ) have really gone above and beyond to care for our Shayla. Our pup has been thru so much .. too much to type on this review. But after ONE bad nail trim/ gland expression experience, And days of back and forth communication with both Dr Hessler & Kim (management), they clearly provided all the needed attention to the situation. The emails and calls were constant and they definitely showed CARE and REAL concern about Shaylas well-being & health. Plus, I am pretty intense when it comes to our animals and Kim had the patience to hear me vent and hear me out about the situation while Dr Hessler responded to every single email literally within 24 hours! She is truly amazing! It took us a bit over a year to find a vet we could trust 200% with our furbabies and we are so thankful for Dr Hessler ((& Colin.)) This office is also pretty decent when it comes to prices and cost of care as well! Which is huge In my book. Also, I can’t say I’ve ever seen this place dirty at all! They do a great job of keeping the place looking and smelling clean. Which I’m sure cannot be easy considering it’s a Vet office. In regards to the bad experience:/ overall my Husband and I are VERY happy with the genuine LOVE & care Dr Hessler has shown our Shayla. Sometimes there is a bad apple in the group and that’s really all I gotta say about that. We are relocating now but would recommend Dr Hessler to anyone looking for a kind hearted Vet who knows her stuff! Wish we could take her with us!!! Lol Thank you De Hessler & Colin for being patient and understanding and for loving on our Shayla they way you have.

These guys are the worst all they care about is Money not you or your pets health or anyone would definitely not recommend this vet hospital . They don’t work with you on prices and to top that your animal might not receive the best care . To find a better animal hospital go to a banfield they are kind , loving , sweet and the prices are better .

Dr. Fear is great with cats. She is very gentle and loving with them. I'm glad that they have it now where you can take your pet inside and be with them during the examination.
