I would love to give this place less than one star but it’s my only option. After my dog was left in the care of muddy paws he was left with blistered paws. Their employees failed to recognize his obsession over water and allowed him to continue to play on hot concrete. After my pup got home my wife saw that his paws were worn to nearly nothing. He was then stuck in a cone , recovering from injuries sustained while in the care of muddy paws. The owners made contact with my wife and had NO concern over my dogs well-being but said that they would pay his vet bill and return any unused daycare fees. We were shocked at the fact that they didn’t show any compassion for an animal that was placed into their care. I would highly recommend that you take you pet elsewhere.

Treat our puppies really well and let them share a kennel so it's easier on them.

We have been sending our dog here for over 3 yrs. We typically try to have our dog bathed at least once every 6-8 weeks. Each and every time I call to schedule my appt- its the first time they're meeting us. They dont know us, cant find our info, ask me what kind of dog I have. They almost never call when our dog is ready after his bath. Just finding it increasingly difficult and disorganized. Turned away this am (after waiting 5 weeks for a Sat am appt bc they dont have our updated vaccine record- which easily could have been sent when I made the appt). Will be taking my business elsewhere!

unprofessional and very negligent. they do not care about your animals and i promise you they will come back in worse shape than you dropped them off at. wish i could rate -9 stars because yall really need to do better. why work with animals if you’re going to injure and be cruel to them? sad.

I just moved to this area. I have 4 beautiful rescue Chihuahua mix girls. Two are on long term medications. Penny takes four meds a day. I boarded my babies over Fourth of July weekend. I was so impressed with the staff and how they cared for my girls. I would give them 10 stars if I could!! Great place and great caring staff!!

We love this place But miss it to drop of your baby without a schedule at times. The people are awesome

Do not go here! My pups paw pads burned off and the owner has no regard, concern or shock that this happened to him, absolutely disgusting!!! Please do not risk letting an injury like this happen to your babies!!! He is in so much pain it’s absolutely heartbreaking

Really like bringing cherry here, staff is great, they could probably use a dedicated admin person so the front isn't empty when they are super busy. Parking is the only issue ive ever had, and its not that big a deal.

My dog loves it here and that's probably the best endorsement I can give. I bring him to Muddy Paws for both boarding and day care and he absolutely loves it. The staff are kind, helpful and awesome in general! I also love that Muddy Paws has a retail store attached. Overall, Muddy Paws is great and I highly recommend everything they have to offer.

Always great service with a smile. This is establishment has anything you may need for the new pup in your life. Our sweet girl has been groomed there numerous times, beginning with her puppy groom, and always looks fabulous! Highly recommend! Five stars!!!

I took my puppy there 2 times and both times I have ended up taking him to the vet because of issues that he picked up at the place. I would never take him back there again they didn't resolve the issue, never called me back to address my issue

My 1 year old pup absolutely hates getting his nails clipped! Petsmart even turned him away because they couldn't do it... Muddy Paws got the job done with no problem. It may have took three employees but that is just a great example of their great service! A+ Rating from me!

I want to shout out the young man who was working at 3pm on Sunday, May 2nd. I didn't catch his name but we both searched for a grain-free beef-based kibble. My pupper loves it, and it even kept her on her poopin' schedule! This spot has some knowledgeable staff who know the importance of the pup-poo-schedule!

I love muddy paws but most importantly my pups loves them too, always taking special care of my fur babies!

Not sure how this place compares to other places. My wife's mom died and we got a greyhound. Bam. This dog is scared and jumps at everything. The dogs not violent. I am not sure if this place is great or just normal. They always seem very nice and loving. That being said I am not a pet guy so people who have been around might dislike this place. So my apologies to this place for the Three star's. I am going to try a few other places, this place could hurt others star score's.

Best customer service. My corgi puppy plays hard, especially at daycare. He pulled a muscle, just a little, and Muddy Paws has called routinely for updates. They even asked how I was doing and offered to possibly be able to let him out while he was stuck at home. Also their very knowledgeable about the products in the store. Groomers are awesome. Doggy Day Care is awesome.

Muddy Paws is a small store that is definitely more than meets the eye. With such a variety of supplies for both dogs and cats, pet parents are sure to find something for every need.
