When I came in, I was warmly welcomed and it made me feel like they really care about their clients. Then we moved to the scale for weigh in. Needles to say, my dog is certain that the scale is going to kill her. At another vet's clinic they had very little patience and made me force my dog onto the scale, making her stress even worse. Here the experience was exactly the opposite. We had to weigh in again a few minutes later and this time, my dog was not scared at all! When I discussed my concerns with the vet, she explained everything. The explanation was thorough and yet, in a simple language that didn't require a degree in veterinary. My dog and I were here for quite a while and we felt very comfortable, unlike any previous vet visit. I loved both kindness of all staff members and the proficiency of the vet. If you live in this area, you certainly want to check out Shiloh Animal Hospital!

Dr. Chelsea Tabor is absolutely phenomenal, and I’d recommend her to anyone! We’ve been with her since before she came to Shiloh, and she’s guided us and our fur babies through a cat with late stage kidney disease, and getting a new puppy. She’s incredibly smart, attentive, caring, and goes above and beyond. I trust her with any fur baby of ours. We’re new to Shiloh (we followed Dr. Tabor there) and this far we’ve been very happy! The office is beautiful and clean, and communication has been a breeze from scheduling to billing.

Although vet visits have become so expensive. I'm glad I choose this place. Not only are they HOLISTIC they are all respectful, upbeat, & lovely individuals. From the staff to the vets. First time cat daddy here :) and couldn't be happy to be working with Dr. Chelsea Tabor as well as the 2 other wonderful women Vet techs (I believe that's the proper term and I'm so sorry I forgot your names). As a massage therapist I really appreciate the professionalism and detail in explaining to me everything I needed to know in terms of what they were doing as well as looking out for. My Stormy also responded very well to all the ladies. Thanks for everything!

I've taken my cats and dogs here for years and they always are empathetic with all of us. They know how to handle animals who are anxious or don't like strangers with love and respect, taking the time to settle them. They are also up to date with their field and very competent. They aren't the cheapest vet but their prices are competitive.

Shiloh Animal Hospital provided our dog with the best care we could ask for. They are extremely responsive and highly skilled. The staff are caring, empathetic, and well-trained. Dr. Shana is by far the best, most caring vet we have ever encountered. We first came across Shiloh when our dog hurt her back and the other places we visited only provided pain meds. With some acupuncture and laser therapy our little Doris was back to normal even though we were told by other vets that she would not walk normally again. Dr. Shana became our favorite vet and Doris received the best care through her heart failure. She discussed all our options throughout treatment and helped us ensure Doris was comfortable in her final days. We will be taking all our future pets here and encourage every pet owner in the area to do the same.

I don't usually take the time to write reviews but this is a very caring team of quality vet care professionals. They truly do care about your pet and their relationship with their clients. In this day and age, they are a rare gem. Definitely will keep them as our trusted healthcare family.

The care taken by all the staff is top notch. I have never felt taken advantage of with unnecessary tests or expensive charges. I’m pretty high maintenance with two geriatric bulldogs, and I am grateful for all the care and attention my dogs receive on a very regular basis. I unreservedly recommend Dr Silverstein and her support staff at Shiloh.

Best veterinarian I’ve ever had. Very knowledgeable staff, friendly, always close to on time and very clean. Doesn’t smell like a wet dog. Dr.Shana is the best. I refuse to take my animals anywhere else. The care we’ve gotten goes far beyond what a “normal” vet would do. Great job guys.

My mom and I have been bringing Loki to Shiloh for roughly 3 years and I’ve never loved a vet hospital like this before. The amount of care and compassion the entire staff gives him is indescribable. He is dog reactive due to past trauma and even before covid the staff has been able to do things curbside for us so we don’t subject him to more stress by going in the building. When we do have to go inside, they make sure to bring us in through the side door and straight into an exam room. Dr Shana Silverstein is so understanding and kind in the way she explains things and educates me. She gives me all the facts and doesn’t try to talk me into spending unnecessary money and really cares that I make the best decisions for my dog. She understands the importance of a healthy diet for Loki and always gives me and my family advice on how to naturally help his digestive and immune system. I will continue to refer pet owners to her and Shiloh because they believe in providing the utmost care and compassion. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me keep my boy happy and healthy.

We love Shiloh!! Dr. Alley is so attentive, kind and always makes our pets feel so comfortable in her care. One of our dogs is highly anxious and also has epilepsy, so he requires special needs. Dr. Alley is always so responsive whenever we have questions and is super knowledgeable. Shiloh is the best!

Dr. Kleisch and the entire team at Shiloh never disappoint! I brought my elderly dog here 2 years ago after she'd been "over-diagnosed" by another clinic. The entire philosphy at Shiloh is to meet your best friend where they are - not cookie cutter diagnosis and treatment. I love that I can not only trust that my sweet pup receives the best, most compassionate care, but also that she is not overtreated. I always leave feeling empowered and encouraged that my dog is doing well and we are on the right treatment path. This piece of mind is priceless, as I know we are spending our last years together. Truly the most amazing clinic I have ever been to. SO GRATEFUL!

