Great experience, nice facility. Dog was bathed, deshedded and nails trimmed. Good prices and she was fine when picked up. Calm and ready to go so assuming my dogs experience was a good one. Will definitely go back and would recommend.

Great service and took care of our pet extremely well. Only issue was we were told one price and ended up costing $25 more without any explanation other than that they said it was the “starting price.”

My dog loves going to Jill's. She has other dog friends and people friends too. The staff is nice and courteous. I love the amenities that you can add on when boarding. My dog loves the quiet suites. My dog learned how to sit, stay and not to jump on me because of her traniers. I've done Day Play, Boarding, training and grooming at Jills.

We have mainly used Jill’s Pet Resort for doggie day play. Friends have used their boarding services and highly recommend them. The facility is beautiful - inside and out- well maintained and clean with exceptionally personable and efficient staff.

My dog, Lady, loves to go to Jill’s. The staff is wonderful. The front desk receptionists are friendly and have always answered my questions. I would highly recommend Jill’s Pet Resort.

The groomers always do a great job on our two energetic dogs!

Our first groomers visit for Milo & Basil was impressive. We been to several groomers and by far, definitely top 2! We lived in Germany and our groomer was the best but since we moved back stateside, we were unable to find a good groomers until now! Thank you for giving our dog the best haircut in the US

Our dog Nina can't wait to come back to Jill's Pet Resort. The care and attention she receives is wonderful. The daily report cards are very reassuring when she is boarded at the resort.

Today was our first visit to Jill’s Pet Resort. We were very impressed with the facilities, even more impressed with the staff. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very kind to us as we left our “baby” to test out their daycare. Well, he loved them, he really loves the dog park. Looks like we’ll be making trips up to New Bern on a regular basis. Their dog park is outstanding. RIP (Ripken), our 100 lb. German Shepherd let us know beyond doubts, he considers this his new happy place.

Jill’s always does a great job with our dogs, the one has a great fear of being groomed, and this is the only place that has been able to take care of him.

Best groomers I’ve ever used! My Newfie’s are hard to with with, but they always do a fantastic job. From setting up the apt to picking them up, they are w always professional and pleasant.

This place is amazing and the people are so kind. I will definitely be going back for boarding.

Jill's staff is very informative, always ready to assist you from the moment you walk in. Their love for animals fills the room! Their prices are reasonable for everything they offer and they go above and beyond to make sure your furbaby is feeling the LOVE at their home away from home! ????????????????

This was our dog Dempsey’s first visit to Jill’s Pet Resort for a bath. He looks and smells great. Everyone was very kind and friendly. We will definitely be taking both of our pups to Jill’s from now on for their baths and grooming.

Maggie has been going to Jill’s for 15 years. She always has the best care at Jill’s. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. The entire staff is professional and gracious. Love Jill!

I have a yorkie, “Henry” and he gets very nervous, during grooming. Jill’s Pet Gallery are very understanding, of this breed. He always looks so adorable, when we pick him up! They do seasonal bandanas, that are so cute, for the pets!

I had to modify my 5 star. We had an emergency and couldn't pick up our pup from dayplay so he was boarded for the night. We picked him up the next morning and soon found out he had kennel cough???? He is vaccinated, and it is a requirement for all the dogs to be, so I'm not sure how it happened, or if it was a 1 time thing, but I would not be comfortable boarding him again. He has also received a bite from dayplay but we still take him because he still LOVES it and the staff is super friendly. In my experience, 4/5 for dayplay, and 1/5 for boarding.

Sadie loves Jill’s! We have been going to Jill’s for 10 years and Sadie is just as excited about going now as the first time she went. The staff is caring and attentive. Sadie loves day play, grooming and the boarding facilities. Thank you Jill’s for taking such good care of my fur baby.
