The Pet Pantry is the only place I’ll buy dog food from! My previous pup had severe allergies, Thor was fantastic walking me through different foods that would work for him - We found a winner and his skin changed drastically for the best! My newest puppy is on their Growth and Performance puppy food and we have had zero issues. Best part is their Customer Service is absolutely amazing!

Pet Pantry has some unique products not available elsewhere - our dog eats Organic Salmon kibble. Their prices are reasonable. They offer next day home delivery and always include some small treats with the delivery.

Pet Pantry has excellent foods and is extremely responsive to owner needs. They will give recommendations if needed, they deliver food often within 24 hours of ordering, and will get orders ready for pick up in emergency situations. Our pet had oral surgery and needed wet food ASAP. They had it for me at the front desk within 30 minutes of calling.

I love the Pet Pantry. They are always accommodating when I have changes to my deliveries and have always quickly fixed things if there was every a miscommunication of my needs. They also are willing to give advice as to the kind of foods your pets need. I would recommend them to anyone who likes to have the convenience of having their pet food and supplies delivered. I switched my dog’s food to pet pantry about 2 years ago and my dog’s skin and coat have improved as well as keeping his weigh in check. The quality is excellent and they have excellent customer service and quick delivery. I highly recommend.

Pet Pantry has all sorts of stuff for my dog. He seems to really like the food and treats. He has a sensitive stomach and the food I get sits well with him. My dogs have aged over the years and we have changed their foods and added supplements. Thor and Elizabeth have helped me in that transition. My cats also love their cat food. We have used Pet Pantry ever since our older dog got his first ear infection, leading us to cut out corn from his diet. We also used the healthy weight food after finding out that he'd gained weight (one family member wasn't measuring properly!) Our younger dog has never eaten anything but Pet Pantry in our home and his weight has always been perfect. Both dogs have plenty of pep and healthy coats. The food is top notch. The service is incredible. Being able to sample new foods also helps to make sure your dog can tolerate it before you buy a whole bag (though we've never had a problem). I love being able to select the quantity, too. When we're traveling, we need to plan further ahead. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a healthy and convenient way to feed your pet!

I’ve been ordering dog food from Pet Pantry for almost 10 years. It’s extremely convenient (the food is delivered to your door the next day) and the customer service is amazing. My former dog was on a Pet Pantry grain-free food when the news about the dangers of a grain-free diet came out, so I emailed Thor to ask him about it. He emailed me back with answers to all of my questions and was so helpful. It was so much easier than trying to get help from a big corporate company.