We just moved to North Carolina from Chicago, and adopted a dog. With the rapid changes in our life, we've been very stressed about getting our pup the right care, as we want her to have the best life possible. We luckily found Shiloh Animal Hospital, who have been so helpful to us as new pet parents, and new to the area. Their prices are extremely reasonable for visitation, vaccines, and prescriptions. They do a great job going through all information, as well as explaining different options available. Their patience for our loving, energetic little girl was very much appreciated and we look forward to working with them to provide Wanda the best care possible. I love how Shiloh combines Western and Chinese veterinary medicine to get the best outcomes for my babies with the least amount of side effects. I had been a client several years ago for a dog that had such bad allergies his hair was falling out - I tried all the usual things, but one of Shiloh's vets gave him some Chinese herbs that worked great. So when I needed care for my current dog who has some muscle degeneration I wanted to go to Shiloh again. I wanted to see if we had any alternatives other than keeping him on NSAIDs for the rest of his life. Dr Eyrich agreed with my concerns and we developed a plan with multiple options for my Bronx. All of the staff was wonderful, you can tell when they really like your dog. I drive about 40 mins each way to get to Shiloh and it is well worth it. I really feel like they care about my little fella and that I will get the best combination of eastern and western medicine here (I don't think there is anyplace else in the Triangle to get this) which will result in more options and the best outcomes for my dogs, who are my children.

We’ve had a wonderful experience here for over a year. Our puppy has grown up at Shiloh and she loves going to the Vet! Responsive and kind staff. Clean environment.

I rarely give 5 star reviews to anything but Shiloh Animal Hospital and Dr. Silverstein and staff deserve one. My elderly dog Rubi recently got very ill and being new to town I needed a new vet. The emergency vet I took my dog to recommended Shiloh Animal Hospital. I can't say enough about the service Dr. Silverstein and all the staff gave me. But beyond great service they also showed a kindness and compassion I've never experienced at any other vet. Unfortunately, due to her age and her sickness my best friend didn't make it. But with Dr. Silverstein's help and guidance I was able to make sure her final week with me was a managed decline with Rubi being made as comfortable as possible. Dr. Silverstein checked up on me and Rubi regularly, answered any questions I had, and showed a genuine caring and compassion that made the decision, when it finally came, easier to make. If you want to be treated like family take your pet to Shiloh Animal Hospital.

Friendly staff and thorough wellness checks. As new puppy owners we have alot of questions and Shiloh does not hesitate to answer any questions in person or through email. Dr. Kleisch is awesome!

Every encounter so far has been excellent, from the front desk to the doctors and staff. Doctors talk on our level, which is great! The kennel team seam to take extreme ownership in our furbabies as if they were their own. I don't evaluate "dollar value" when it comes to my babies, as long as they are treated the same as I would treat them. Thanks Shiloh!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Shiloh and Dr. Alley! I have been bringing my Harley girl here for about a year now. The entire staff could not be more kind. The office is beautiful, and every one is so welcoming and helpful. I am so glad I found this vet clinic! Thank you all for everything.

My pets are truly cared about at Shiloh Animal Hospital! The staff always follows up after a visit to see how my little ones are doing. My little 5 lb dog was viciously attacked by a 95 lb dog and was nearly died. I took her to emergency and she underwent a 6 hour surgery. The emergency vet told me that my little dog would require 2 more surgeries and may not make it. Thankfully, I had an appointment with Dr. Ally the next day. Dr Ally studied my little dog and I could see the deep caring in her eyes. She then recommended that we apply Manuka honey or sugar to her huge wound every day for 6-8 weeks and change the wrapping daily. Well, in 4 weeks she was cured. No surgery! I trust Shiloh Animal Hospital 100%.

The best vet I have ever been to! Their fear free practices make the biggest difference with my fearful rescue dog. I really appreciate how hard they try to make him as comfortable as possible at every visit. I recommend them to all my friends!

Everyone here was very friendly and super welcoming! We took our pup and kitty together and we were in and out fairly quickly. Very clean and well maintained place as well. They don't try to push anything extra on you that they don't think your pet needs, which is so nice! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new vet. Dr. Hogg and the nurses working with her were awesome!

I've only been once but I loved the vet and all the techs! Everyone was very nice and explained everything very clearly for us. The vet was great with our kitties! I was a little grumpy because my cat hates the car and he gives me a headache screaming in the car. Everyone was so nice and the environment was so welcoming I left in a better mood than when I arrived! Which then of course I had to take my screaming cat home! ????

I have been looking for a vet/hospital for my frenchie for a few months now. I wanted to try Shiloh a while back but they are an hour and a half away from home. I finally took the chance and made the hour and a half drive, I AM SO HAPPY I DID! I finally found a place where I feel I am being heard and not just pressured to push meds on my puppy without even trying to figure out what is causing her issues. Dr. Hogg and her assistant were amazing, they are very knowledgeable and took the time necessary to help my puppy. I will gladly make the hour and a half drive from now on.
