had my 1st appt on 10/13/20 @ 8:30. scheduled earliest appt as allowed to avoid them being backed up. arrived a few mins early & called them to say i was in the parking lot in a grey truck (covid19 policy). was told someone would be right out to get my dog & someone would call me to ask some questions. waited 30 mins. no one came to my truck, only truck in parking lot, & no one called. i would suggest finding another vet who has their act toegther.

I am a breeder and go to the vet's for dogs and puppies at least twice monthly. When we moved to NC, I tried out five different vet practices, and finally found what I needed at Hillcreek. Dr Cindy Jones knows reproductive matters, surgery, and everything else. My only wish is that Dr Cindy worked seven days a week!!!

Our American Bulldog had a large lump appear on her leg suddenly. Like...out of the blue. We took her to another vet who told us they thought it was cancer but couldn't tell me for sure until the lab results came back. After about a week of being told "maybe tomorrow" we decided to go for a second opinion. Which is how we found Dr. Cindy. Dr. Cindy and the entire staff bent over backwards to see us quicky and help us get answers. Within days, we had an appointment at NCSU and, finally, answers! Through the entire process, Hill Creek was there with compassionate and prompt answers or help. It was 100% obvious they truly cared. Our girl, unfortunately, had to be sent across the bridge less than 2 months from initial lump discovery. Hill Creek and Dr. Cindy were there again, and made the experience absolutely perfect, our big goofy girl was happy until the very end and their words of support and encouragement meant more to us than they probably realized, in a situation we were still in shock by. Who could ask for more? I don't know how we haven't been clients of Hill Creek before but we will not go anywhere else now.

I take my English Bulldog here. Great place for regular checkups. The staff are very friendly and the Veterinarian is very knowledgeable. My dog recently had both ears infected and the Vet took care of it no problem. Price was better than I expected after dealing with Banfield and another local Vet I had used in the past while living in Raleigh.

We had such an amazing experience! The staff is wonderful. They took such great care of our kitten. They even called us two times to check on her. I would recommend this Veterinary Hospital to everyone.

The staff here is really kind and obviously care a lot about animals. They've done a great job taking care of both our cat and dog, and are reasonable to deal with (like calling in to get certain types of preventatives, ie: tick pills, etc.)

We love that they offer home visits, which reduces stress for both us and our pets. Dr. Lydia and Dr. Bonnie are always good about answering questions and listening to the concerns of fur parents.

My pets are my family and when one is sick or hurt, I take them to Dr. Stan Davis. Need I say more!?

We've found all the Veterinarians, their assistants and staff to be very helpful and extremely competent . Having a Veterinary service like Hill Creek that we feel completely confident in, is immeasurable. We highly recommend them.
