The staff here is very professional and helpful, and we usually find stuff for our cats very quickly here— aisles are well-organized. I wish the variety of options for cat-related items were a bit higher (especially for things that are not food), but that is applicable for many pet stores that primarily cater to dogs.

Generally okay. Stock selections are a little lacking in the aquatics and reptiles area. Example they do not carry halogen mini bulbs. Overall though usually friendly staff members.

Took our dog to the groomer. The haircut looks good until you get close and see the huge clumps of fur all over her that they missed. There's patches of fur that are literally 2 inches longer than the rest of her.

Went to drop my puppies off today and when i got them it felt like they didnt even get a haircut… i literally could’ve did that myself… really tired of the half jobs they do when it comes to haircut especially when you’re paying over $100 …. Disgusted never again

Went there to drop off my dogs for grooming at 7:50 for an 8:00 appt. Door was open so I walked into store and grooming salon. Someone came in and said very flatly we have no staff in here, the grooming salon is closed and will not open for 10 minutes…in other words get out! Merry Christmas PetSmart! PS you might want to start those conversations with excuse me or I’m sorry ma’am

I didn't go to Banfield, I wanted to get a bird. They were completely out. (I made a regrettable trip to their competitor, and will NEVER go back to that particular place again) I will continue to do business with PetSmart!

Clean store. I like how they have Banfield at this location.

My dog smells WORSE after coming back from this grooming salon. I'm guessing they gave a "bath" and then didn't throughly dry my dog and put her in a kennel cage to dry or "finish drying". She is a retriever and has to be fully blow dried or this is what happens.

Petsmart is alright, their grooming department is terrible.

Absolutely love coming here! Park West village offers so much in a beautiful space in Morrisville! They staff at this location is wonderful! Someone is always available and prices are much better then what you may find in a grocery store. I purchase pine litter for my cat and it is always $7 at the grocery store for a 10lb bag. PetSmart offers the same Pine litter for $10.99 and you get 25 lbs. Amazing! I also purchase any supplements needed because I love the huge selection. My cat suffers from anxiety, so I purchased these natural supplements $18 , to help. I mix it with wet food, otherwise she won't eat it. Your sure to find exactly what is needed. They do offer on eat adoptions for cats, which I love. I wish I could adopt them all! Also picked up some bird seed as well for my backporch. $20.99 Make sure you stop in this location and redeem all of your pets needs. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards to receive special offers!!

Poor quality in customer service & associates also in morrisville location

The selection is good and the staff is friendly, but the parrots here are not as durable as one would hope. Disappointed that they aren't honoring the return policy.

The groomers kennel your dog instead of taking it straight back for grooming here, even if you've made an appointment days in advance. The said the only exception is if you pay extra for "express" service. They obviously overbook at this location, or get some sort of perk for "express" appointments. When my dog was upset at being locked up, I was offered to make an express appointment on a different day instead of them working with her. I've never had that issue at a Petsmart groomer before. If you have an appointment, your dog is groomed at that time. I would have been glad to wait a few minutes with her in the lobby if they were running behind. There was no need to put her in a cage. I will go elsewhere from now on.

Best pet smart I've been to. Staff are attentive & friendly. I've been ~5x & haven't ever seen any fecal/urine messes that were left behind. Meaning: both staff & patrons are responsibly picking up if a mess occurs; which is nice.

Dropped my dog Tara for grooming this morning and later received a call stating she was in heat and so had to be picked up meanwhile Susan had brushed her as i had complained about shedding and groomed her without charge..This shows her commitment and dedication..Truly appreciate her gesture.She had the patience to answer all my questions about Tara’s heat. Thank you so much.

Always provide great service. Treat my whole family , and provides them great service always. Love the employees here. They give me the confidence to know my fur baby will be treated with the greatest love and respect. I know she will be well treated.

Stella had her first time appointment here today. They asked my to bring Stella in at 9am and said she would be done in 2 hours. I ended up waiting until after 4pm to get her back. The vet handed her to me and said “everything looks good” then walked away. I was expecting an explanation of the exam, her weight, or any possibly issues. Defiantly was not worth the time and money!

Got a large fish tank kit for 100$ and 3 fish for 40$. Helpful and knowledgeable employees who went out of their way to tell me what i need, and how to set it up. Pet clinic on premise, but i never asked if they treat sick fish.

The staff are always helpful and friendly! I always make sure to stop by and see the cute cats inside!
