I have had so many problems with this location. I have care club for about 5 years and transferred to this location because it is closer to where I reside, however the doctors and staff are rude. The doctors seem to be over worked and it shows in how they care for the animals. It’s a close group that works together and they all cover up for their unprofessional behavior. I asked to speak to a manager and watched all the staff talk about me through the door. I stood outside waiting for 10 minutes to talk with a manager. When I transferred locations, the doctors didn’t look at my dogs information and he’s a senior dog. They never have any availability and I would avoid at all cost.

this is the best veterinary hospital to go to for you dog or cat. they take good care of my dog and trust me she is a handfull. everyone is so friendly. I recommend this place if you need pet care.

Tried to over charge me from the beginning. The male vet tech was extremely rude and left me waiting in the parking lot. I called another vet and they took me immediately. I won't be returning.

Our first visit in February was awesome! However, in July, we had an appt. that was unknowingly canceled (no phone call) due to veterinarian illness. I was a little upset but understood, so we reschedule. This morning we arrived 8 minutes late and were told that we have to reschedule again. I apologize for the tardiness but we really want a place that can work with us, especially during such challenging times. Thank you for your past services but Luna, Cricket, and Sophie will not be coming back.

The outside is deceiving, the interior is friendly, clean and well decorated. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They've taken great care of our old pup each time we've been. The prices are also reasonable for city fare.

Both Dr. Hubbard and Dr. Carow are so passionate, knowledgeable, caring, great personalities, never tries to rush through the visit and they really listen. They always answer all my questions and then some. The techs, office and support team are awesome. They're always kind, pleasant and ready to help.

Not accommodating in an emergency situation...Emergency out of town tried to get my dog a Bordetella vaccine the same day, called early, they couldn't do it. Called back after talking to several vets. Then they offered the next day mid day. I have to leave that day by 8:30am . This is our regular Vet

AIDING LOST DOG TO FIND ITS FAMILY PUT OUT FOR NOT WEARING MASK EVEN WITH HEATH ISSUES AND VACCINATED. I found a lost pet last night around 10pm on Portsmouth Blvd near petsmart. The dog came to me and hopped in my car it has no ID tags or micro chip. The dog came right over to the car and hopped in. I have a load of medical and health issues and vaccinated. The individual be hind the counter was on the phone when I entered and asked if I had an appointment I said no and she dismissed me to stand out side and would get to me when she could. I simply wanted to leave my contact info in the off chance the dogs family call looking for it. But the individual behind the counter would not hear me out only because I was not wearing a mask. SOME KINDA VET TO NOT WANT TO AID IN GETTING SOME ONES BELIVED PET BACK TO ITS RIGHTFUL HOME.

So far so good, don't like that they say hospital and don't have after hours. Had to go to The Cove to get seen when pup was throwing up blood. Medical staff was really nice, let's see on my girls follow up how this goes.

My primary care vet was at VCA Brentwood Animal Hospital, but due to a backup in appointments, I was forced to come to VCA Airline Boulevard. I have always been nervous to switch vets, especially when I found out my dog of 9 years was diagnosed with prostate cancer. The employees at VCA Airline Boulevard were the most kind, caring and understanding people I have ever worked with. They were sympathetic to my dog's needs, flexible with appointment times, and provided top notch care. When it was time for me to say goodbye, they made the experience as painless as possible; setting up a comfortable room for my dog, playing soothing music, giving him treats and providing me ample privacy all while being extremely attentive and sympathetic. I recommend this clinic to any pet owner - dog, cat, old, young, big, small, anything. You will truly not find better pet care outside of the VCA network. And a special thanks for Dr. Carow and Dr. Hubbard for treating my boy as if he was one of their own.

Super friendly staffing! And great with my German Shepherd. I use to take him to Banfield for 6 years but they would just refer me elsewhere if something serious was going on. VCA can do all bloodwork in house.

There AREN'T enough stars to give the staff here! I had an emergency and was able to get my baby in to see the doctor, FIRST time here. Tabitha is an ANGEL! her warm personality is felt through the phone. And Shawn is the GREATEST!!!!! of course I can't leave the #1 gem out Dr. Hubbard was DEFINITELY mine/ my puppy's angel today. She's calm and knowledge, the best part is she listens and EXPLAINS in English. Thank you so much VCA for taking good care of my BabyBoy.

That show you that they love what they do and take care of your babies when you bring them in for the visit. I talk to you about everything and explain anything you need to know They are caring people. If you need help with anything they will help you with and give you opportunity to different Health Plan and payment plans too.
