great caring staff; rarely have to wait; they are also prudent when offering services knowing that it can get quite expensive at times

People are nice and my cats are happy. Couldn’t ask for more except maybe a price list when they ask what services you need in the routine exam for those of us who love our pets but are on a budget. Convenient to me, reasonable, fast and caring.

I have been debating on posting this because Dr. Webber is amazing. This post is talking about one Dr. in the practice not the practice itself. A year ago, I took my dog Ruger there for an emergency visit because he was having breathing issues, not eating, tense when his abdomen was being palpated, vomiting blood, high temp, and his heart rate was elevated. I asked the Dr. to do anything to help him I did not care how much it cost. They took him in and did x-rays and blood work. The male Dr. (not Dr. Webber because he is great) spoke to me on the phone said that he thinks he has an ulcer. I asked him about his breathing, he said it was because he was in pain. I asked if an x-ray was done of his chest. He stated no that he showed no indication of it. They sent him home on medication. The first day after the visit he seemed better, the 2nd day everything changed. I took him to an emergency clinic where they diagnosed him with pneumonia, extremely thickened and inflamed bowel, and they found that he had Eosinophilic Gastroenteritis caused by an immune-mediated response possibly a food allergy, NO ULCER!!!!!! When they did blood work, it was everywhere. He spent 3 days at the emergency clinic, a little over $3,000 later. When he left the emergency vet he as about 45 lbs, he is now 65lbs and healthy. The owner knows the animal best. When they say there is something wrong with their dog and spare no expense, do everything you can or refer them somewhere if you can't do something. (Picture of x-ray from emergency vet, picture of Ruger when leaving emergency vet, and picture from Christmas 2021)

The people at Hope Crossing are all very kind and caring. They have always responded promptly and professionally when my dogs needed help. The doctors called back personally with test results and took time to make sure I knew my options caring for my pets.

This Vet’s office is awesome! We took our brand new Frenchton puppy for his first visit yesterday and we couldn’t of asked for better people to take care of our new pup! Dr.Bowden was fantastic and informative and Trinity was amazing! She helped us with Link and put us at ease to bring our antisocial Chihuahua Spike in for a visit next week!! Great place! Great people!! ❤️

The vet I had used for around 20 years had shut down their satalite (sp?) office and it was too far to drive to their main office. A friend recommended Hope Crossing (which is about 8 miles from my house) and they are fantastic. I can always get an appointment and they are very good about actually sending the vet outside (pandemic) to talk to me about my pet. Would highly recommend. AND their pricesa are reasonable.

Hope crossing has been taking care of my family's fur babies for almost twenty years. The staff at hope crossing have always given us excellent advice and compassionate care for our many pets. I would recommend them to anyone and will continue bringing our dogs for as long as they are open for business!

Hope Crossing is the best veterinary hospital around! They are not afraid of feral cats and do anything they can to help them. The previous vet that I used were actually scared to death of cats! They wanted to anesthetize my cat in order to groom her and she's not vicious!!! Thank you to everyone and Hope Crossing for being so professional and friendly.

I have a new pug puppy and Hope Crossing did a thorough exam, laid out a plan for 3 visits to provide vaccinations, discuss flea & tick strategies and heartworms/worms in general. I like the pre-planning and resources on their website too. Looking forward to our next visit.

Knowledgeable, friendly vets and staff. They are very skilled. Various treatment alternatives are offered. Treatment is tailored to your pet's needs and your wishes. At no time are you pressured to take extraordinary measures. My pets have enjoyed a good quality of life into a very old age. In-home services are also offered.

Took my GSD in for Heartworm treatment. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Communication was great through email and by phone. They were kind, caring and understanding. Very thorough in explaining the process. And were great with my somewhat difficult dog by working with him through his nervousness and aggression toward new people. Thanks to Dr. Bowen and Miss Anna he had the best care I believe could have been possible given the circumstances. Would definitely recommend! Especially if you have a dog the is prone to anxiety. Only recommendation would be to maybe not upsell as much. However, prices are very reasonable considering what was done. So I am very happy with the outcome.

Just started out here at the recommendation of two friends. They were very informative and very patient with me asking a lot of questions. My dog is very skiddish and they went to great lengths to comfort him. Their prices are affordable. I’m just very pleased overall!!

So glad I found this place. Moving to another state and worrying about trusting a new vet is nerve wracking. This place is wonderful!
