We were beyond satisfied with the care our bird received from All Critters. We have facetious Senegal Parrot who enjoys mischief and a little uneasy with new people. Our fist time using this service was for a 6 night trip. By day 2 our bird became very fond of the pet sitters. They provided what our little pet needed above expectation. We have and will continue to use them when we want to get out of town. 10/10

Joey, Melissa and all of the pet sitters that have taken care of my pup Simba ???? have been amazing. After relocating to a different state, I stumbled across ALLCRITTERS and have been very fortunate to have done so. I leave to work or trips knowing that he is well taken care of. They have all been reliable and very accommodating. Would highly recommend.

I found All Critters from another happy customer who recommended this service. They were spot on. I love the daily photos and updates on my pups Emily and Sonny, and the sitters who come by are friendly, happy, and my dogs respond in a like fashion to them. Joey and the All Critters team have been wonderful to work with. My one cat has had a great time with her sitters and loves the attention. They are reasonably priced for watching a cat when you need to travel. They spend 20-30 minutes with the cat to feed and play with them. I look forward to working with All Critters again in the future.

I have been so happy with All Critters! My dog has some social anxiety and does not take to everyone. Melissa has been extremely patient and kind. On top of the obvious benefit to a pet sitter, her efforts have helped with his socialization, to the point that I believe my dog has a crush on her! She is also very responsive and flexible. The All Critters website is easy to use and the prices are reasonable.

All Critters has taken care of our multiple cats and always done a great job. They are timely and keep us informed. Their prices are great, especially for multiple pets. The "anytime" daily cat service is an especially good deal if you don't need care at a specific time. They have been available on just a day or two notice, which is handy for last minute trips. It's nice having an affordable and reliable pet sitter.

My dog training service polled their employees, and most recommended All Critters Petcare for petsitting. So I set up a free meet-and-greet to see if All Critters would be comfortable with my 2 energetic pitbulls, my neurotic mutt and my geriatric chihuahua. I also completed their online client profile, which is extremely thorough, so you can feel sure you told them everything they need to know - its all in the portal! On our first service, which was a 3-day weekend, they sent me pictures of every pet at every visit. They have a map app that tracks them, so you can see when they arrive and leave. I am pleased to say that my house was left in tact with no accidents, and all the dogs are safe and accounted for! I have already booked them for my next trip!

I was recently referred to All Critters after losing a long time dog walker. All Critters came to the rescue! Within a couple days we had our initial consult and were all set up. I am so thrilled with the service and especially how easy the website is to manage all scheduling, billing, and communication. And most important, Chesney loves the walks!

Highly recommend. After spending so much time with my pets during the pandemic I was nervous to be away from them for a week. Joey and Melissa helped me be at ease. Melissa stayed in contact through texts and photos. I could also check through the website for the times of visits, daily reports, and photos. Even before I left I was pleasantly surprised by how responsive they were to my requests. Joey got back to me within hours of my first message. They confirmed services for my scheduled vacation within 24 hours. Allcritters is professional, caring, and money well spent.

We love the peace of mind we get by using All Critters Petcare for our cat when we're away. We know she is well taken care of - Melissa always sends us pictures and an update! It's comforting knowing that Lucy is getting some play time and snuggles so she doesn't get too lonely.

All critters is such a wonderful company! They are reliable and affordable with a really convenient website. They are respectful of my pets and property, and they're incredibly friendly. I've been using them almost twice a month since I moved here, and they've made my life so much easier!

Can not say enough good things about them!! Joey and Melissa took care of all of our menagerie while we took a week family trip to Florida and did an AMAZING job!! (2 dogs, bearded dragon, crested gecko and a leopard gecko along with a sun conure and Indian ring neck) Everything was done, the animals were super happy and well taken care of. They came at the times they said they would and sent us updates and pics on every single visit! They are both so nice and the sweetest people ever. We loved them so much that we already have booked them for a trip we are taking next year! And will always use them! Highly recommended!!

Amazing experience! We have 2 slightly difficult dogs and were worried about leaving them. Joey and his team were wonderful...got an email after every visit with how long they spent at the house, what they did for the dogs as well as pictures. What a great service. Highly recommend.

