My go to place to feed my gecko

Clean, we stocked, and friendly staff.

Its a petco same as any other staff was very polite and perfesional.

Service was lousy, the sales associate was lazy, and wanted to get back to her phone. She wasn't much help at all.

I was extremely satisfied with the Grooming of my dog.

Good selection and knowledgeable friendly staff.

Regular Petco, but specifically has one very helpful staff member who went above and beyond to help me create a nameplate for our dog. Update: The lovely individual is named Alex, and I’ve always had a great experience interacting with them.

couldn’t recommend more!! super kind workers that actually cared about the animals health, and where they go too. all of the animals looked healthy and well taken care of! i adopted a rat today and i was helped by Dan!! they were very friendly, helpful and even recommended some exotic vets for the future!! super kind, we talked about the animals for a solid 30 minutes. all of the other employees were also very helpful and attentive! ????

Went to Thrive @ Petco, their in house vetrinarian clinic. Great experience as always. Saw the same Vet I've seen twice prior. She was thorough, proactive, and responsive on all aspects of my cats health needs. I highly recommend Thrive, their pricing of services is highly competitive compared to other local vets, coupled with top notch veterinarians.

Service was less than 1 star. MIKA who waited on me, had a lousy attitude. It was cold, and clear that she couldn't have cared less about my purchase. I will not go back to a place, if the sales associate has a "take it or leave it" attitude. PetSmart will now get my business!

Amazing customer service, however I feel like they're understaffed.

Careful bringing your children here, there's a bunch of groomers.

Their reptiles are NOT properly cared for. Obvious signs of stress. Too many in 1 small tank. Giving other customers inaccurate information. Improper housing for leopard gecko's. Never coming back. Left very sad and heart broken. Would not give this place my money.

This is one of the better Petcos. Staff is almost always helpful. They are well stocked and we were never dissapointed.

If i could give a negative star i would. My experience with them was terrible. They will never see another penny from me.

Covid has affected some of their supplies but still has a good selection of services, merchandise and pets.

Nice store with friendly employees, but they sell beta fish in Tupperware which is cruel.

Very irresponsible and horrible time management.

I like the dog groomers they did a great job on my boy Gizzy and having the vet right there is very helpful

Shaun was very helpful and explained online purchasing vs in store, then helped me with my purchase. Very nice young man.

:O) I ordered online and received an email it was ready for pickup just 25 minutes later. When I arrived, it was sitting in the pick-up area near the register and I showed my license for verification. The litter was 30 lbs and I could not lift it, much less take it to my car and lift it to the trunk, so, most amazingly, the clerk politely asked the other two customers in line if they could please wait so he could do that for me and they were very understanding and had no problem waiting. He was very polite and professional the whole time and had I had cash on me, I would have tipped him abundantly. :O)

It was extremely fast and easy to pick up the merchandise when I arrived at the store I was helped right away and was very pleasant

Plenty of fish, no dogs or cats.

Never have time to do a nail trim when you pay them 20 dollars a month to get it done as a walk in

First score represents my quick visit for some toys and kitten (3-4 week old) food. But this store did not have the milk I used before with my other cat. I will check again though! Friendly service as well!
