I’ve been taking my Lola (half Mastiff half American Bully) and to DogTown for about a year now and it’s amazing! Lola knows when she gets on the same street, she jumps around the car in full excitement! I get videos/pictures throughout the day to show she’s enjoying her day. She gets home and is knocked out! It’s time for bed and dinner and that’s all she’ll do. ???? I love that DogTown doesn’t judge the breed and knows the title “Pitbull” doesn’t mean aggressive but judges the dog itself and has the temperament evaluation to make sure the pup will get along with everyone. Lola loves the days she goes to DogTown and I recommended them to every dog parent. ???? #DogTownTired

The staff are great. They are very good with my anxious dog. WHEN I pick her up, lol, her fur is all fluffed up, she's prancing, and I swear she's grinning! I don't need to ask if she had a good time! And I'm very happy for her. Thanks Dogtown ???? . ** 11/19 UPDATE. We are still in love with Dogtown as much as we were before. The mere mention of "Dogtown" and my little one starts pacing around. I love the little video text messages they send sometimes! Kudos to the staff! **UPDATE 11/2021. After asking numerous questions to see if the staff knew how to handle a Chow chow . Chows are head shy. The first employee came out with both hands going for his face. I quickly stopped her. I should have took him and left. They took him to a separate area to see how he did with some dogs. I was told he did fine. From what I could see there were too may kids in a small space trying to slip a leash over his head. Again I should have came back and took him. My fault. I asked the girl to call me at 2 when she left . I heard nothing so I assumed everything was alright. When I came to pick him up a different boy came out to my car and told me I had to come get him that he has nipped at them when they tried to feed him I went back and he was cowered in a corner . I asked several times why they hadn't called me . I got no answer just 3 young boys looking at me.It is not there fault they don't know how to properly approach different breeds. I did notice there were mostly labs and Doodles. I never saw an Adult working there. My experience with my last doggie day care had adults there. I am sure it is a great place for most dogs but not all.

This place is for the dogs; literally, they invite dog owners to dine on the patio/deck with their best friend. Food and service are wonderful, everything made fresh and served hot. Went there twice in 10 days during this time visit to VA Beach with stops coming in and going out. Worth the short detour!

Osa's favorite place in the world! She is exhausted after a day at DogTown and has so much fun. If you work long days, DogTown is open very early and very late. We love getting videos of our pup playing during the day! DogTown is the best of the best.

The staff here are incredibly sweet & knowledgeable. My pupperz always have a good time visiting Dogtown. All dogs have a temperament evaluation and the staff keeps them occupied. Grooming available also.Your dog comes home tired, happy and well socialized!

My dog loves Dogtown! They send videos of him all day, and I feel very safe with him staying with the staff. They are always a text away!

My dog absolutely loves going here! The staff are great with the dogs and always friendly. I know when I leave my dog here she's safe and burns off lots of energy during the day!

I absolutely love DogTown!! No better place to take your dog for daycare. I started taking my yorkie puppy, Penelope, here as soon as she finished her vaccines. She was nervous at first, but quickly grew to love it! Now she gets excited to go. I love the updates they give via text and video. I was initially worried about her at daycare because she’s itty bitty (3.4 lbs), but she flourished at DogTown! Definitely helped with her socialization. If you’re looking for a doggie daycare in Norfolk, look no further - DogTown is the best there is!

We take our dog Kingsley there and he LOVES it! He gets really excited when he goes in and doesn’t even look back to say bye to us. Their hours are great. I’m a nurse at a local hospital and they are open early enough for me to drop him off before my shift! And they are open late enough for me to get him after my shift if my husband can’t pick him up. The staff is wonderful and you can tell that they truly care about the dogs.

Our pup loves the daycare! Staff are friendly and often send video updates throughout the day. Our Groomer, Chandler, does an amazing job. Highly recommend!

I recently started taking my pup here after we both moved here from SC. He was rescued from a shelter in December of 2018 and had some severe separation anxiety issues when I would leave the apartment. Since we've taken him here, he's gained the confidence he needs to be left alone and also is WORN OUT after each day we come (which definitely helps when crate training a very high energy one year old hound). The owner is very kind and responsive and takes the time to send you videos of your pup throughout the day! He also recognizes and knows the names of each dog AND owner even after the first visit. The staff takes so much time making sure the facility is clean and healthy for all of the pups, and is always welcoming whenever we are arriving. I'm so grateful for the people at Dogtown and will be a long time customer from here on out.

We’ve been taking our 1 1/2 year old border collie here for the past year. I am so grateful for Sam and his amazing staff. They are super accommodating and you can tell they really love what they do here. Whenever we drop Cheeto off, he’s so excited that he doesn’t even give us a second glance goodbye. He just runs right in to play. That’s how you know you’re taking your dogs to a great place - when they’re excited to be there. If you’re considering a doggie daycare, Dogtown is hands down the best in the area. So happy we found it!

Dogs barking outside all day disturbing a quiet neighborhood.

Dogtown is one of the best things about this city. I can be at work all day knowing my dog is having the time of his life and in good hands. So satisfying, him falling asleep on the ride home and staying that way the rest of the evening. The staff is so friendly and prompt to answer any questions or concerns. The constant updates on their Instagram story and videos they text me are the highlight of my work day. Thank you for all you do!

Dog Town is the best! The owner Sam plays with all the dogs. Sends you video's of them having fun. The facility is first class. The staff is awesome! They even have a facility called Dog Park where you can take your dog to play indoors if the weather is bad or later in the evening. Our dog and I love this place!

When you leave your pet a a daycare facility, your pet should not be subjected to be placed in a large pack of other dogs.

Toby loves this place! He's aleays exhausted and ready to sleep all day the next day. We even got a membership at dog perk! Highly recommend!

This place is filled with great people and provides a memorable experience for your dog and you. Their monthly rates are fantastic and they have a military discount. I can’t recommend them enough.