Joey and his staff are tremendous! They are responsive, flexible, and customize visits if needed. And ... they truly love your pets. They helped me so much with my dog who needed special attention and grieved with me when he passed away. Now I have a bunny and they take care of her so well! Let them love your pets too!

Joey, Melissa, and Clarissa have been absolutely amazing with my little Luca! I haven’t had a dog in 5 years, because of my schedule. They have put my mind at such ease when I’m working for how great of care they take of Luca. They always send me pictures and journal entries when they visit him. He ALWAYS looks so happy in the pics. They pay attention to the things he likes, and try to accommodate them in the time they are there. Any time I have had something come up and needed to change a day, they have been instantly responsive and worked with me. They were recommended to me by a friend, and I am so grateful I found them! I would 100% recommend them to anyone and their pet!

We have been using All Critters Petcare since my dad's independent living facility started allowing dog walkers back in (it was shut down due to Covid). We had been using a different company prior to the shutdown and we were not happy with the service or the walkers. Fortunately, we called All Critters Petcare to start walking my dad's dog. Melissa and Joey are so professional and completely reliable. When they first started walking my dad's dog, he also had a cat. The cat became ill and they took him to the vet for us. They have also taken the dog to the vet. They are lifesavers for us because we live almost 40 minutes away and have our own business, so we can't just pick up and go. Twice a day we get an email with a link to the online journal detailing what they did and how things are going. It's the greatest thing! Also, they will text us if my dad (who has dementia) is having an off day, which is pretty often now. I highly recommend All Critters Petcare (and already have to friends who are now using them)! They are the best.

Melissa was absolutely amazing! My cat is actually kind of shy/ scared of meeting new people but he warmed up to her in as little as two days. He was well taken care of for the entire week and she even bought him a little Christmas gift which he stills play with. She was also very responsive and willing to help out with whatever I need in the house. I HIGHLY recommend using their service.

Joey cared for my cat for a month. He came on each visit and always sent me a photo and a summary. He is truly in tune with pets and genuinely cares about animals! I trust him completely.

We left our bunnies with Joey recently and he was wonderful :) He sent us photos to help us relax. The bunnies looked happy and enjoyed his company. Our bunnies left a bit of a mess and he was very understanding. We appreciated his patience with them. Thanks again Joey!

I was nervous having to leave my cat behind for a 2 week trip, having just moved to Raleigh and with none of my local friends nearby to look in on her. All Critters Petcare stepped in and handled everything perfectly. I received daily emails with photos to keep me in the loop. Joey was excellent with my cat, and she clearly got along well with him. I'll definitely be scheduling service again for my future trips.

Great pet sitting option! Scheduling is so easy, and the summary of the visit is very assuring. Joey and his team and very responsive and I feel very comfortable when my pets are in their care.

This review is LONG overdue, but absolutely deserved. Joey checked in on my cats for a week over the Christmas holiday last year (Dec 2019, cats only once-a-day visits). Service was so easy to book, and I respected the thoroughness of information he collects about each pet and my property. I appreciated the introduction meeting where I was able to show him where everything was and explain my cats' quirks. Plus, it was nice to just meet the person to whom I was entrusting my babies. From this meeting it was clear to me that Joey genuinely cared about the wellbeing of my animals. My favorite part of his service was the daily updates with pictures. I've had sitters where "no news is good news," but I feel so much more comfortable being away from my cats knowing they were eating their food, using the litter box, and appeared in good spirits. I loved the daily photos of them (always expectant, because they live for food) and the short message about what they've been up to. At the end of service, payment was incredibly easy. I cannot express enough the value of this pet sitting service; I felt like Joey went beyond the standard of pet sitting at an extremely reasonable price. I have temporarily moved out of his service area, but I will absolutely be a repeat customer when I return!!

LOVE these people!!! Joey, Melissa and the rest of the staff have been checking on my 4 dogs multiple days a week for a few years now and we use them when we are out of town. Their services are easy to use and book. If there’s ever any type of concern or question they will contact you immediately. Very professional. They’re observant and know my pack well. I love the daily journals and pictures they send (sometimes seeing my pups gets me through a long hard day!) I would recommend them to anyone!
