I don't understand why I would have to show a price match for Petco to Petco. I looked online before going to the store and bought Well & Good Inflatable Collar for Dogs and Cats, Medium that showed $26.24 but it rang up at the store as $35.99 and was told I needed to let them know prior to ringing up for them to price match, but I didn't know I needed to. I was told I would get a refund for this transaction, but have yet to see it. So I guess next time I'll just order online and pickup myself, why would anyone order at the store then?

I would give it 5 stars bc the staff is pretty awesome but I hold back as their saltwater aquatic section is really in poor shape. Though I want to clarify that the staff is trying to make it better. Corporate really needs to get on the ball and correct the issues with lack of proper equipment for their store. I would be so frustrated working somewhere that doesn't supply the correct equipment for maintenance and general habitats for the aquariums. I cant imagine how the staff must feel. Some of the fish there are incredibly thin, which I do not know when they came in so I cannot speak on how they are fed but certain species need to be fed several times a day. My heart breaks for the fish and the staff. I don't know her name but the sweet gal in that helped us with the pinkish/reddish hair was very kind, understanding, and respectful when I addressed some concerns. I want to make sure to give her credit for the work she probably doesnt get paid enough to do. <3

We recently got a hamster here for one of our daughters. Great service and knowledgeable staff. A little bit pricey for certain things like hamster's food but overall a good place for pets/get needs.

Highly disappointed. I showed up, 10 minutes early to my appointment and was told that the groomer was not in and they could not take my dog. Then I get a text stating that I need her shot record brought… go get it show up 18 mins late and they won’t take her at all. I waited weeks to get her in and now I’m going have to pay more if she has knots in her hair for her haircut….her shot record should have been on file it’s good 3 years. She was definitely in before they expired. I spend a good amount of money there not only at the groomers but the actual store…. No longer the case. Customer service was horrible.

The associates are always friendly and pleasant when I check out. The reason I gave 4 stars is of late your store doesn't seem to keep the Oxbow Hay Blend in stock. I prefer it to the Kaytee Timothy hay for my Guinea pigs. I now have to travel across town to Pet Smart to find it.

Horrible customer service and a waste of my time. I had to go pick up my 11 year old cockapoo without being groomed. Out of 11 years I've never had one complaint from a groomer about him. The groomer called me almost an hour after his appointment time started to tell me he kept breaking out of the kennel. For one I don't know why he was in the kennel an hour after his appointment started and seriously annoying they can't manage a 20 pound cockapoo. The girl told me she didn't think this was a good place for him to be groomed. Unreal.

My dog has been coming in for idk how long and over the past couple grooms have been a complete nightmare. He is never brushed well at all, he looks like the same way I dropped him off whether or not I got the deshed services or not...very frustrating. From my dog not to get his ears cleaned ( excuse was his ears were very dirty) to his nails not being filed properly( excuse they were very long ). Even though I told the groomer her has phantom quicks...Nail service was offered free of charge I declined it because I already got them done.... Each time I bought my dog in it was one thing after another. A rebath was offered for the last bad experience and that was not even done... I was not refunded my money for the services pd...because I was granted a rebath...that still was not done !!... I use to love this grooming salon. But I will not utilize this locations grooming services anymore until the grooming staff gets it together. Nor will I recommend it either....

The grooming experience was unfortunately HORRIBLE. Between the groomer’s terrible customer service and questionable way they treated my puppy, I would not recommend anyone to take their loved animal there.

The employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. They have the vaccine clinic at this location also. Prefer to come here over petsmart.

Great people service very helpful

Only half the lights were on so it was harder to see in some rows. They had several small animals: ferrets, birds, gerbils, fish, snakes, etc. Wish they had the cat toy I came in for.

I usually do not shop at the large pet retailers. I mostly only go in to grab something quick when my local pet store is either closed or I need something quick like a filter sponge etc. I've recently spent a ton of time at this store and it's solely because of one employee. Zack is one of the most knowledgeable people I've ever met. I love how he's never to busy to lend a hand or answer a question and he also has a wealth of fish knowledge. He's not afraid to learn new things and is completely honest when it comes to something he may not know. Zack is definitely an asset to this company, you can tell by the line of people who come just to have fish talk with him weekly.
