Went to adopt a cat. I told the front desk girl exactly what I was looking for, a playmate for my kitten, and the personality of my current cat to find a companion who would match that. She told me she couldn't tell me anything about the cats personality because their cats.... No idea what that means since I just told her my cats personality. She sent us back to look at the cats alone and told us to figure out which cat was which by black and white photos on the wall... We came back with one we were interested in and ask for more info. Again she said it's a cat if you want it take it they dont have personalities until they're home. She eventually got someone else to go back with us who she said would be better suited to answer our questions. However, this person could not answer anything either and said to just foster the cat, figure it's personality out ourselves, and bring him back if we don't like him... The cat had supposably been in their care for months but no one could tell me how the cat interacted in their facility. Needless to say I left highly disappointed in the responses I got but also for the cats and their missed opportunities. A week later they posted the exact cat on their Instagram page witha description of his personality!! When I tell you I was hot. I understand most people are volunteers but there should be see type of respect and compassion to get these guys a home and at least try to be decent at talking to an adopter!

Placed a hold on a bunny awaiting treatment, came back the following week and were told he still wasn’t ready and they’d call if he was. Came back again the following week after hearing nothing, turned out they adopted him away to someone else. They knew they messed up, did not apologize and all around acted terribly about the situation.

Friendly people doing a full , and arduous mission to keep the animals safe well fed, to be adopted out to the right citizens. My experience although short , was professional , friendly , informative , and easy.

I find it hard to rate these places, cause it's got a jail feel to them, but I give lots of points for what they do do for abandoned and lost fur babies ????✌️

Came in looking for my lost dog. Not only did they try to help, but have me advice on what to do now, helped me add him to the database, and made me feel weekdays and comforted.

Friendly yet reserved. Just wish I could have seen the other adoptable pets while I was there since Inwas from out of town. Covid reduces some pets from being adopted because you cannot view them without an appointment even though you are already at the facility.

I was told that because I surrendered 2 animals I could no longer adopt. Which is totally unfair because I had to surrender one animal because she was very mean. I had to surrender the other one because I had terrible allergies. They should want us to get animals from their Not the other way around
