Our dog had surgery. He was treated with excellent care and reasonable prices. We are very happy with Craven Animal Hospital and their excellent care.

My cat needed to be seen immediately. Noone else could help. We got my cat in and they took great care of her. Now she is getting better. Thank you guys

I feel blessed to have found a place to take my small dog, Milli, where there is much compassion, kindness and understanding. Kudos to all of the staff at Craven Animal Hospital...BEST in town!

I had to bring one of my dogs here today for something I felt was an emergency. The staff could not have been any nicer to me and super kind to my dog. The vet that saw her was very good with her and suggested a very reasonable plan of care. Thank you just doesn't seem to be enough!

Very professional and accommodating staff. Prices seem higher then what I am used to but average for the area.

My company had sold a printer to Gary Hightower, which was defective upon arrival. I worked closely with Gary to resolve the issue for him and the hospital, which he was very friendly and patient with us. Not only did he purchase more printers from us, but how respectful and patient he was with me tells me all that I need to know about how the pets who are under their care are treated. Plus judging from the many great reviews the hospital has already, I would highly recommend taking your pet to Craven Animal Hospital. Thanks again Gary!

Dr Bobbi Kotrba is a horrible person. Go watch her YouTube video where she cuts off a pups tail while it’s awake and crying in agony. This place is the worst vet I’ve ever seen. Absolutely disgusting practice! You should avoid this place like the plague!

Had to put our cat down. Everyone was very compassionate and caring.

Jackson, our 15 year old Austrailian Shepherd who we recently adopted woke up two weeks ago with a lot of facial swelling and Craven was able to have him seen same day due to a cancellation. From the moment we walked in.. everybody was so kind and patient with him. Once he was in the room, he was given a blanket to lay on. We determined he needed a dental and to have some of the rotten teeth removed. Jackson had a long recovery and some complications (nothing that the Dr or Craven did wrong) due to his age and the teeth that were badly rotten. We feel truly blessed that we met Dr.Levi and that he did the surgery and is continuing to work with him. We truly believe that if Jackson had gone to any other hospital... the outcome would likely have been different and we may have lost him. We will never be able to repay Craven and Dr.Levi. P.S Please be kind to vet staff. They do SO much for your animals. They are so so deserving of kind words and a lifetime of good karma. Thank you Craven and Dr.Levi!!!

Caring, compassionate and great doctor.

They helped get this little guy healed up after I found him almost dead. They are our regular vets and Dr. Greenlaw is the best.

The facility is very clean and the staff are friendly. The vet did not try to rush us, she answered all of our questions. Most importantly, she treated our dogs with care and compassion.

Just started coming here this year when my kids got 2 cats. Their staff is friendly and I never have to wait long to get an appointment for what I need. These are the first pets I've owned. The new office is nice. The bills are expensive. That might be everywhere though.

Brought my ✨spicy little man✨ for his first ever vet visit and they handled him PERFECTLY. I am so happy I chose here and honestly it was one of the cleanest veterinary offices I’ve ever seen. I would highly recommend for all rabbit/small pet owners!!!

The crew that work here are super awesome, friendly, and caring. They take care of your loved fluffy one just as if it was one of their own. The prices are a bit expensive but totally worth it. Dr. Greenlaw, Dr. Tonkin, Dr. Bobbi, and Dr. Carol are all awesome. I wouldn't trust my animals with any other vets.

Staff very nice but Dr levi was so kind to me today and helped me get an appt for my poor tibit due to her bladder problem. Thank you Dr levi for being such a kind and understanding person. You remind me of Dr Bobbi. Kind and caring.

We had to put our dog of 15 years down this week. They were so warm, understanding and patient when we brought him in. They gave him Cheetos and made him less nervous while allowing my wife and I to be with him the entire time. So thankful they were able to make a difficult and sad time easier.

The Dr's here really care about their animal patients. Amazing

I have been going to them since before they moved to their new building. But, when my fur baby Ocelot was not doing good, Dr. Greenlaw helped me understand and gave me hope. While she may not have made it in the end, he still took excellent care of her and I will be forever grateful he gave me just a little more time with her.

Staff here are always friendly and caring.

We were visiting from out of town for the month and needed a Bordetella shot. They had excellent availability and wonderful staff. Our dog also ended up with an infection on her ear and they were able to get her in almost right away. The vet was wonderful and the staff were too. We were very impressed and so thankful!

Vets and Vet techs take excellent care and patience with both of our dogs. Even with COVID being an issue, they come out to the car and are very gentle while taking in my older dog.
