Be aware overall view of their business is money over care, customers or pets. While you can over look the overcharging of meds and cornering practices for a few dollars here or there and the guilt trips of them saying they don't recommend going through another pharmacy or other way of getting the same prescriptions. It is entirely another to leave your dogs with them to go on a family vacation to come back to one of them dead, and have the slap in the face of paying for the boarding of him and the extra charges of cremation, totaling well over what it would have cost to euthanize him. And what do you get from the manager and staff... Sorry, and we we didn't charge you for the last day you booked cause he was dead... Every company we dealt with whether they were tied to the vacation or tied to letting them know to cancel things for the dead pet made accommodations or refunds. Except the one that was responsible for him at the time. Whether the Bloat could have been prevented or not from stress or how they fed him no one will know. But the lack of compassion and humanity from this office is horrifying... Makes you wonder what your "Pet health Care Warranty program" even does besides there to likely double dip for insurance money from the client and losses as a daily charge. RIP Grits you deserved so much better.

Very busy clinic. Great for boarding based on the in house veterinary clinic.

I don’t know about the service, personally. But if you see their van out on the road, take the next turn off and go the other way. Whoever they have driving doesn’t pay any attention to traffic around them and cut me off, nearly causing an accident.

Great veterinary office! Came in for pre-anesthetic bloodwork for my puppy before his neutering procedure, the facility was very clean and everyone there was so nice. I was expecting to wait in the car because they had stated when I made the appointment originally that they were only offering curb-side services at this time. But was pleasantly surprised when they told me when I arrived that they were allowing one adult in with the patient. Made my day because I was nervous about my fur baby having to go into a new vet's office by himself. Porter enjoyed meeting the veterinarian and assistant very much, and they were very helpful and answered any questions that I had about the procedure. Looking forward to his appointment in two weeks.

Great vet, but very expensive.

I have been taking my dog here for several years and feel that even with the covid-19 i still get excellent care for my dog. they remind me when its time to get shots and get him in right away.

Bailey loved the Vet ❤ The Doctor was very caring and experienced! He sensed the Vet cared...both she and the Assistant familiarized themselves with his background, ensuring no mistakes were made, very much appreciated!! Definitely the place for us!!

Front desk, Techs, and Dr's are great!!

I went there for an emergency on a Friday evening and received exceptional service even though my dog had not been a patient previously. Everyone was very caring and professional. I was very pleased with the care we received that evening and the follow up the next day.

While the receptionist Harley was fantastic, I had a very rude and less than business like experience with Amber the manager. I was told verbally that our cat needed a distemper shot. I agreed to pay for that. I was not made aware that there would be a 30.00 PER animal fecal sample charge. (I had 2 pets boarding). Amber insisted I should’ve read the agreement and even laughed at me when I suggested that we split the cost of the 2 animals fecal charges for the sake of good business. The bottom line is I was not made aware of the fecal charges prior to boarding and then when challenged about the charges, there was a decline in professionalism and courtesy by manager Amber.

Top rate vet and staff. Pete loves you guys as well.

I have taken my kitten there numerous times and they are amazing. I have never received anything but the most amazing service from the doctors and the staff at Hope Springs. I don't think I could trust anyone else with my fur baby.

Very professional and courteous. Good price for services. Thoughtful about doing extra services and careful not to do testing that isn’t needed.

My pup Bernie had an accident with his tail and needed a partial amputation. We brought him to Hope Springs to get him feeling better again! The vets, techs and front desk were incredibly nice, helpful and answered all of my questions. They made themselves available after surgery for any questions I had, and they were very straight forward about prices, recovery and how to contact them if we needed anything at all. Hope Springs made this scary experience that much easier. We will be coming back for all our care. :)

Hope Springs Vet is amazing. I was able to get an appointment within the week. I had to wait in my car while my little one went in due to COVID but otherwise the doctor called me and we were able to discuss his health and services while he was inside. They were caring and knowledgeable. And yes there was a decent coat but at the end of the day they’re your fur babies and it’s worth it for them to be healthy. 10/10 would recommend.

Today we lost our best friend. But the staff at Hope Springs helped tremendously. They were kind & compassionate. We couldn't have asked for better service in our time of need. Thank you.

We've been using Hope Springs Veterinary for over 25 years. Always great care for our dogs. Dr Johnson has been our primary Vet for 10 years and two dogs. Very friendly and takes the time to keep us informed of our pet's overall health and measures to take to keep her in top shape.

Great staff and service! They treat our pets with much love and great care while we travel. They let our 6" Russian tortoise, Melvin, walk about occasionally in the lobby - I'm sure he LOVES that attention!

These are the best people to take care of my fur babies. They are knowledgeable and helpful in every way. Their in house grooming is also awesome and ours boys always come back to us looking so handsome.

I have had one of the best doctor for many years. Dr. Liddell is one of the best doctors I have met in my life human doctor or animal doctor she knows her stuff!
