The people are very nice and responsive. However I cannot recommend this groomer. We have a young Pomeranian and we wanted to get him groomed. We were very clear and adamant that he not be shaved too short, as it can potentially cause long term damage to his fur, particularly his overcoat. Imagine our surprise when he came back almost completely shaved short. In shock, I asked the groomer if this would cause long term damage to the fur. She assured me no. Now several months later his fur has grown back but is rough and patchy and his overcoat is almost completely gone. We're not sure if it will grow back like it was and how it should be. Both my girlfriend and I are distressed and feel frustrated and betrayed. I would caution anyone with long hair dogs with sensitive coats to come to this place. The groomer clearly ignored our concerns and warnings and caused long term damage to our dogs coat.

Family owned shop with great people. I have been going to Helen's a long time and highly recommend for your grooming or boarding needs. They shaved Hannah for us today and did an excellent job with her. She wasn't even upset when I got her home. Thanks Sam.

Stella came back to us looking beautiful, happy and ready to go back as soon as possible. Stella loved the entire staff and I felt very comfortable leaving her in their care They did a terrific job and the price was reasonable.

These folks were great! Took my dog in with just a weeks notice over Thanksgiving. Didn't even blink seen eye even though he's a pit bull. (In all fairness he is the sweetest dog I've ever owned ????). The staff was super friendly and their prices were very reasonable. Would highly recommend. The only going is they can be a little tricky to find. I think it's the ABC building on 10th on the right after the Food Lion that they're behind. I did 3 laps around block before I found them, but that's more likely my poor since of direction, lol.

Helen's has treated both my dogs, I've taken here, in a loving manner. They have both boarded and been groomed here. I've been to other places in the Greenville, NC area and have been dissatisfied. When I have to board or groom, I only take my dogs to Helen's.

Very quick with nail cuts and great pricing. I've never seen a place cut my dogs nails so fast. Banfield usually charges an extra fee for him to be held down and they had no problem. Crazy how amazing this was
