Best place ever. Very friendly. Mr Bill was awesome I got the best ever Christmas present i could of ever getting due to me losing my champion of 11 yrs but this is a picture of my Christmas present my husband got me from there

Absolutely don’t recommend coming here. Bugs were crawling and flying around the small animal area - several of the mice had sores and tumors on them. The rabbit was in an enclosure maybe three times the size of its entire body. The snakes have nothing but a heat lamp and a bit of water, in an enclosure entirely too small for them. And feeding a live rat to a snake while customers are there so we have to hear it screaming while it dies? Horrific. Disgusting. ESPECIALLY from a business that sells small animals (so they can expect customers in there who have rats, mice etc as pets). Frozen prey has been proven to be just as beneficial, again, especially when there are people around. The behavior of staff and the climate in which these animals live tells me the owners and workers find torturing animals acceptable and, in this case, entertaining? You guys make me sick and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Hopefully this shop is shut down so these poor animals don’t suffer any longer.

Oops, sorry Bill.. My phone went down before I get started good. That one star was WRONG FOLKS. Bills Pet Store is a great place to go. I love to just walk around a bit before paying and leaving. Your kids will live this place, so will you.

Love it. We always have a great visit for crickets and things. Staff is always helpful, informative and welcoming to our family.

Bills has always been great... I worked for them in Havelock when I was 17... im in my 50s now.. and there still great... very helpful employees.. great selection of everything.. check em out...

A lot of neat things there beautiful animals

We had our 3yo with us this visit. He really enjoyed seeing all the annimals. The store was clean and well stocked.

II bought a polar bear hamster about two weeks ago and we didn’t know she was pregnant as till about Thursday and she was in there with one other hamster and we thought it was a boy and and then she had babies yesterday The reason we thought she was pregnant because she got really blown up in her abdomen

They have everything you need for your pets (all kinds!). They are very nice and helpful!!

We love going to Bill's Pet Shop the animals are very well taken care of and so adorable and the staff is always very friendly and very knowledgeable... last night me and my husband bought a Boston Terrier puppy and we couldn't be more happier this sweet puppy is a blessing for us we highly recommend Bill's Pet Shop ????????

I have been going to this pet store since I was a small child. Now I take my babies here. Friendly staff and a wide variety of pets and supplies. We have bought several of our pets(family members) here.

Have gone in a few times to purchase items there. If your looking for help they are normally to busy on their phones to help. Walked up to the front due to no staff being out back near the fish. When I walked up to the two staff in the front they just kept texting and where on their phones just ignoring us. Needless to say didn't get any fish from them. Store also smells. The bills in havelock smells alot cleaner and isn't as dirty. Wouldn't recomend going to this location.
