As someone who was a military child and now as an adult calls Virginia Beach and Norfolk home (my whole life), I appreciate all of our military bases and their members, enlisted soldiers as well as their family.

You CAN NOT beat the prices here! It is on base and open to Active duty, reserve and retired military. You DO NEED BASE ACCESS and valid ID to use this facility. They stay very busy so be patient when you get there. The facility is new and very nice.

The doctor was amazing with my cat. Very efficient check in and visit for overseas travel with a cat. The whole staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Sidebar: if you're afraid of dogs like I am, there is no way to avoid them. Maybe let the staff know ahead of time so they can separate you from the dogs.

The fastest pediatric wait i have ever experienced. The Med students, nurses, and doctors were all amazing. I am very happy my children were assigned to a doctor at this facility.

My dog requires monthly treatments and we have been going for a couple of years now. The staff are nice and the service is good.

I feel my animals get great treatment here at the vet. Both of my animals have gone here for years and they provide excellent service.

Have been bringing our dog her for 10 yrs, but things have been really been out of sorts lately. Brought the dog they prescribed meds. The next visit, the Vet said, "oh not they should not of prescribed that meds with his protein levels, stop giving it to him. Started a new med as they requested, arrived for the 30day follow up, they were clueless and said he should have been on new meds for 2 months, vs. 1. SO, I had to start the medication over, wasting the money on the first month. (because now we had to pay for three months.) and the time and gas to come from the ocean front. Called to make an appointment for the 3 months follow up for medication and they have no clue why I'm calling, they say there are no notes. What?? Got the friendly staff on the same page, went in blood was drawn and was told I would receive a call the next day. No call, no follow up. Not sure what has changed, but something defiantly has!! They did tell me they put me in the wrong room while I was there, so maybe the pit bull that was in the other room received the call on our blood work, who knows.

All of the vet techs were helpful and understanding with everything. While it is not easy during these "ruff" times we are in, they did their best every day. Thanks for all you do!!!!

Poor customer service. Staff treats customers as if they are bothering them and wasting their time, whether in person or on the phone.

I was disappointed that the seafood section was closed. I drove from Deep Creek just for that. Otherwise, they were well stocked. As always, the staff was pleasant, professional, and eager to assist.
