Helpful staff good customer service

My furry son has the best Doctor's and Assistants. I am very thankful for the way that they explained how I can help my Jiffy. The front desks ladies provide an excellent caring customer service. Thank you ????

Timely service, fair recommendations, prices for vaccinations and prevention are in line with other local vets.

I’m sure the professionals are amazing from what I read on the review. But the girl that just answer my phone call was less than helpful. Seem irritated at the questions I need to ask and I don’t understand why.. until I spoke to her the way she was speaking to me was I able to get a couple questions begrudgingly answered. I do understand the public can be annoying with questions that they may not be able to answer. But gd it’s my dog and I’m worried about him. Ease my my?? No she did not.

Love the staff, very friendly and engaging! They really care about your animal!

Cut me off on the phone and did not let me finish speaking while trying to figure out their first available appointment.

Wonderful resource for our furbabies

We took our kitty here for a suspected UTI. The staff was prompt, friendly and was very attentive and caring towards our pet. Affordable and quality care. We will be coming back here again

Your new website is not as user friendly as the old one. I work with computers and I cannot figure out how to print my dogs medical record. The other site's capability was much better. This one gives a better appearance but does not help the user. If it is not broken, don't fix it.

This place is awesome from the time you check in to checkout. Outstanding caring and very to the point. The Doctors and vet tech do an amazing job with our fur babies ...so glad I found. This caring wonderful place ❤

The same wonderful place, but with different, also wonderful, people I knew 17 years ago. Professional, kind, and caring team.

As usual, expert, honest, and loving care for my pet. HOWEVER. There’s the usual note on the door saying that vaccinated people don’t have to wear masks while unvaccinated people must have a mask on. When checking out, I discover that the unmasked person checking me out is also unvaccinated. Dumb in a public health sense and against their own rules. I’m vaccinated, but work closely with someone who has autoimmune problems. Get your people vaccinated! Or at least require that mask!

Arrived early, they let me go in. Vet tech was very nice interested in my dog. Vet was very nice and my thorough. Will take all my animals there.

We've been going to this vet for our past 5 animals so all in all that's roughly 20+ years. They're incredibly kind and have always shown our dogs love and respect especially when it's time to say goodbye. Staff is friendly and they're knowledgeable. Prices are fair enough (relatively speaking in terms of how much a vet can be), and they're always willing to work within your budget/ help you go on payment plans if need be. There's another vet across from this one but please always go to Friendship vet.

Fairly unorganized, waiting 30+ minutes past your appointment time is normal. Doc was nice enough, but some of the desk staff are pretty rude and speak to customers in a condescending manner.

Staff and care plus price are the best!

Been taking my dog here since we moved here almost a year ago. At first, it was great. But recently, every time I call, I’m always met with an attitude. The vet techs and the vets themselves are great. But, the front desk staff, not sure if they’re just miserable people who are overworked and hate their jobs, but they could definitely use some more training in proper customer service. I will now be taking my dog elsewhere, somewhere where I don’t feel like I’m being talked down upon or rushed.

Very professional, great staff, and I able to get an appointment with in day last minute My Fur baby is known when he walks in and greeted with smiles. We’ve been going here for 3yrs now

My first time visit was bad. Very unprofessional with there appointment making. Someone was late to their appoint so I had to wait an extra 30 min. Never going back again.
